Definitions
- the invention relates to an articulated fitting, which is arranged symmetrically on both sides of a head part frame of a foldable mattress frame, which is articulated on a base frame with a first articulated rectangle, which is connected to a handlebar on a head part frame joint, which connects the head part frame part with a reclining frame part, and wherein the handlebar via a second four-bar linkage, which comprises a coupling and a handlebar extension of the lying part-side handlebar of the first four-bar linkage and a coupling member which is connected at an articulation point at the end of the handlebar extension to an angle lever which is part of a folding linkage of the reclining frame part with its second angle arm, and wherein a locking iron with at least one notch, which is movably connected to the handlebar, is guided in a sliding block to a limited extent and wherein a locking bolt engages in this slide arrangement, which is fastened to the head part frame, so that this can be held locked in a flat lying position, possibly in an inclined
- the coupling member consists of movably connected sections which can be brought into a rigid stretched position and is articulated to the slide arrangement, which causes the latching and the latching iron to be triggered after a strong lifting of the lying frame part and, when the latter is subsequently lowered, returns to the lying position , Since the bed frame is much heavier than the headboard, it is also difficult to move to the different positions. It is an object of the invention to enable an easier and more secure adjustment of the head part to the lying frame part and to ensure that the head part frame forms a counterweight to the lying frame part with respect to the articulation on the base frame when the lying frame part is folded in.
- a release lever with locking lugs extends between the joint at the end of the steering extension and a locking pin on the locking iron in a force-fitting manner, or a locking lever with locking lugs extends at one end between a joint on the bedside handlebar of the first four-bar linkage and a joint on the locking iron and from there is guided with a guide pin in a guideway in a release manner in a spring-loaded manner, which is articulated on the locking bar at the other end.
- the locking iron with a recess in which the locking positions are determined by locking notches is pressed upwards by a spring in such a way that the bolt on the headboard frame is pressed into the respective locking notch and that when the headboard frame is lifted, it is released a release lever with a nose for the respective locking position with the corresponding nose presses against a pin of the locking bar and thus pushes the locking bar back until the locking pin comes out of the locking notch and is held in a recess in the slide above the locking notches.
- the latching lever presses the latching iron back with a nose to such an extent that the latching bolt emerges from the currently effective latching notch and is held in the recess in the slide above the latching notches.
- This fitting allows the headboard frame to be snapped into place in several positions.
- a locking iron which has a recess with several locking notches that determine the locking positions.
- a locking pin on the head part frame engages in these notches and thus fixes the position of the head part frame. It is Locking iron pressed upwards by a spring so that the locking pin on the head part frame is pressed into the respective locking notch.
- the locking bar has a laterally protruding pin, from which the locking bar is pushed away by lifting the head frame and the locking pin emerges from the locking notch.
- a slide sliding on the locking bar pushes its recess over the locking notch and holds the locking bolt in the recess.
- the headboard frame is now freely movable.
- the locking iron is mounted on one end of a connecting link, which in turn is articulated at its other end on a handlebar from the second four-bar linkage.
- a spring is tensioned around the joint of the locking bar between the connecting link and the handlebar of the four-bar linkage, which pushes the locking bar upwards.
- the slide is guided on the locking iron with at least one angled edge on one long side.
- a guide pin in the slide engages in an elongated hole in the locking iron.
- the slider is displaceable in the length of the elongated hole on the locking iron and covers part of the recess of the locking iron.
- the slide also has a recess that is slightly longer than the recess of the locking iron with the two notches.
- the recess in the slide releases a maximum of two notches, and it has a projection that hides a notch when the slide slides down.
- the locking bolt of the head part frame is held over the respectively hidden locking notch.
- the respective position is determined by the locking iron with a recess and a locking notch and a locking lever with a locking lug, and the locking bolt attached to the head part frame by a spring in the inclined relaxation position of the head part frame pressed into the notch and in the lying position against the locking lug, so that when the head part frame is lifted to change from the lying position into the relaxing position the locking pin slides from the locking lug into the locking notch, and when the head part frame is raised further, the locking pin 5 - Slides in a longitudinal recess of a slide which is mounted for longitudinal displacement on the locking iron and covers the locking notch, so that the head part frame engages in the lying position on the locking lug.
- the fitting allows the head frame of the device, which can be raised, to be locked in a lying position and in one or more inclined positions.
- the lying frame part is also foldable, so that the entire device can be stowed away well.
- the fitting is attached to a base frame by means of a four-bar link.
- a locking pin is attached to the head frame, which is guided in a longitudinal recess of a locking iron of the fitting.
- the locking pin 5 determines the position of the headboard frame. In the relaxation position, the locking pin rests in a locking notch in the locking iron. In the lying position, the locking pin presses against the locking lug of a locking lever.
- a spring presses the locking iron and the locking lever in such a way that the locking bolt rests either in the locking notch or on the locking lug.
- the locking pin slides from the locking lug to the0 locking notch and fixes the headboard frame in the relaxation position.
- the locking pin slides out of the locking notch, a slide on the locking iron then covers the locking notch and the head frame can be brought into the lying position, in which the locking pin rests against the locking lug.
- the movement of the indexing iron is achieved by its pivotable attachment on the locking lever.
- the spring for pressing the recess of the locking iron and the locking lever against the locking bolt is stretched between the locking lever, near the locking lug, and the end of the locking iron opposite the locking notch.
- an unlocking lever is used, which is rotatably fastened at one end to the locking iron and has a guide track in which a guide pin of the locking lever is guided, with which the locking lever is guided against the spring pressure.
- the locking lever is rotatably attached to a handlebar of the second four-bar linkage.
