Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gerät für das Trainieren der Armbewegungen bei Kampfsportarten, bestehend aus zwei mit einem Verschluß versehenen Armbändern.
  • Heutzutage werden die Armbewegungen bei Kampfsportarten meist mit einem Kampfpartner als vermeintlichem Gegner trainiert. Es ist somit für das Training eine zweite Person notwendig, die nicht immer zur Verfügung steht, insbesondere wenn ein Sportler zu Hause trainieren möchte und dann noch zu Zeiten, wo er gerade Zeit und Lust zum Training hat.
  • Bei solchen Trainingsübungen kann der Trainierende ein Korsett nach der US 5 137 272 anlegen, an dem eine nach hinten gebogene Stange für die Anbingung von an ihrem freien Ende mit Fußschellen versehene elastische Bänder befestigt ist. Die Arme können bei diesem Gerät gleichzeitig durch ein weiteres elastisches Band mit endseitig angebrachten Handgriffen trainiert-werden.
  • Durch die EP 0 606 507 ist ein Trainingsanzug bekannt geworden, der mit angearbeiteten Hand- und Fußschellen ausgestattet ist die untereinander mit elastischen Bändern verbunden sind, die durch am Trainingsanzug angebrachten Ösen geführt sind.
  • Solche mit Korsett oder speziellem Trainingsanzug ausgestatteten Gerätschaften sind teuer in der Anschaffung für das tägliche Training schlecht zu transportieren.
  • Die Erfindung vermeidet die Nachteile des Standes der Technik. Es ist die Aufgabe der Erfindung, ein Gerät zu schaffen, welches dem Sportler ermöglicht, allein ohne Partner zu trainieren und welches sehr klein zusammenlegbar ist, so dass es sogar in einer Hosentasche mitführbar ist.
  • Die Erfindung schafft ein Gerät für das Trainieren der Armbewegungen bei Kampfsportarten, bestehend aus zwei mit einem Verschluß versehenen Armbändern, das sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass die beiden Armbänder durch ein Band miteinander verbunden sind, dass in die Armbänder je eine steife Platte etwa mittig eingelegt ist, dass die steife Platte etwa mittig oder das Armband am Ort der Mitte der steifen Platte ein aus einem Zapfen und einem von diesem getragenen Ring bestehendes Ankoppelelement für das die beiden Armbänder verbindende Band trägt und dass das die beiden Armbänder verbindende Band aus stark dehnbarem Material hergestellt ist.
  • Dieses Gerät wird mittels der Armbänder an den Armen des Kämpfers neben den Handgelenken angelegt und das elastische Band wird über den Rücken des Kämpfers gelegt, so dass die beiden Handgelenke des Kämpfers mit einander durch das elastische Band mit einander verkoppelt sind. Dabei liegt die steife Platte an der Außenseite des Armes an und kann sich in oder unter dem Armband nicht bewegen. Diese Platte ist Träger des Ankoppelelmentes für das elastische Band, das somit nicht direkt am Armband angekoppelt ist, sondern mit Abstand vom Arm. Dadurch wird während des Vorschnellens der Hand des Kämpfers während des Kampfes eine Drehung der Hand erreicht, die für etliche Kampfgriffe vorteilhaft ist. Diese Drehung der kämpfenden Hand kann nach links oder rechts erfolgen, je nach dem ob das über den Rücken des Kämfers geführte elastische Band außen um die Arme des Kämpfers gelegt ist oder zwischen dem Körper des Kämpfers und seinen Armen hindurchgeführt ist. Auf diese Weise kann der Kämpfer das Vorschnellen entgegen einer wachsenden Kraft und das gleichzeitige Drehen seiner Hände trainieren.
  • Bei der Konstruktion dieses Gerätes ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die steife Platte eine Länge von etwa 2/3 des längeren Durchmessers des Handgelenkes des Trägers hat. Sie kann ebenso aus Metall wie aus einem steifen und harten Kunststoff bestehen. Durch das Armband gehalten liegt sie unverrückbar fest am Arm an.
  • Das die beiden Armbänder verbindende Band ist zweckmäßigerweise ein Schlauch aus Gummi oder Kunststoff, der reißfest und elastisch ist.
  • Das Ankoppelelement kann ein Ring sein, der mittels eines das Armband und die Platte umschlingenden Textil- oder Lederbandes am Armband befestigt ist.
  • Von Vorteil ist es, wenn an der Innenseite des Armbandes ein die steife Platte abdeckender Streifen aus vorzugsweise einem Schweiß aufsaugendem Material befestigt ist.
  • Das Ankoppelelement kann aber auch aus einer an der Platte angebrachten Öse und einem darin gelagerten Ring bestehen, an dem das Ende des Bandes befestigt ist.
  • Von Vorteil kann es sein, wenn der das Band halternde Ring einen bestimmten Abstand von dem am Arm fest anliegenden Armband hat, weil dadurch ein Drehmoment an der Hand des Kämpfers wirkungsvoller erzeugt wird.
  • Um die Elastizität des benutzten Bandes veränderbar und einstellbar machen zu können, kann es zweckmäßig sein, ein wenig oder nicht elastisches Band zu benutzen, das etwa mittig eine durch Zug dehnbare Feder aufweist, die sich bei angelegtem Gerät auf dem Rücken des Kämpfers befindet.
  • Von Vorteil ist es, wenn die Armbänder mit einem Klettverschluß zum Schließen versehen sind.
  • Diese Gerät benutzt man so, dass man die Armbänder anlegt und dabei das dehnbare Band über den Rücken führt, wobei man das Anlegen so vornimmt, dass die Ankoppelelemente an den Armbändern entweder an der Außenseite oder an der Innenseite des Unterarmes befindlich sind, je nachdem, ob man eine Drehung der vorschnellenden Hand nach rechts oder nach links üben will.
  • Das Wesen der vorliegenden Erfindung ist anhand eines in der beiliegenden Zeichnung schematisch dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • In der Fig.1 ist in der dort dargestellten Ansicht von oben der Kopf 1 des Kämpfers über seinem Körper 2 und seinen Armen 3 zu sehen, an deren Enden die zur Faust geballten Hände 4 ersichtlich sind. Nahe den Handgelenken sind die Armbänder 5 angelegt, die das unterste Ende des Unterarmes des Kämpfers umschließen und dabei eine Metallplatte 6 am Unterarm befestigen, die einen Zapfen 7 trägt, der seinerseits eine Öse 8 zum Befestigen des Bandes 9 trägt. Das Band 9 ist über den Rücken des Kämpfers geführt und verbindet die Armbänder 5 straff, aber elastisch miteinander. Diese Armbänder weisen an Ihren Enden einen Klettverschluß 10 auf, der die beiden Enden fest miteinander verbindet. Ein an dem äußeren Ende des Armbandes über den Klettverschluß hinausstehendes Teil 11 des Armbandes dient zur Erleichterung des Öffnen des Armbandes 5 nach dem Training.
  • Es ist zweckmäßig, das Armband doppellagig herzustellen, um die Metallplatte beidseitig von dem Stoff oder dem Leder des Armbandes einzuschließen.
  • Fig.5 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch eine andere Ausführung des Armbandes. Hier ist das Ankoppelelement ein Ring 12, der mittels eines das Armband 5 und die Platte 6 umschlingenden Textil- oder Lederbandes 13 am Armband 5 befestigt ist. An der Innenseite des Armbandes 5 ist ein die steife Platte 6 und das Textil- oder Lederband 13 abdeckender Streifen 14 aus vorzugsweise einem Schweiß aufsaugendem Material befestigt ist.
  • Fig.6 zeigt eine andere Art der Bandführung, bei der das elastische Band 9 zwischen Armen 3 und Körper 2 hindurchgeführt und über den Rücken des Kämpfers geführt ist.
  • Fig.7 zeigt eine weitere Art der Bandführung, bei der das über den Rücken geführte Band vor der Brust des Kämpfers über Kreuz geführt ist.
  • Durch verschiedene Bandführungen kann man verschiedene Drehbewegungen der Arme und des Handgelenkes trainieren.

Claims (11)

  1. Gerät für das Trainieren der Armbewegungen bei Kampfsportarten, bestehend aus zwei mit einem Verschluß (10) versehenen Armbändern(5),
    wobei die beiden Armbänder (5) durch ein Band (9) miteinander verbunden sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass in die Armbänder (5) je eine steife Platte (6) etwa mittig eingelegt ist,
    dass die steife Platte (6) etwa mittig oder das Armband (5) am Ort der Mitte der steifen Platte (6) ein aus einem Zapfen (7) und einem von diesem getragenen Ring (8) bestehendes Ankoppelelement für das die beiden Armbänder (5) verbindende Band (9) trägt
    und dass das die beiden Armbänder (5) verbindende Band (9) aus stark dehnbarem Material hergestellt ist.
  2. Gerät nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die steife Platte (6) eine Länge von etwa 2/3 des längeren Durchmessers des Handgelenkes des Trägers hat.

    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Band (9) ein Schlauch aus Gummi oder Kunststoff ist.
  4. Gerät nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Ankoppelelement ein Ring (12) ist, der mittels eines das Armband (5) und die Platte (6) umschlingenden Textil- oder Lederbandes (13) am Armband (5) befestigt ist.

    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass an der Innenseite des Armbandes ein die steife Platte abdekkender Streifen aus vorzugsweise einem Schweiß aufsaugendem Material befestigt ist.
  6. Gerät nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Ankoppelelement aus einer an der Platte (6) angebrachten Öse (8) und einem darin gelagerten Ring (12) besteht, an dem das Ende des elastischen Bandes (9) befestigt ist.

    dadurch gekennzeichnet
    dass der das elastische Band (9) halternde Ring (12) einen bestimmten Abstand von dem am Arm fest anliegenden Armband(5) hat.

    dass das elastische Band (9) etwa mittig eine durch Zug dehnbare Feder aufweist.

    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Armbänder (5) mit einem Klettverschluß (10) zum Schliessen versehen sind.

    daß das Armband doppellagig hergestellt ist, um die Metallplatte beidseitig von dem Material des Armbandes einzuschließen.
  11. Verfahren zum Benutzen des Gerätes nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass man die Armbänder (5) anlegt und dabei das dehnbare Band (9) über den Rücken führt,
    wobei man das Anlegen so vornimmt, dass die Ankoppelelemente (7,8) an den Armbändern (5) entweder an der Außenseite des Unterarmes befindlich sind, so dass sie den Rücken des Trainierenden und seine Arme von außen umschlingen, oder an der Innenseite des Unterarmes befindlich sind, so dass sie lediglich den Rücken umschlingen und zwischen Körper und Armen hindurchlaufen.
