- the U shaped magnetic element 30 is assembled with the two coils 11 by inserting each of its two magnetic cores 301 into the corresponding coil 11 until both tips of the magnetic cores 301 are emerged out of the opposite side of the coils 11. After the protruded tips of the two magnetic cores 301 are engaged to a square magnetic plate 10 of same material, the whole structure is enclosed with the resin 4 thereby completing the fabrication of a common mode choke coil.
- the choke coil provided by the present invention can be accompanied with a capacitor in one package so as to form a SMD filter applicable to various frequency band-width and rated voltage, rated current.
- the land pattern on the circuit board is designed in the version that it can be applicable to both packaged or a separated type by only changing solder mask.

- the choke coil of the invention and other accompanied components can be used for a lower cost.

Claims (11)
- Drahtgewundene Drosselspule aufweisend:eine Spule (11), die aus einem isolierten Leiter ausgebildet ist und mit einer vorbestimmten Anzahl von Windungen undeinem Innendurchmesser eng oder lose gewunden ist und sich an beiden Anschlussstellen (111) (Elektroden) mit einer Länge erstreckt, die etwas kleiner als eine Windung ist,einen Kern (12) mit zwei Endflächen (121) an beiden Enden und mit einem Außendurchmesser, der etwas größer als der Innendurchmesser der Spule ist, zum Längseinsetzen in den Innenhohlraum der Spule (11), um von der Spule (11) mittels ihrer Elastizität kraftschlüssig umgeben zu sein, ohne dass ein Lösen zu befürchten ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der isolierte Leiter der Spule (11) vorplattiert ist und dass beide Endflächen des Kerns (12) mit einer Fase versehen oder abgerundet sind.
- Drosselspule gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der Kern (12) an beiden Enden mit einer Schicht (122) aus Metallplattierung vorplattiert ist.
- Drosselspule gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Leiter der Spule (11) mit einem Metall, das aus Gold, Silber, Zinn oder Nickel ausgewählt wird, elektroplattiert ist.
- Drosselspule gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Spule (11) zu einer mehrschichtigen Spule ausgebildet ist, indem derselbe Leiter oder indem isolierte Leiter von unterschiedlicher Art und Größe wiederholt rückwärts und vorwärts gewunden werden.
- Drosselspule gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Querschnitt der Spule (11) und des Kerns (12) elliptisch, viereckig oder anders ausgebildet ist.
- Drosselspule gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Spule (11) und der Kern (12) zum Abdichten mit Harz, Ferrit oder Keramik umschlossen sind.
- Drosselspule gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei der Kern (12) etwas länger als die Spule (11) ist, so dass er aus der Spule (11) vorsteht, wobei seine beiden vorstehenden Abschnitte elektroplattiert sind.
- Drosselspule gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei jeder der vorstehenden Abschnitte des Kerns (12) jeweils mit einer Anbringlasche mit einem vorplattierten, viereckigen, hohlen Metallleiter (2) versehen ist, so dass eine stabile Lötarbeit durchführbar ist.
- Drosselspule gemäß Anspruch 1, aufweisend:zwei Spulen (11), die aus einem isolierten, vorplattierten Leiter hergestellt sind und mit einer vorbestimmten Anzahl von Windungen und einem Innendurchmesser eng oder lose gewunden sind und sich an beiden Anschlussstellen (111) (Elektroden) mit einer Länge erstrecken, die etwas kleiner als eine Windung ist,zwei Kerne (12), die etwas länger als die Spulen (11) sind, wobei jeder der Kerne (12) in den Hohlraum der Spule (11) eingesetzt ist und aus beiden Enden der Spule (11) hervorsteht, undzwei viereckige Magnetplatten (10), wobei jede von diesen mit einem ersten Loch (101) und einem zweiten Loch (102) zum In-Eingriff-Stehen mit den vorstehenden Abschnitten der Kerne (12) an beiden Enden versehen ist, so dass die viereckigen Magnetplatten (10) mit den Kernen (12) an zwei Enden montiert sind, so dass eine Gleichtakt-Drosselspule nach dem Umschließen der gesamten Struktur mit einem Harz (4) ausgebildet ist.
- Drosselspule gemäß Anspruch 9, wobei die beiden Kerne (12) durch zwei ungefähr U-förmige Magnetelemente (20) ersetzt sind, die jeweils zwei Magnetkerne (201) aufweisen, wobei, nach dem Einsetzen jedes Magnetkerns (201) in die korrespondierende Spule (11) von beiden Enden aus, die gesamte Struktur mit dem Harz (4) umschlossen wird, so dass eine Gleichtakt-Drosselspule ausgebildet ist.
- Drosselspule gemäß Anspruch 9, wobei die beiden Kerne (12) durch ein ungefähr U-förmiges Magnetelement (30) ersetzt sind, das mit zwei Magnetkernen (301) versehen ist, wobei das U-förmige Magnetelement (30) mit den beiden Spulen (11) montiert ist, indem jeder von seinen zwei Magnetkernen (301) in die korrespondierende Spule (11) eingesetzt ist, bis beide Enden der Magnetkerne (301) aus der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Spulen (11) vorstehen, wobei, nach dem die vorstehenden Enden der beiden Magnetkerne (301) in Eingriff mit einer viereckigen Magnetplatte (10) sind, die aus demselben Material hergestellt ist, die gesamte Struktur mit dem Harz (4) umschlossen wird, so dass eine Gleichtakt-Drosselspule ausgebildet ist.
