Claims (23)
- Einheit zur Verpackung und zur Ausgabe eines Produkts, die aufweist:- mindestens einen ein Produkt enthaltenden Behälter (10), wobei der Behälter mit einem Ausgabeorgan versehen ist, das eine Betätigungsstange (11) mit einer Längsachse X oder X' aufweist;- eine Ausgabevorrichtung (20), die sich bezüglich des Behälters verschieben kann, um das Ausgabeorgan zu betätigen und den Austritt des Produkts durch mindestens eine Ausgabeöffnung (23) zu erlauben,wobei die Einheit dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie Mittel (40) aufweist, um die Verschiebung der Ausgabevorrichtung zu begrenzen, wobei die Mittel (40) mindestens einen Flügel (40) aufweisen, der beim Eindrücken der Ausgabevorrichtung gemäß der Achse X oder X' gegen eine Fläche (4) quer zur Achse X oder X' in Anschlag kommen kann, um die Ausgabevorrichtung (20) daran zu hindern, die Betätigungsstange (11) gemäß der Achse X oder X' zu verschieben; wobei die Mittel (40) außerdem konfiguriert sind, um es der Ausgabevorrichtung (20) zu erlauben, die Betätigungsstange ausgehend von einer Ruhestellung der Stange um eine Achse Y in eine erste Richtung zu kippen, und sie daran zu hindern, die Betätigungsstange ausgehend von der Ruhestellung um die Achse Y in die Richtung zu kippen, die der ersten Richtung entgegengesetzt liegt.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flügel (40) sich parallel zur Achse X oder X' erstreckt.
- Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flügel (40) sich innerhalb der Ausgabevorrichtung von einer Oberfläche (22) bis zu einem einen Anschlag bildenden freien Rand (41) erstreckt.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der freie Rand (41) des Flügels einen geraden Abschnitt (41a) aufweist, der sich auf die Querfläche (34) auflegt, wobei der gerade Abschnitt durch einen abgerundeten Abschnitt (41b) verlängert wird, der sich gemessen entlang der Achse X oder X' in Abstand zur Querfläche (34) befindet.
- Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie außerdem Führungsmittel (50) aufweist, die konfiguriert sind, um das Kippen der Ausgabevorrichtung nur um die Achse Y zu erlauben.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel (50) eine Schiene aufweisen, die sich gegenüber dem Flügel (40) befindet.
- Einheit nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der freie Rand (41) des Flügels (40) in die Schiene (50) eingeführt ist.
- Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Befestigungsorgan (30) aufweist, das zur Befestigung der Ausgabevorrichtung (20) am Behälter dient.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsorgan (30) eine Montageschürze (31) aufweist, die auf dem Behälter einrasten kann.
- Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabevorrichtung (20) Einhakmittel (25) aufweist, um ihr Einhaken am Befestigungsorgan (30) zu ermöglichen.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einhakmittel (25) mindestens einen Haken aufweisen, der mit mindestens einer Welle (37) zusammenwirkt, um um die Welle schwenken und das Kippen der Ausgabevorrichtung (20) um die Achse Y erlauben zu können.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einhakmittel (25) zwei Haken aufweisen, die jeweils mit zwei Wellen (37) zusammenwirken, wobei die zwei Haken und die zwei Wellen je gemäß einer Linie parallel zur Achse Y fluchten.
- Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabevorrichtung (20) mindestens einen Aufsatz (24) aufweist, der sich auf die Betätigungsstange des Behälters aufsetzen kann.
- Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei Behälter (10) aufweist.
- Einheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabevorrichtung (20) eingerichtet ist, um die Produkte getrennt bis zu zwei Ausgabeöffnungen zu kanalisieren.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabevorrichtung zwei getrennte Kanäle (24) aufweist, um das von jedem Behälter kommende Produkt zu jeder Ausgabeöffnung zu transportieren.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabevorrichtung eingerichtet ist, um die Mischung der Produkte zu erlauben, ehe diese zur Ausgabeöffnung gelangen.
- Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Abdeckhaube (60) aufweist, die zum Schutz der Ausgabevorrichtung (20) bestimmt ist.
- Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der (die) Behälter unter Druck steht (stehen).
- Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgabeorgan ein Ventil ist.
- Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der (die) Behälter ein Kosmetikprodukt enthält (enthalten).
- Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der (die) Behälter ein Haarfärbemittel enthält (enthalten).
- Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der Behälter ein Färbemittel und der andere Behälter ein Oxidationsmittel enthält.
