Claims (18)

  1. Conteneur verrouillable, en particulier bac à courrier, comprenant une partie inférieure de conteneur (1), ouverte vers le haut et constituée d'une paroi de fond (2) et de parois latérales (3 à 6) reliées de préférence par des coins arrondis, et un couvercle (7) pouvant être placé sur la partie inférieure de conteneur (1), dans lequel le couvercle (7) pouvant être placé sur la partie inférieure de conteneur (1) est réalisé sous la forme d'un élément d'insertion, dans lequel au moins un élément insérable (8, 9) est formé à cet effet dans une paroi frontale (6) de la partie inférieure de conteneur (1) et le couvercle (7) est pourvu, sur une face frontale (10), d'au moins un organe d'insertion (11, 12) complémentaire de l'élément insérable (8, 9), et le couvercle (7) peut être verrouillé avec la partie inférieure de conteneur (1), en particulier au moyen d'une ou plusieurs connexions à encliquetage ou à houssette (13) prévues sur la face frontale (17) du couvercle et sur la paroi frontale (5) de la partie inférieure de conteneur (1) opposées à la connexion à insertion, dans lequel des rampes de mise en place (14, 15) sont prévues sur le couvercle (7), au niveau des bords latéraux s'étendant vers la face frontale (10) comprenant l'organe d'insertion (11, 12), lesquelles rampes, en partant de la face frontale (10) du couvercle, sont en retrait d'au moins 10 mm par rapport aux coins, en particulier de 25 mm et de préférence de 50 mm, caractérisé en ce qu'à une certaine hauteur partielle des parois latérales (3 à 6), la partie inférieure de conteneur (1) présente un épaulement d'empilement (20) périphérique, entier ou partiel, lequel épaulement est prévu sur la partie inférieure de conteneur (1) à une hauteur telle que, dans une pile, il subsiste une certaine hauteur libre entre les parois de fond (2) de la partie supérieure du conteneur supérieur et de la partie inférieure du conteneur inférieur (1) lors de la mise en appui de l'épaulement d'empilement (20) d'une partie inférieure de conteneur (1) supérieure sur le bord supérieur d'une partie inférieure de conteneur (1) inférieure, laquelle hauteur libre correspond à un emballage de courrier normalisé (par exemple le format DIN C).
  2. Conteneur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une jupe (16) périphérique, entière ou partielle, s'étendant vers le bas depuis la surface du couvercle est prévue, laquelle jupe est divisée, par deux rampes de mise en place (14, 15) opposées, en une zone où la hauteur de la jupe (16) est petite ou nulle au niveau de la face frontale comprenant l'organe d'insertion (11, 12) et en une zone où la hauteur de la jupe est plus grande, et la jupe (16), lorsque le couvercle (7) est en place, recouvre au moins partiellement les parois latérales (3 à 6) de la partie inférieure de conteneur (1) de manière centrale.
  3. Conteneur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les rampes de mise en place (14, 15) sont formées par des surfaces inclinées de la jupe (16) s'étendant depuis la surface supérieure du couvercle.
  4. Conteneur selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la jupe (16) est prévue au moins partiellement au niveau de la face frontale (10) comprenant l'organe d'insertion (11, 12), en particulier pour entourer les coins de la face frontale (10), et présente une hauteur inférieure par rapport au reste de la hauteur de la jupe.
  5. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (7) et la partie inférieure de conteneur (1) sont reliés l'un à l'autre au moyen d'un dispositif de sécurité bloquant l'accès amovible, situé sur le côté de la connexion à encliquetage ou à houssette (13), réalisé de préférence sous la forme d'un plomb, si bien que le couvercle (7) ne peut pas être séparé de la partie inférieure de conteneur (1) par des personnes non autorisées ou seulement au moyen de la destruction du dispositif de sécurité.
  6. Conteneur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (7) et la partie inférieure de conteneur (1) présentent des ouvertures (18, 19), disposées l'une derrière l'autre de manière coïncidente lorsque le couvercle (7) est fermé, prévues pour un dispositif de sécurité à plomb, dans lequel l'ouverture (19) pratiquée dans la partie inférieure de conteneur (1) présente des parties segmentées, au niveau desquelles le matériau est aminci, qui fonctionnent comme un ressort lorsqu'une goupille d'un plomb correspondante est mise en place et qui empêchent le retrait de la goupille du plomb en provoquant, au contraire, lors de l'ouverture du couvercle (7), le détachement d'une partie de la goupille du plomb.
  7. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément insérable est formé par au moins deux languettes insérables (8, 9), moulées en particulier d'une seule pièce, disposées au niveau du bord supérieur de la paroi frontale (6) de la partie inférieure de conteneur (1).
  8. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'insertion est formé par au moins deux poches de logement (11, 12), disposées au niveau du bord du couvercle, moulées en particulier d'une seule pièce, conçues de manière à être complémentaires des languettes insérables (8, 9).
  9. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les languettes insérables (8, 9) faisant saillie vers l'intérieur sont intégrées à la paroi frontale (6) de la partie inférieure de conteneur (1) et ne dépassent pas de la surface interne de la paroi frontale (6) de la partie inférieure de conteneur (1).
  10. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un segment inférieur de conteneur (21) peut être emboîté dans une partie inférieure de conteneur (1) située en dessous dans une pile jusqu'à ce que l'épaulement d'empilement (20) bute contre le bord supérieur de la partie inférieure de conteneur (1) inférieure, et en ce que des nervures d'empilement (23, 24), décalées par rapport à l'épaulement d'empilement (20) et dirigées vers le bas, sont prévues pour un emboîtement par rotation sur la paroi externe, au niveau de deux parois frontales (5, 6) opposées, lesquelles nervures, dans une orientation de la partie inférieure de conteneur (1) pour un empilement de conteneurs pleins, sont en appui et, dans une orientation de la partie inférieure de conteneur (1) tournée de 180°, s'enfoncent dans des évidements complémentaires (25, 26) prévus dans la face frontale (6) opposée de la partie inférieure de conteneur (1) du dessous, de sorte que le conteneur prend appui, avec son épaulement d'empilement (20), sur le bord supérieur de la partie inférieure de conteneur (1) située en dessous dans la pile.
  11. Conteneur selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que des embases de la partie inférieure de conteneur pour les nervures d'empilement (23, 24) sont pourvues, au niveau de leur face avant supérieure, de nervures de bord latérales (29, 30) qui entourent les nervures d'empilement (23, 24) de la partie inférieure de conteneur (1) située en haut de la pile, au moins de part et d'autre, parallèlement et à une certaine distance, dans lequel en particulier les languettes insérables (8, 9) jouent le rôle de telles embases pour nervures d'empilement.
  12. Conteneur selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que les nervures d'empilement (23, 24) se situent à une certaine distance du fond de la partie inférieure de conteneur (1), si bien que, lorsque les nervures d'empilement (23, 24) de la partie inférieure de conteneur (1) située en haut de la pile sont placées sur le bord supérieur de la partie inférieure de conteneur située en bas de la pile, la partie inférieure du conteneur du dessus s'enfonce de la même distance, au niveau de sa paroi de fond, avec sa partie inférieure dans la partie inférieure de conteneur située en bas de la pile.
  13. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une poignée (32) comportant une ou plusieurs parois verticales (32) est prévue dans au moins deux faces frontales (5, 6) de la partie inférieure de conteneur (1).
  14. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une zone (31) destinée à recevoir des étiquettes, en particulier des étiquettes à insérer, est prévue sur la face externe au moins sur l'une des faces frontales (5, 6) de la partie inférieure de conteneur (1), laquelle zone s'étend dans la partie supérieure de la face frontale (5, 6), et en particulier au-dessus de l'épaulement d'empilement (20), si bien que cette zone reste totalement libre même lorsque la partie inférieure de conteneur (1) est empilée sur un conteneur situé en dessous.
  15. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les faces internes des parois latérales (3, 4) de la partie inférieure de conteneur (1) sont pourvues de nervures (36) verticales, espacées les unes des autres, s'étendant au moins en partie depuis le fond du conteneur (2) jusqu'en dessous de la hauteur de l'épaulement d'empilement (20) externe et faisant saillie dans l'espace interne, dans lequel les nervures (36) des parois latérales (3, 4) opposées se font face parallèlement.
  16. Conteneur selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que deux nervures adjacentes (36) d'une paroi latérale (3, 4) forment ensemble une fente, si bien que des cloisons de séparation peuvent être insérées par emboîtement dans deux fentes opposées des parois latérales (3, 4) opposées.
  17. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (7) est pourvu, sur sa face supérieure (34), d'une nervure de bord (35) au moins partiellement périphérique, qui entoure au moins partiellement, sur tous les côtés, le segment inférieur de conteneur (21) d'une partie inférieure de conteneur (1) empilée et qui sert en même temps à l'empilement des couvercles.
  18. Conteneur selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que la nervure de bord (35) est conçue de telle sorte qu'elle est entourée par la jupe (16) d'un couvercle empilé (7).
