Definitions
- the invention relates to a ground light according to the preamble of claims 1 or 12, namely a lamp which can be installed in an installation opening of the soil.
- a recessed ground luminaire In contrast to a recessed wall or ceiling luminaire, a recessed ground luminaire has to fulfill special requirements.
- a first requirement is a special strength, since the recessed floor luminaire replaces the floor in the area of the installation opening and therefore must have the required load-bearing capacity.
- Another requirement is a special sealing of the recessed floor light, to prevent water from flowing into the recessed light due to the shearing force.
- This known floor recessed luminaire has a one-piece mounting frame, which has on the inside at a distance from its upper edge an inner flange on which an outer flange of a lamp support rests and is supported thereon. On the outer flange a disc cover is supported, wherein between the outer flange and the disc cover an annular seal is arranged.
- an existing sealing ring is effective between the disc cover and the upper peripheral edge of the mounting frame, but there is a risk that water can penetrate from above into the mounting frame.
- From the EP 0849 525 A2 is to be taken from a recessed ground light with a mounting frame, which is arranged so deep in an associated mounting hole that has its upper edge a vertical distance from the upper edge of the mounting hole.
- a bulb holder is arranged on a bottom wall of the cup-shaped mounting frame.
- This recessed luminaire has a plurality of disc cover arranged one above the other, of which a first disc cover is arranged on the also cup-shaped bulb holder and sealed by a sealing ring.
- An arranged above disc cover is arranged on an inner flange of the mounting frame and by an associated sealing ring sealed.
- Another disc cover is arranged on the upper edge of the mounting frame.
- the interiors of the lamp holder and the mounting frame are indeed sealed by the associated cover plate, but there is a risk that can penetrate under the top cover plate or the top cover discs surface water that affects the light emission.
- the US 4,924,364 discloses a underfloor lighting device with a lid consisting of a transparent plate and a surrounding flange, which has cavities to accommodate sealing elements therein.
- the flange is embedded in a surrounding the outer edges of the ring and the outer edges superior housing.
- the invention is based on the object with a ground light of the types specified to improve the seal against the ingress of water. It should be ensured in a further simple and inexpensive to produce design. It is also desirable to find such a design that allows a simple and easy to handle assembly or disassembly.
- a first sealing ring is arranged between the inner peripheral surface of the mounting frame and the outer peripheral surface of the flange and / or between the shoulder surface and the flange.
- this recessed luminaire according to the invention not only the disc cover but also the existing between the shoulder surface of the mounting frame and the flange gap is sealed. This can be done by a arranged between the shoulder surface and the flange first sealing ring and / or arranged between the inner peripheral surface of the mounting frame and the outer peripheral surface of the flange first sealing ring.
- Both inventive embodiments allow a secure seal between the mounting frame and the flange of the lamp holder. If in each case a sealing ring between the mounting frame and the outer peripheral surface of the flange and between the shoulder surface and the underside of the flange are arranged, the seal is ensured even if one of these two first sealing rings should be damaged or damaged.
- An angular first sealing ring is particularly well, because the aforementioned advantages are achieved by a common sealing ring, which can be produced in a simple manner, handle and assemble.
- a arranged between the flange and the disc cover ring seal is formed in the invention by a second sealing ring, which is preferably angular or U-shaped so that it not only extends to the underside of the disc cover but angularly engages over its peripheral edge or U- engages behind formally.

The invention is based on the object with a ground light of the types specified to improve the seal against the ingress of water. It should be ensured in a further simple and inexpensive to produce design. It is also desirable to find such a design that allows a simple and easy to handle assembly or disassembly.
This object is solved by the features of
In the recessed luminaire according to the invention according to
An angular first sealing ring is particularly well, because the aforementioned advantages are achieved by a common sealing ring, which can be produced in a simple manner, handle and assemble.
A arranged between the flange and the disc cover ring seal is formed in the invention by a second sealing ring, which is preferably angular or U-shaped so that it not only extends to the underside of the disc cover but angularly engages over its peripheral edge or U- engages behind formally.
It is advantageous for two reasons to design the mounting frame in two parts with a lower mounting base frame and an upper mounting frame and to support the upper mounting frame on the mounting base frame. It is particularly advantageous to store the disc cover in the receiving frame. This embodiment also allows an independent installation of the mounting frame parts.
The mounting frame parts can be screwed or screwed directly or by means of a top arranged in the mounting frame and be supported on the disc cover end ring. As a result, the mounting frame is not only stabilized, but there is also a compound of the upper mounting frame with the mounting base frame, so that the latter is stably positioned. In addition, the seal can be improved by screwing the upper mounting frame against the lower mounting base frame.
In the ground recessed luminaire according to the invention according to
The inventive design comprises three essential components that are simple and inexpensive to produce due to their design, give a stable construction and can be sealed in a simple manner. For this purpose, a first sealing ring can be provided, which is effective with elastic pressure axially and / or radially between the parts. In this case, the bulb holder may e.g. also held with a flange on the receiving frame and sealed by the axially and / or radially effective between sealing ring.
Another advantage is that the mounting frame has a housing frame formed by the receiving frame upper part, releasably with a connected by the mounting base frame mounting frame base is connected. This makes it possible to use the installation base frame as an anchoring part for the receiving frame. In case of damage, for example, the upper edge of the mounting frame not the entire mounting frame must be removed and repaired or replaced, but it needs only the receiving frame removed, repaired or replaced.
Another advantage is that the installation base frame can be installed and anchored in advance in the ground and the receiving frame can be mounted to complete the construction, where it can be protected from damage by the construction.
In the subclaims include features that also ensure a simple assembly and disassembly while ensuring a simple and inexpensive production and the required stability and sealing. Further features of the dependent claims improve the assembly and disassembly and the attachment of the receiving frame and the cover.

At a distance a above the mounting housing 4a is formed in the circumferential direction continuously formed receiving
To connect the receiving
In eg cup-shaped
The underside of the
The
The thickness d of the
Since the
In the embodiment, a
The
Den Flansch 12a durchfassen die Schrauben 32 in Löchern 12f.But it is also advantageous to screw the
It is also possible to put on the
In the exemplary embodiment, the recessed
The inventive design of the recessed
The components of the recessed
The following describes assembly steps of a mounting method with which the recessed ground light can be mounted.
In a
Then the preferably made of
As the next assembly step, the sealing ring 13 made of elastic sealing material is used in the receiving
Then the
Subsequently, the
