Dispositif changeur rapide (12) avec un adaptateur (18) selon l'une des revendications précédentes et un changeur rapide (16) pour un outil de travail (14) pour des engins de terrassement en vue du remplacement d'outils de travail (14) pour un bras (10) à commande hydraulique de l'engin de terrassement, qui peut être pivoté autour d'un axe horizontal et agit en interaction avec l'adaptateur (18) pour la connexion démontable, sachant que le changeur rapide (16), présente des pinces (20) fixes ajustées dans une première direction, au moins un goujon de fixation (30) pouvant être déplacé dans la première direction pour défaire et dans une deuxième direction opposée à la première direction pour verrouiller et un palier de butée (26) placé loin des pinces (20), caractérisé en ce que la largeur de l'enfoncement (46) de la deuxième surface de fixation (44) de l'adaptateur (18) est plus petite que la largeur des pinces (20) et que les pinces (20) sont placées de telle manière que chaque pince (20) couvre un enfoncement (46) et dans l'état monté du dispositif changeur rapide, repose sur l'axe de verrou (38, 40) des deux côtés de l'enfoncement rattaché (46).
  7. Dispositif changeur rapide selon revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le palier de butée (26) du changeur rapide (16) est formé au moins en partie par une plaque de renforcement.
  8. Dispositif changeur rapide selon revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de renforcement est faite en un matériau résistant à l'usure.
  9. Dispositif changeur rapide selon revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de renforcement est trempée.
  10. Dispositif changeur rapide selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le palier de butée (26) s'étend seulement entre les pinces (20) éloignées.
  11. Dispositif changeur rapide selon l'une des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième surface de fixation (44) de l'adaptateur (44) et le goujon de fixation (30) du changeur rapide (16), pour une installation étendue, présentent une forme plate formée en correspondant l'une avec l'autre - plane et / ou arrondie.
  12. Dispositif changeur rapide selon l'une des revendications précédentes 6 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le changeur rapide (16) présente plusieurs goujons de fixation (30) de préférence deux, sachant que l'adaptateur (18) est muni respectivement d'une deuxième surface de fixation (44) attachée à chaque goujon de fixation (30).
  13. Dispositif changeur rapide selon l'une des revendications précédentes 6 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le changeur rapide (16) présente deux pinces (20) et l'adaptateur (18) sur le premier et le deuxième côté respectivement deux axes de verrou (38, 40) l'un à côté de l'autre de manière coaxiale à une distance prédéterminée.
  14. Dispositif changeur rapide selon revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre les deux axes de verrou (28, 30) placés l'un à côté de l'autre de manière coaxiale, correspond essentiellement à l'espace de travail et / ou au champ de vision pour un moyen d'actionnement pour le changeur rapide (16) et un moyen d'affichage pour l'état de verrouillage du dispositif changeur rapide (12).
  15. Dispositif changeur rapide selon l'une des revendications précédentes 6 à 14, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de centrage (52, 54) sur l'adaptateur (18) et / ou le changeur rapide (16), sont prévus de telle manière que juste avant l'ajustage du changeur rapide (16) sur la première surface de fixation (42) les goujons de fixation (30) sont positionnés vers la deuxième surface de fixation (44).
