Definitions

  • the invention initially relates to a waste bin, preferably with a removable inner bin, the waste bin having a hinged lid, which verifa automatically opens when actuated, further actuating a button is arranged opposite to a hinge axis of the lid to trigger the opening movement of the lid.
  • Garbage collectors of the type in Eede are known. For example, reference is made to DE 299 18759 Ul. There, a waste collector is shown and described, which is to be fastened in particular to a wall, with a cover being released via an actuation button for independent movement into the open position. This automatic opening movement of the lid is supported by a spring damping element.
  • the hinge axis of the lid is arranged in the interior of the waste collector, in particular in the interior of a part of the waste collector receiving the removable inner bin, that an opening edge of the waste collector at least in the area of the hinge axis is lined with an elastic buffer element and that a holding arm connecting the cover and the hinge axis in the open state against the buffer element.
