Claims (11)

  1. Rampe d'accès rétractable pour véhicule de transport public, avec une palette rétractable (2) guidée dans une cassette (1) fermée, disposée dans la zone d'accès du véhicule, apte à être sortie et rentrée moyennant un dispositif d'entraînement, dont l'extrémité arrière est fixée par au moins une charnière double (10) à un élément de transport mobile en translation guidé dans la cassette (1), s'étendant sur toute la largeur de la cassette (1) et apte à être déplacé en translation dans la direction de sortie par le dispositif d'entraînement, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un élément formant support (12) destiné à supporter la palette rétractable (2) sur sa face inférieure moyennant une surface de support est disposé à l'extrémité avant de la cassette (1) et que la longueur de la charnière double (10) est dimensionnée de telle sorte qu'à l'état rentré de la palette rétractable (2) et pendant une première phase du mouvement sortant de la palette rétractable (2) le centre de gravité (S) de la palette rétractable (2) est situé à l'intérieur de l'élément formant support (12) de sorte que, suite à un couple de basculement se produisant, la face inférieure de la palette rétractable (2) à l'intérieur de l'élément formant support (12) se trouve en contrebas de la surface formant support et que, dans la première phase du mouvement sortant, la palette rétractable (2) sort, inclinée selon un angle aigu donné et orientée vers le haut, tandis que dans une deuxième phase du mouvement sortant, pendant laquelle le centre de gravité (S) de la palette rétractable est situé en dehors de l'élément formant support (12), l'extrémité arrière de la palette rétractable (2) est soulevée par un couple de basculement opposé.
  2. Rampe d'accès selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément formant support (12) est conformé en forme de baguette support s'étendant sur toute la largeur de la palette rétractable (2).
  3. Rampe d'accès selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de transport est conformé en forme de cadre (3) rectangulaire fermé avec une traverse avant (3.1) et une traverse arrière (3.2) et deux longerons (3.3, 3.4) et que le dispositif d'entraînement (4, 4') est disposé à l'intérieur de ce cadre (3).
  4. Rampe d'accès selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement comporte au moins un vérin pneumatique (4') s'étendant dans le sens de la longueur de la cassette, ce vérin étant solidarisé de façon fixe au plancher (1.1) de la cassette et le piston du vérin étant relié à la traverse avant (3.1) du cadre (3) par l'intermédiaire d'une tige de piston (4.1').
  5. Rampe d'accès selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement comporte un vérin pneumatique (4') qui est disposé sensiblement sur l'axe médian longitudinal de la cassette (1).
  6. Rampe d'accès selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement comporte un moteur à engrenage électrique (4) dont le pignon de sortie s'engage dans une crémaillère (4.1) s'étendant dans le sens de la longueur et solidarisée de façon fixe au cadre (3).
  7. Rampe d'accès selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la palette rétractable (2) est fixée mobile en pivotement sur la traverse avant (3.1) par l'intermédiaire de la charnière double (10).
  8. Rampe d'accès selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la cassette (1) est intégrée de telle façon dans le châssis du véhicule que la plaque de recouvrement (1.2) de la cassette forme dans la zone d'accès une partie du plancher du véhicule.
  9. Rampe d'accès selon la revendication 3 et le cas échéant l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisée en ce que des éléments (5) formant support sont disposés à l'intérieur du cadre (3), de part et d'autre du dispositif d'entraînement (4, 4'), entre la plaque de recouvrement (1.2) de la cassette et le plancher (1.1) de la cassette.
  10. Rampe d'accès selon la revendication 3 et le cas échéant l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 9, caractérisée en ce que des organes de verrouillage (6.1, 6.2) et/ou des interrupteurs fin de course (7.1, 7.2, 7.3) destinés à fixer les positions extrêmes et à saisir les positions du cadre (3) et de la palette rétractable (2) ou à contrôler le dispositif d'entraînement sont disposés à l'intérieur du cadre (3).
  11. Rampe d'accès selon la revendication 3 et le cas échéant l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 10, caractérisée en ce que les longerons (3.3, 3.4) du cadre sont guidés dans des rails de guidage (8.1, 8.2) disposés dans la cassette (1).
