Claims (19)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zur Halterung gleitender Massen oder Körper derart, dass sie wenigstens ein Fangnetz (2), welches an einem mit einer Vielzahl von strukturtragenden, stangenähnlichen Elementen (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) ausgestattetem Gerüst randseitig befestigt ist, und Mittel (6, 11) zur Verankerung dieses Gerüsts am Boden umfasst, wobei die strukturtragenden, stangenähnlichen Elemente an einem einzigen gegenseitigen Verbindungsbereich aneinander befestigt (8a, 8b, 10) sind und die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass wenigstens eines der strukturtragenden, stangenähnlichen Elemente Mittel (12a, 12b, 12c, 12d; 13a, 14a, 13b, 14b, 13c, 14c, 13d, 14d; 16, 18, 19a, 19b) zur Schwächung und/oder des Versagens umfasst, die auf dessen Struktur derart einwirken, dass diese kollabieren kann.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Schwächung und/oder des Versagens wenigstens einen Abschnitt mit einer verringerten Dicke (12a, 12b,12c,12d) des wenigstens einen strukturtragenden, stangenähnlichen Elements umfasst.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eines der strukturtragenden, stangenähnlichen Elemente zwei oder mehrere Segmente umfasst, die durch Bruchlinien (13a, 13b, 13 c, 13d; 16) verbunden sind, wobei diese Bruchlinien die Mittel zur Schwächung und/oder Versagens darstellen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bruchlinien wenigstens Teilschnitte sind, die in dem wenigstens einen strukturtragenden, stangenähnlichen Element ausgebildet sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnitte das wenigstens eine, strukturtragende, stangenähnliche Element vollständig in wenigstens zwei Segmente (17a, 17b) aufteilen, wobei diese aneinander durch faltbare Verbindungsplatten (18) befestigt sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Schwächung und/oder des Versagens wenigstens ein Verbindungsgelenk (14a, 14b, 14c, 14d) zwischen separaten Segmenten des wenigstens einen strukturtragenden, stangenähnlichen Elements umfasst.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Schwächung und/oder des Versagens auf die strukturtragenden, stangenähnlichen Elemente in der Nähe zu dem wenigstens einen, gemeinsamen Verbindungspunkt oder Bereich der Vielzahl von strukturtragenden, stangenähnlichen Elementen wirken.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Schwächung und/oder des Versagens in einem Abstand, der gleich oder geringer ist als die Hälfte der Länge eines jeden strukturtragenden, stangenähnlichen Elements von dem wenigstens einen gemeinsamen Verbindungspunkt oder Bereich, wirken.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Schwächung und/oder des Versagens so angeordnet sind, dass sie das Versagen der Struktur des wenigstens einen strukturtragenden, stangeähnlichen Elementes auf der Bergabwärtigen Seite der Vorrichtung fördern, wenn letztere installiert ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vielzahl der strukturtragenden, stangenähnlichen Elemente fest miteinander verbunden sind.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens drei strukturtragende, stangenähnliche Elemente vorgesehen sind und diese radialsymmetrisch relativ zueinander und relativ zu dem gemeinsamen Verbindungsbereich angeordnet sind.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Verankerung des Gerüsts am Boden eine Vielzahl von Verbindungsstangen (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d) umfassen, die an ihrem Ende an der Vielzahl von strukturtragenden, stangenähnlichen Elementen und an ihrem anderen Ende an einem Bodenverbindungsteil (6, 11) befestigt sind.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Verankerung des Gerüsts am Boden wenigstens eine Strebe (7) umfassen, die zwischen dem Gerüst und dem Bodenverbindungsteil angeordnet ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Strebe mit wenigstens einem Freiheitsgrad an dem Gerüst befestigt ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12, 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsstangen aus Metallseilen bestehen.
  16. Verwendung der Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche als Schneebarriere.
  17. Verwendung der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15 als Erdauffänger.
  18. Verwendung der Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 als statische Barriere für das Erdreich zur Stabilisierung von Böschungen, Flussdeichen und Gerölllawinen.
  19. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 oder 18, wobei die Vorrichtung wenigstens teilweise unterhalb des Grundniveaus verlegt ist.
