Abstract
Es ist eine Eisenbahnwameinrichtung (1) zur Warnung von Verkehrsteilnehmern vor der Annäherung von Eisenbahnfahrzeugen (12) an Gefährdungszonen mit in Eisenbahnfahrzeuge (12) jeweils einbaubaren Annäherungssignalgeräten (2), die eine Datenfunkeinheit (7) zur Aussendung eines Annäherungswarnsignals über Funk direkt oder indirekt an andere Verkehrsteilnehmer aufweisen, und mit Warnsignalgeräten (3) zum Einbau in Fahrzeuge anderer Verkehrsteilnehmer mit einer Datenfunkeinheit zum Empfangen von Annäherungswarnsignalen beschrieben. Die Annäherungssignalgeräte (2) haben einen Zugriff auf eine aktuelle Ortsposition des Eisenbahnfahrzeuges (12) und eine Liste mit Ortspositionen von Gefährdungszonen und weist eine Signalsteuerungseinheit auf, um in Abhängigkeit von der Ortsposition der nächsten in der Liste verzeichneten Gefährdungszone ein Annäherungswarnsignal mit der Datenfunkeinheit (7) auszusenden. Die Wamsignalgeräte (3) haben im in ein Fahrzeug (16) eingebauten Zustand einen Zugriff auf die aktuelle Ortsposition des jeweiligen Fahrzeuges (16), um nach Empfang des Annährungswamsignals in Abhängigkeit von der aktuellen Ortsposition des Fahrzeuges (16) und der Ortsposition der das Annäherungswarnsignal betreffenden Gefährdungszone ein Wamsignal zu generieren.
