Description
- Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Beschlag für eine Feuerschutz-Türanlage, eingesetzt als Schutz der Gebäude- und Raumwände gegen die Ausbreitung von Feuer. Der erfundene Beschlag wurde mit Thermoschutzelementen versehen, die einen vorzeitigen Hitzedurchlass aus der Feuerzone in die Schutzzone verhindern.
- Allgemein bekannt sind verschiedene Lösungen von Feuerschutztoren verschiedener Konstruktionen. So ist z.B. aus der Beschreibung der Erfindung der
PL 344 910 A1 - Hingegen ist in der Erfindung der
PL 350 541 A1 - Aus der
DE 2 420 548 A1 ist die Beschlagkonstruktion von einer Feuerschutz-Toranlage bekannt, die auf ineinander geklemmten mit nach innen gekröpften und überlappenden Kanten der Metallkassetten beruht, wobei die Kassetten mit feuerfester Flüssigkeit gefüllt sind. In allen Versionen dieser Konstruktion bilden jedoch die Kanten Wärmebrücken zwischen den gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Konstruktion. - Aus der Anmeldung
GB 2 203 476 A - In beiden dieser Lösungen ist die Übertragung der Wärme von einer Seite der Konstruktion des Feuerschutztors auf die andere nicht beseitigt. Isoliert voneinander werden nur die Wärmebrücken.
- Aus der Anmeldung
DE 2 612 447 A1 ist die Beschlagkonstruktion einer Feuerschutz-Toranlage bekannt, die auf der Anwendung einer Metallverstärkung, in bestimmter Tiefe innerhalb des Türflügels oder Türrahmen versunken, beruht. In der Konstruktion ist ein kühlendes und schwellendes Isolierelement eingesetzt. Diese Verstärkungen bilden hier immer noch nicht gestörte Wärmebrücken, da die Verstärkungen sich überdecken. - Bislang wurden zur Abdeckung der Seiten von Torblatt lediglich homogene Metalllaschen verwendet. In den bisher bekannten Toren wurden noch keine Lösungen eingesetzt, die die Übertragung von hohen Temperaturen durch die anliegenden Stirnränder der angrenzenden Flächen vermeiden, d.h. durch die Raumwände und vom Torblatt - von der Feuerzone in die Schutzzone. Die beschriebene Lösung bietet hingegen diese Möglichkeit durch die Verwendung einer vollkommen neuen thermischen Isolierweise des Torbeschlags der Feuerschutz-Toranlage.
- Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, das der Beschlag der Feuerschutz-Toranlage, der aus einem metallischen Schutzelement für die Feuerschutz-Torblattkante besteht und mit Isolierelementen ausgerüstet ist, wobei die Isolierelemente im Inneren, d.h. auf der Blattinnenkante platziert wurden.
- Der neu entwickelte Beschlag für eine Feuerschutz-Toranlage laut der beschriebenen Erfindung hat eine ganz einfache Konstruktion, wobei er sich jedoch durch einmalige Festigkeitsparameter aus zeichnet.
- In allen bisher bekannten Lösungen der Feuerschutz-Toranlagen, die die Aufgabe haben, den brennenden Raum vom Rest des Objekts abzutrennen, war der Abschnitt des Tors, der die Torkanten schützt, insbesondere die senkrechten Kanten, gewöhnlich mit Beschlägen aus Metall ausgerüstet, die die erforderlichen wärmedämmenden Erfordernisse nicht eingehalten haben, sogar bei Verwendung von entsprechender Metalllegierung von niedriger Wärmedurchlässigkeit. Langfristige Feuerwirkung führte zum Durchdringung der hohen Temperatur in die vom unbedeckten Beschlag geschützte Zone. Dies führte zur Deformation selbst des Beschlages und auch der Torelemente, und im Endeffekt zum Verlust der Tordichtheit.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung - unter Einsatz von nicht komplizierten technischen Mitteln - sichert eine sehr wirksame Wärmedämmung von diesem Beschlagteil des Tores, der sich in der Schutzzone befindet. Der entwickelte Beschlag erhöht im Brandfall wesentlich die die Wirksamkeit der Feuersperre, die die Feuerschutz-Toranlage für das Feuer darstellt.
- Der Beschlag der Feuerschutz-Toranlage wurde näher auf den Zeichnungen dargestellt, wobei die
Figur 1 das Konzept der Feuerschutz-Toranlage undFigur 2 den Querschnitt der mit dem Beschlag abgedeckten Torblattkante, und mit intern angebrachten Thermoschutzelementen darstellt. - Wie in den Zeichnungen dargestellt, wurde der Beschlag 1 der Feuerschutz-Toranlage, der die Kante 2 des Türblattes 3 der Feuerschutz-Toranlage abdeckt, mit Thermoschutzelementen 4 ausgerüstet, die innen, d.h. innerhalb der Kante 2 des Blattes 3 platziert sind. Die innerhalb des Beschlages 1 angebrachten Thermoschutzelemente 4 schützen diesen und sperren eine Durchdringung von hohen Temperaturen in die Schutzzone.
Claims (1)
- Ein Beschlag für eine Feuerschutz-Toranlage, bestehend aus einem metallischen Schutzelement (1) für eine Feuerschutz-Torblattkante (2, 3), gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der Beschlag mit zwei stirnseitig innerhalb der Feuerschutz-torblattkante (2, 3) angebrachten Thermoschutzelementen (4) ausgerüstet ist, wobei das metallische Schutzelement (1) im Bereich der Thermoschutzelemente (4) derart geformt ist, dass das metallische Schutzelement (1) stirnseitig senkrecht in das Innere der Feuerschutz-Torblattkante (2,3) hineinragt und unterbrochen ist.
