Abstract

Ein Sitzmöbel umfasst ein zwischen zwei seitlichen Gestellteilen (2) in Sitzlängsrichtung bewegbares Sitzteil (1), an dem unterseitig im vorderen Bereich zwei Gelenkketten (4) angeschlossen sind, von denen jeweils eine einem Gestellteil (2) zugeordnet ist und die eine mit dem Gestellteil (2) einerseits und dem Sitzteil (1) andererseits drehbar verbundene Lenkerlasche (5). Ferner ist ein schwenkbar am Sitzteil (1) angeschlossener Steuerhebel (7) sowie einen an seinem einen Ende daran angelenkten zweiarmigen Betätigungshebel (6) vorgesehen, der an seinem anderen Ende einen schwenkbaren Tragarm (17) trägt und gelenkig am Sitzteil (1) befestigt ist. Am Tragarm (17), an dem dem Betätigungshebel (6) abgewandten Ende, ist ein Fußteil (3) angeordnet, das bewegungsabhängig vom Sitzteil (1) von einer aufgeschwenkten Gebrauchs- in eine abgeschwenkte Nichtgebrauchsstellung unterhalb des Sitzteiles (1) bringbar ist, wobei an dem Tragarm (17) eine Koppelstange (18) axial verschiebbar angeordnet ist, die einerseits mit dem Betätigungshebel (6) und andererseits mit einem am Fußteil (3) drehbar befestigten Lenker (19) verbunden ist.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Sitzmöbel gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Aus der EP 0 875 181 B1 ist ein Sitzmöbel entsprechend der Gattung bekannt.
  • Bei diesem bekannten Sitzmöbel ist das Fußteil durch zwei Aufstellscheren, von denen jeweils eine an eine der Gelenkketten angeschlossen ist, am Sitzteil gehalten.
  • Mit Hilfe dieser Aufstellscheren wird das Fußteil bei einem Verschieben des Sitzteiles sowie gegebenenfalls einem Verschwenken einer am Sitzteil angeschlossenen Rückenlehne von einer hochgestellten Gebrauchs- in eine Nichtgebrauchsstellung verschwenkt, in der das Fußteil direkt unter dem Sitzteil platziert ist. Bei einer gegenläufigen Bewegung des Sitzteiles erfolgt die Verschwenkung des Fußteiles entsprechend.
  • Wesentlich ist dabei, dass das Fußteil in Nichtgebrauchsstellung vollständig unterhalb des Sitzteiles zur Anordnung kommt, was nicht nur aus optischen Gründen vorteilhaft ist, sondern auch in funktionaler Hinsicht, da dann die beim Sitzen nötige Fußfreiheit unterhalb des Sitzteiles gewährleistet ist.
  • Eine andere Konstruktion, bei der auf den Einsatz von Aufstellscheren verzichtet wird, ist aus der DE 296 00 282 U1 bekannt. Allerdings ist es bei dieser Lösung nicht möglich, das Fußteil unter das Sitzteil zu verschwenken, so dass dieses Sitzmöbel hinsichtlich einer bequemen Sitzposition eher unbefriedigend ist.
  • Hinsichtlich der Funktion, das heißt hinsichtlich des Bewegungsablaufs hat sich der Einsatz von Aufstellscheren bewährt. Jedoch stellen die die Aufstellscheren bildenden Scherenglieder potentielle Klemmstellen dar, da ein seitlicher Zugriff in die gebildeten Zwischenräume möglich ist, die beim Verschwenken soweit geschlossen werden, dass keine ausreichende Fingerfreiheit vorliegt und es durchaus zu Fingerquetschungen kommen kann.
  • Aber auch in bezug auf ein gerade im Möbelbereich optimiertes Gestaltungsbild entspricht das aus der erstgenannten Schrift bekannte Sitzmöbel nicht unbedingt den gestellten Anforderungen, da die Scherenglieder, ebenso wie die erkennbaren Gelenkpunkte den optischen Gesamteindruck in gewisser Weise beeinträchtigen.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Sitzmöbel der gattungsgemäßen Art so weiter zu entwickeln, dass die Bediensicherheit sowie der optische Gesamteindruck verbessert wird.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Sitzmöbel gelöst, das die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 aufweist.
  • Durch diese konstruktive Ausbildung wird auf die Aufstellscheren vollständig verzichtet. Deren Funktion wird übernommen von dem Tragarm und der Koppelstange die längsverschieblich am Tragarm befestigt ist und mit einem Ende vorzugsweise über einen Winkelhebel am Fußteil und mit dem anderen Ende am zweiarmigen Betätigungshebel der zugeordneten Gelenkkette angelenkt ist.
  • Vorzugsweise ist der Tragarm im Querschnitt als C-Profil ausgebildet, in dem die Koppelstange geführt ist. Dabei ist die Koppelstange auf der Innenseite des Tragarmes gelagert, so dass von außen her nur die Außenseite des Tragarmes erkennbar ist, wodurch sich ein optisch wesentlich ansprechenderes Bild ergibt.
  • Durch die aufeinander liegende Anordnung des Tragarmes und der Koppelstange sind keine potentiellen Klemmstellen mehr gegeben, so dass sich auch die Betriebssicherheit dieses Beschlages bemerkenswert verbessert.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Ausbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen gekennzeichnet.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der beigefügten Zeichnungen beschrieben.

  • In den Figuren ist vordere Teil eines Sitzmöbels dargestellt, das ein zwischen zwei seitlichen Gestellteilen 2 in Sitzlängsrichtung bewegbares Sitzteil 1 aufweist, an dem davon bewegungsabhängig ein Fußteil 3 angeschlossen ist, das von einer Nichtgebrauchsstellung, in der es unter dem Sitzteil 1 platziert ist (Figur 2) in eine hochgestellte vor dem Sitzteil 1 angeordnete Gebrauchsstellung aufschwenkbar ist (Figur 1).
  • An der Unterseite des Sitzteiles 1 sind im vorderen Bereich, den seitlichen Gestellteilen 2 zugeordnet, jeweils eine Gelenkkette 4 vorgesehen.
  • Jede Gelenkkette 4 weist eine Lenkerlasche 5 auf, die mit einem Ende an dem zugeordneten Gestellteil 2 und mit dem anderen Ende am Sitzteil 1 über eine Gelenkachse 8 gelenkig angeschlossen ist. Die Lenkerlasche 5 ist an einer Anschlussplatte 10 befestigt, die fest mit dem Gestellteil 2 verbunden ist und die die Gelenkkette 4 insgesamt trägt.
  • Ebenfalls an der Gelenkachse 8 ist ein drehbarer Steuerhebel 7 befestigt, der andererseits an einem zweiarmigen Betätigungshebel 6 angelenkt ist, der über eine Schwenkachse 9 an der Anschlussplatte 10 und damit am Gestellteil 2 drehbar befestigt ist.
  • An dem dem Steuerhebel 7 abgewandten Ende trägt der Betätigungshebel 6 einen angelenkten Tragarm 17, der mit einer seinem anderen Ende drehbar an einem Anschlussteil 20 befestigt ist, das starr mit dem Fußteil 3 verbunden ist.
  • In dem im Querschnitt C-förmig ausgebildeten Tragarm 17 ist längsverschieblich eine Koppelstange 18 geführt, an deren dem Fußteil 3 zugewandten Ende ein Lenker 19 angeschlossen ist, der mit dem Anschlussteil 20 drehbar verbunden ist. Der Lenker 19 weist einen Führungsbolzen 23 auf, der in einem axial sich erstreckenden Langloch 21 des Tragarmes 17 angeordnet ist. Die Anlenkpunkte des Tragarmes 17 und des Lenkers 19 am Anschlussteil 20 sind abständig zueinander angeordnet und bilden so die Traglager für das Fußteil 3.
  • Am anderen Ende ist die Koppelstange 18 mit einer Verbindungslasche 14 verbunden, die in dem Endbereich am zweiarmigen Betätigungshebel 6 angeschlossen ist, der dem Anschluss des Steuerhebels 7 gegenüber liegt.
  • Über einen Führungszapfen 22, der Bestandteil der Verbindungslasche 14 ist, ist diese längsverschieblich in einem sich ebenfalls axial erstreckenden weiteren Langloch 16 des Tragarmes 17 geführt. Im Zusammenwirken mit dem dem Fußteil 3 zugewandten Langloch 21 bilden deren Enden praktisch die Anschläge für den Verschiebeweg der Koppelstange 18 im Tragarm 17.
  • An die Lenkerlasche 5 ist eine Anschlusslasche 11 drehbar angeschlossen, an deren anderem Ende ein Winkelhebel 12 angelenkt ist, der um ein Drehlager 13 der Anschlussplatte 10 lenkbar ist und an dessen anderem Ende eine Rolle 15 befestigt ist, die in der Koppelstange 18 bzw. dem Tragarm 17 geführt ist und die der Führung des Bauteiles Tragarm 17/Koppelstange 18 von einer aufgeschwenkten in eine abgeschwenkte Stellung dient.
  • Beim Aus- und Einschwenken des Fußteiles 3 wird durch die Rolle 15 der vordere Bereich des Tragarmes 17 nach unten gedrückt, so dass dieser die vordere Kante des abgesenkten Sitzteiles 1 frei umfahren kann.

Claims (9)

  1. Sitzmöbel mit einem zwischen zwei seitlichen Gestellteilen (2) in Sitzlängsrichtung bewegbaren Sitzteil (1), an dem unterseitig im vorderen Bereich zwei Gelenkketten (4) angeschlossen sind, von denen jeweils eine einem Gestellteil (2) zugeordnet ist und die jeweils eine mit dem Gestellteil (2) einerseits und dem Sitzteil (1) andererseits drehbar verbundene Lenkerlasche (5), einen schwenkbar am Sitzteil (1) angeschlossenen Steuerhebel (7) sowie einen an seinem einen Ende daran angelenkten zweiarmigen Betätigungshebel (6) aufweisen, der an seinem anderen Ende einen schwenkbaren Tragarm (17) trägt und gelenkig am Sitzteil (1) befestigt ist, wobei am Tragarm (17), an dem dem Betätigungshebel (6) abgewandten Ende, ein Fußteil (3) angeordnet ist, das bewegungsabhängig vom Sitzteil (1) von einer aufgeschwenkten Gebrauchsin eine abgeschwenkte Nichtgebrauchsstellung unterhalb des Sitzteiles (1) bringbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Tragarm (17) eine Koppelstange (18) axial verschiebbar angeordnet ist, die einerseits mit dem Betätigungshebel (6) und andererseits mit einem am Fußteil (3) drehbar befestigten Lenker (19) verbunden ist.
  2. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschiebeweg der Koppelstange (18) gegenüber dem Tragarm (17) durch sich axial erstreckende Langlöcher (16,21) im Tragarm (17) und darin geführten Führungszapfen (22) bzw. Führungsbolzen (23) begrenzt ist.
  3. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Koppelstange (18) sichtseitig vom Tragarm (17) überdeckt ist.
  4. Sitzmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Koppelstange (18) im Tragarm (17) geführt ist.
  5. Sitzmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragarm (17) im Querschnitt C-förmig ausgebildet ist.
  6. Sitzmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geschlossene Breitseite des Tragarmes (17) zum zugeordneten Gestellteil (2) hin gerichtet ist.
  7. Sitzmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die Lenkerlasche (5) eine Anschlusslasche (11) angeschlossen ist, mit der ein Winkelhebel (12) drehbar verbunden ist, der drehbar am Gestellteil (2) befestigt ist und der andererseits eine Rolle (15) trägt, die längsverschiebbar im Tragarm (17) oder der Koppelstange (18) geführt ist.
  8. Sitzmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungsbolzen (23), der in dem Langloch (21) gelagert ist, im Anlenkbereich des Lenkers (19) an der Koppelstange (18) befestigt ist.
  9. Sitzmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (6) in seinem dem Tragarm (17) zugewandten Endbereich eine Verbindungslasche (14) trägt, an der der in dem Langloch (16) geführte Führungszapfen (22) befestigt ist.
