Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schutzelement (1) für den Kantenschutz von flächigen, stapelbaren Produkten, insbesondere Solarkollektoren, das mindestens die Kanten oder Ecken zur Lastverteilung und Dämpfung umgreift und die Form eines abgewinkelten U-Profils besitzt.
Mit der Erfindung soll ein Schutzelement (1) zur Verfügung stehen, das zusätzlich zu seiner Schutzfunktion auch die Möglichkeit bietet, Zubehörteile aufzunehmen sowie mehrere flächige Produkte sicher miteinander zu verbinden.
Gekennzeichnet ist das erfindungsgemäße Schutzelement (1) durch mindestens eine Aufnahme (2) für Zubehörteile (3) an den Innenseiten (4) und eine Verbindungsvorrichtung (5) zum Verbinden von mindestens zwei benachbarten Schutzelementen (1). Die Aufnahme (2) für Zubehörteile (3) ist auf den Innenseiten (4) selbstspannend gestaltet.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schutzelement für den Schutz der Kanten und Ecken von flächigen Produkten, insbesondere Solarkollektoren, nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.
  • Ein gattungsgemäßes Schutzelement ist hinlänglich bekannt. Es besteht im Wesentlichen aus einem abgewinkelten U-Profil, das die Kanten oder Ecken des zu schützenden Objektes umgreift und der Lastverteilung und Dämpfung dient. Bekannte Schutzelemente werden beispielsweise aus einem festen oder geschäumten Kunststoff oder auch aus Pappe ausgeführt.
  • Für Stapelung, Transport und Lagerung müssen die flächigen Produkte, sowohl bei horizontaler als auch bei vertikaler Ausrichtung in einem Bündel, gegen Verrutschen gesichert werden. Dies geschieht zum Beispiel bei Solarkollektoren durch Verzurren des Stapels mit Kunststoff- oder Metallbändern. Für die Entnahme eines einzelnen Solarkollektors muss dann die Verzurrung des ganzen Stapels gelöst werden, so dass möglicherweise durch unsachgemäße Handhabung, Wind oder andere mechanische Einflüsse ein Stapel verrutschen kann und eventuell die Produkte beschädigt werden.
  • Für die Montage der Solarkollektoren benötigt man in der Regel Zubehörteile wie Schrauben, Dichtungen, Kupplungsstücke, Rohrschellen, Klammern usw., die zum Beispiel bisher in beigelegten Plastikbeuteln oder anderen separaten Packstücken geliefert werden. Vom Montagepersonal muss das Zubehör dann Schritt für Schritt bei der Installation der Solarkollektoren zugeordnet werden. Außerdem besteht die Gefahr, dass dieses Zubehör bei der Handhabung verloren geht, beschädigt wird oder die Oberfläche der Produkte zerkratzt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Schutzelement zu entwickeln, das zusätzlich zu seiner Schutzfunktion auch die Möglichkeit bietet, Zubehörteile aufzunehmen sowie mehrere flächige Produkte sicher miteinander zu verbinden.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wurde dies mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen.
  • Das Schutzelement ist gekennzeichnet durch mindestens eine Aufnahme für Zubehörteile an den Innenseiten sowie - für den Fall der Stapelung mehrerer flächiger Produkte - eine Vorrichtung zum Verbinden der Schutzelemente benachbarter Produkte.
  • Die Aufnahme für Zubehörteile ist so gestaltet, dass die Zubehörteile in oder auf ihr einrasten und ohne weitere Maßnahmen selbstspannend gehalten werden.
  • Wenn zwei oder mehrere flächige Produkte gestapelt gelagert und transportiert werden, so wird sichergestellt, dass diese nicht gegeneinander verrutschen, indem die Schutzelemente der jeweils benachbarten Produkte mit Hilfe einer als Bügel gestalteten Verbindungsvorrichtung miteinander verbunden werden. Für diese Verbindung wird ein klammerartiges Schnappelement vorgeschlagen, das in entsprechende Aussparungen benachbarter Schutzelemente einrastet. Die Enden des Schnappelements sind dafür in Form eines Widerhakens ausgebildet und greifen in zugeordnete Aussparungen ein, welche an mindestens einem Schenkel des Schutzelements vorgesehen sind.
  • Damit die auf der Innenseite des Schutzelements arretierten Zubehörteile nicht das Produkt verkratzen, weist das Schutzelement Abstandhalter auf, die am Produkt anliegen. Zwischen Abstandhalter und Schutzelement bildet sich so ein abgeschlossener Raum, in dem die Zubehörteile verliersicher angeordnet sind. Entsprechend den Abmessungen der Zubehörteile kann der Raum durch die gewählte Höhe der Abstandhalter anwendungsgerecht gestaltet werden. Der Abstandhalter ist hinter der Aussparung für die Widerhaken des Schnappelementes angeordnet, wodurch die Produktoberfläche gegenüber den durch die Aussparung nach innen hinein ragenden Widerhaken geschützt wird.
  • Mit der Erfindung steht somit ein Schutzelement zur Verfügung, das über seine Schutzfunktion hinaus die verliersichere Aufnahme von Zubehörteilen sowie ein sicheres Verbinden zweier oder mehrerer flächiger Produkte ermöglicht. Die Handhabung ist sehr vorteilhaft, denn einzelne Produkte lassen sich entnehmen, während der restliche Stapel immer noch gesichert ist. Durch die eindeutige Zuordnung von Zubehörteilen zu den Produkten oder sogar zu Montageschritten, welche vorzugsweise der Entnahme-Reihenfolge in einem Stapel entsprechen, ergibt sich bei der Installation der Solarkollektoren eine Zeitersparnis und eine Arbeitserleichterung für das Montagepersonal.

  • Das Schutzelement 1 besitzt Aufnahmen 2 für Zubehörteile 3, die auf der Innenseite 4 des Schutzelements 1 angebracht sind. Schnappelemente 5, die in Aussparungen 6 im Schutzelement 1 einrasten, erlauben eine sichere Verbindung benachbarter Produkte. Das Schutzelement 1 stützt sich mit Abstandhaltern 7 am Produkt ab. Diese Abstandhalter 7 sind über den Aussparungen 6 angeordnet, durch die die widerhakenförmigen Enden 8 der Schnappelemente 5 hindurchgeführt werden.

Claims (7)

  1. Schutzelement (1) für den Kantenschutz von flächigen, stapelbaren Produkten, insbesondere Solarkollektoren, das mindestens die Kanten oder Ecken zur Lastverteilung und Dämpfung umgreift und die Form eines abgewinkelten U-Profils besitzt,
    gekennzeichnet durch mindestens eine Aufnahme (2) für Zubehörteile (3) an den Innenseiten (4) und eine Verbindungsvorrichtung (5) zum Verbinden von mindestens zwei benachbarten Schutzelementen (1).
  2. Schutzelement nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (2) für Zubehörteile (3) auf den Innenseiten (4) selbstspannend gestaltet ist.
  3. Schutzelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsvorrichtung (5) für jeweils benachbarte Schutzelemente (1) aus einem klammerartigen Schnappelement (5) besteht, welches als Bügel gestaltet ist, der in jeweils eine zugeordnete Aussparung (6) von zwei benachbarten Schutzelementen (1) eingreift.
  4. Schutzelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zugeordneten Aussparungen (6) für ein klammerartiges Schnappelement (5) an mindestens einem Schenkel des Schutzelements (1) vorgesehen sind.
  5. Schutzelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an mindestens einem Schenkel des Schutzelements (1) an der Innenseite (4) Abstandhalter (7) angeformt sind, welche sich am Produkt abstützen, und dass die Höhe der Abstandhalter (7) den Raum für die Zubehörteile innerhalb des Schutzelements (1) definiert.
  6. Schutzelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens Teilbereiche des Abstandhalters (7) im Bereich hinter der Aussparung (6) für ein klammerartiges Schnappelement (5) angeordnet sind.
  7. Schutzelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das klammerartige Schnappelement (5) Enden (8) besitzt, die in Form eines Widerhakens gestaltet sind, welcher jeweils einer Aussparung (6) zugeordnet ist.
