Claims (6)

  1. Connexion électrique destinée à des dispositifs électriques prévus sur les vitres de véhicules automobiles, tels que panneaux chauffants, antennes ou similaires, comportant au moins une zone de soudage à souder sur la vitre et pour chacune une zone de connexion (sertissage) qui lui est reliée en conduction électrique, moyennant quoi est prévu un boîtier recevant la zone de soudage et comportant une partie inférieure (5) au moins partiellement ouverte servant à la pose sur la vitre, ainsi qu'un couvercle (6) servant à sa fermeture côté extérieur, la partie inférieure présentant un bord inférieur périphérique ainsi qu'un bord supérieur périphérique côté extérieur (8 et/ou 9) et la zone de soudage étant réalisée sous la forme d'un dépôt d'étain de soudure (17) dépassant au-dessus de la zone partiellement ouverte de la partie inférieure (5), caractérisée en ce que
    - sur le bord inférieur ainsi que sur le bord supérieur est prévue une bande adhésive double face étanche à l'eau comportant dans les deux cas un film de protection inférieur et/ou supérieur sur la face de la bande adhésive ouverte vers l'extérieur,
    - la zone de connexion reliée en conduction électrique à la zone de soudage est étanche à l'eau en direction de l'extérieur du boîtier,
    - la ligne de connexion électrique (10) est munie à son extrémité se trouvant à l'intérieur de la partie inférieure (5) d'un support d'étain de soudure étamé tel qu'un embout de conducteur (13) ou une pièce en cuivre,
    - l'embout de conducteur (13) est serti sur l'extrémité (15) de la ligne de connexion électrique (10) se trouvant à l'intérieur de la partie inférieure (5),
    - l'embout de conducteur (13) est réalisé pour présenter une section transversale sensiblement en B, moyennant quoi les deux arrondis (14) du B sont sertis sur l'extrémité (15) de la ligne de connexion électrique (10) se trouvant à l'intérieur de la partie inférieure (5) et un dépôt d'étain de soudure (17) sensiblement rectangulaire est appliqué sur la barre (16) du B,
    - la partie inférieure (5) présente des ouvertures (11) destinées à recevoir la ligne de connexion électrique (10),
    - la partie inférieure (5) présente une zone destinée à recevoir un matériau d'étanchéité (12) dans la zone des ouvertures (11), et ces dernières sont étanchéifiées vers l'extérieur en même temps que la au moins une ligne de connexion électrique (10),
    - le matériau d'étanchéité est du caoutchouc au silicone.
  2. Connexion selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la zone de connexion présente au moins un raccord à souder.
  3. Connexion selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le au moins un raccord à souder présente des lignes de connexion électriques (10).
  4. Connexion selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la ligne de connexion électrique est réalisée sous la forme d'une broche de connexion électrique ou d'un toron.
  5. Connexion selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le dépôt d'étain de soudure (17) dépasse au-dessus de la zone partiellement ouverte de la partie inférieure (5).
  6. Procédé de fabrication d'une connexion reliée fixement à une vitre de véhicule qui est munie de dispositifs électriques tels qua panneaux chauffants, antennes ou similaires, constituée d'une connexion électrique prémontée selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à
    - enlever tout d'abord le film de protection inférieur collé sur la bande adhésive double face inférieure,
    - puis presser le boîtier prémonté sur la vitre au niveau d'une surface de contact portant le dépôt d'étain de soudure, et ainsi le coller à demeure,
    - chauffer ensuite le ou les support(s) d'étain de soudure et/ou le dépôt d'étain de soudure (17) pour provoquer leur fusion,
    - et enfin enlever le film de protection supérieur collé sur la bande adhésive double face supérieure et mettre le couvercle (6) en place sur le boîtier.
