Claims (10)
- Dispositif (1) de test de munitions qui présente un boîtier (2) et dans le boîtier (2), un corps (3) qui reprend une munition (10) et qui est constitué d'un matériau composite fibreux (8) doté d'une garniture intérieure (7), le corps (3) ayant une couche d'épaisseur (d) transparente aux rayonnements (X1-4).
- Dispositif de test de munitions selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps (3) imite la chambre à cartouche ou la chambre de chargement d'une arme.
- Dispositif de test de munitions selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, comme matériaux composites fibreux, on peut utiliser l'AFK, le CFK et/ou le GFK enroulés en alternance.
- Dispositif de test de munitions selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le corps (3) présente au moins une couche d'arrêt des fissures.
- Dispositif de test de munitions selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la garniture intérieure (7) du corps (3) est réalisée en polyamide sur lequel les couches de matériau composite fibreux (8) sont enroulées.
- Dispositif de test de munitions selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la couche du corps (3) a une épaisseur (d) d'environ 30 mm.
- Dispositif de test de munitions selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les rayonnements (X1-4) sont des rayons X.
- Dispositif de test de munitions selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, pour simuler un canon d'arme sans recul, un ajutage (4) ainsi qu'un tube (5) sont assemblés et reliés fonctionnellement au corps (3).
- Système de mesure qui recourt au dispositif (1) de test de munitions selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que des sources (11) de rayons X sont disposées en avant de l'appareil de tir (1) de telle sorte que le parcours des rayons (X1-4) viennent frapper du côté de l'entrée la chambre à cartouche (3) sous un angle défini et en ce qu'un système de détection (12) est disposé du côté de la sortie.
- Système de mesure qui recourt au dispositif (1) de test de munitions selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la chambre (3) à cartouche est irradiée par un tube à plusieurs anodes et en ce qu'un écran fluorescent est disposé en aval de cette chambre à cartouche, les rayons X étant convertis en lumière visible qui est enregistrée par une caméra à haute vitesse en amont de laquelle est raccordé un amplificateur d'image.
