Claims (22)

  1. Einheit zur Aufbewahrung und Ausgabe eines Produktes, umfassend:
    - mindestens einen Behälter (10), der ein Produkt enthält, wobei der Behälter mit einem Ausgabeelement, umfassend eine Betätigungsstange (11), versehen ist;
    - eine Ausgabevorrichtung (20), bei der mindestens ein Teil geeignet ist, sich in Bezug zum Behälter zu bewegen, um das Ausgabeelement zu betätigen, und die Ausgabe des Produktes durch mindestens eine Ausgabeöffnung (23) zu ermöglichen;
    wobei die Ausgabevorrichtung dazu konfiguriert ist, auf dem Behälter in zwei unterschiedlichen Positionen montiert zu werden,
    - eine Verwendungsposition, in der die Ausgabevorrichtung geeignet ist, das Produkt auszugeben;
    - eine Zwischenposition, in der die Ausgabevorrichtung nicht mit der Betätigungsstange in Fluidverbindung ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Verwendungsposition die Ausgabevorrichtung (20) geeignet ist, die Betätigungsstange zum Ausgeben des Produkts um eine Schwenkachse schwenken zu lassen, und die Ausgabevorrichtung die Betätigungsstange (11) nicht entlang ihrer Längsachse verschieben kann.
  2. Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabevorrichtung derart konfiguriert ist, dass sie von der Zwischenposition in die Verwendungsposition mit einer Bewegung parallel zur Längsachse der Betätigungsstange übergeht.
  3. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabevorrichtung mindestens eine Schelle (40) umfasst, die mit mindestens einer Welle (36) zusammenwirkt, um sich um die Welle drehen zu können und das Schwenken der Ausgabevorrichtung (20) in die Verwendungsposition zu ermöglichen.
  4. Einheit nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zwei Schellen (40) umfasst, die jeweils mit zwei Wellen (36) zusammenwirken, wobei die beiden Schellen und die beiden Wellen jeweils entlang einer Linie parallel zur Schwenkachse der Ausgabevorrichtung ausgerichtet sind.
  5. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Schelle (40) eine Öffnung umfasst, die an ihrem unteren Ende (40a) mündet.
  6. Einheit nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung der Schelle einen verjüngten Abschnitt (41) umfasst, um zwei Kerben (42; 43) mit zwei unterschiedlichen Höhen zu bilden, wobei jede Kerbe die entsprechende Welle (36) in jeder Position der Ausgabevorrichtung aufnehmen kann.
  7. Einheit nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Kerbe (42; 43) eine konkave Form aufweist.
  8. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung jeder Schelle (40) zum unteren Ende (40a) der Schelle hin erweitert ist.
  9. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Schelle mindestens eine Ausstülpung (44) umfasst, die geeignet ist, mit einer Wand (39) zum Halten in Zwischenposition in Kontakt zu kommen, um die Ausgabevorrichtung seitlich zu halten.
  10. Einheit nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltewand (39) elastisch auf der Ausstülpung (44) in Zwischenposition aufliegt.
  11. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabevorrichtung (20) auf dem Behälter (10) über ein Befestigungselement (30) montiert ist.
  12. Einheit nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (30) eine Montageschürze (31) umfasst, die auf dem Behälter einrasten kann.
  13. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei Behälter (10) umfasst.
  14. Einheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabevorrichtung (20) derart angeordnet ist, dass sie die Produkte getrennt zu zwei Ausgabeöffnungen leitet.
  15. Einheit nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabevorrichtung zwei getrennte Kanäle (24) umfasst, um das Produkt, das von jedem Behälter kommt, zu jeder Ausgabeöffnung zu leiten.
  16. Einheit nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabevorrichtung derart angeordnet ist, dass sie das Mischen der Produkte ermöglicht, bevor diese zur Ausgabeöffnung gelangen.
  17. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Kappe (60) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt ist, die Ausgabevorrichtung (20) zu schützen.
  18. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der (die) Behälter unter Druck steht (stehen).
  19. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgabeelement ein Ventil ist.
  20. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der (die) Behälter ein kosmetisches Produkt enthält (enthalten).
  21. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der (die) Behälter ein Haarfärbeprodukt enthält (enthalten).
  22. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der Behälter ein Färbemittel und der andere der Behälter ein Oxidationsmittel enthält.
