Definitions
- the invention is directed to a window or door ventilation element having at least one aeration volume flow in the window or Mosfalz influencing ventilation element comprising a sealing slide, with which a formed in the sealing region of the wing flashover seal air flow path can be closed. Furthermore, the invention is directed to a window or door ventilation system, comprising a preferably to be arranged in the window or Mosfalz first window or door ventilation element with a Ventilventungsvolume limiter in the form of an air or windtik- and / or aeration volume flow dependent automatically opening and closing pendulum flap. Finally, the invention is also directed to a window or a door with a window or door ventilation element and / or a window or door ventilation system.
- the minimum ventilation is the air exchange which is necessary so that it does not cause damage to moisture, in particular mold infestation. In order to prevent mold growth, a minimum air change of 0.15 to 0.4 per hour is assumed, ie 15% to 40% of the volume of domestic air should be exchanged per hour. For basic and demand ventilation, an air exchange is required which is set at 0.5 per hour, ie an air exchange of 50% of the air volume.
- the minimum ventilation should be independent of the occupants and, as far as possible, self-regulating, especially if windows remain closed.
- the outer wall diffusers must be designed so that both minimum and basic / demand ventilation can be covered.
- window or door ventilation elements have been created, which are installed in the window or door rebate or which are subsequently attached outside or inside the window or door or which are attached to the window or door frame and a leading through the Novafalz Heilströmungsweg of form inside to outside or from outside to inside and thus allow an exchange of air.
- Many of these systems are designed as retrofittable elements and are designed so that the minimum ventilation can be carried out automatically with them.
- these ventilation elements are usually equipped with a pendulum flap.
- Such a window or door ventilation element which has these disadvantages, is sold, for example, by Gealan under the product name "Gecco3".
- This is a box-shaped housing in which a flap is arranged movable and lockable. This housing is placed outside on an opening of a window or door leaf to form a leading into the window or door rebate ventilation path.
- a window or door ventilation element which is arranged in the fold between the sash and the frame, is made of DE 199 29 133 A1 known.
- This known Lüftungselenlent is due to its arrangement in the fold but only suitable to ensure the necessary minimum ventilation.
- An adjustable slide for closing ventilation openings which is arranged in the inner region of a window frame, is further from the DE 88 00 917 U1 known.
- a generic window or door ventilation element is from the DE 201 05 296 U1 known.
- a sealing slide is described, which engages in the sealing region of the wing flap seal between a window sash and a frame, wherein at this point an opening in the sash gasket is provided, which is closed by the sealing slide.
- the sealing slide is slidably attached to a window sash in the flow direction of the air flow path formed in the region of the sash flap. But if you would attach this known window or door ventilation element, for example, down to a window sash, it would not be possible to move the window in the tilted position in the open position befindlichem seal slide, since the slide in this open position over the lower edge of the sash too far would.
- the invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a solution that allows easy retrofitting conventionaltownwand carefullylässe occlusive windows and / or doors with a ceremoniessbel broadlyungselement, the ventilation element to affect without the mobility of the respective window or the respective door on each side of a window - Can be mounted or door leaf or a window or door frame.

In order to provide sufficient fresh air, apartments must be ventilated regularly. In the case of ventilation measures, the specialist distinguishes between minimum ventilation, basic ventilation and demand ventilation in accordance with the ventilation standard DIN 1946-6 with free ventilation via external wall diffusers (ALD). The minimum ventilation is the air exchange which is necessary so that it does not cause damage to moisture, in particular mold infestation. The minimum ventilation should be independent of the occupants and, as far as possible, self-regulating, especially if windows remain closed. The outer wall diffusers must be designed so that both minimum and basic / demand ventilation can be covered.
There are therefore window or door ventilation elements have been created, which are installed in the window or door rebate or which are subsequently attached outside or inside the window or door or which are attached to the window or door frame and a leading through the Fensterfalz Luftströmungsweg of form inside to outside or from outside to inside and thus allow an exchange of air. Many of these systems are designed as retrofittable elements and are designed so that the minimum ventilation can be carried out automatically with them. For this purpose, these ventilation elements are usually equipped with a pendulum flap. In order to subsequently be able to form a basic and / or demand ventilation on existing windows in addition to the minimum ventilation, therefore, a large number of such elements would have to be provided on a window frame, wherein the demand ventilation then can not be adjusted as a rule, as an automatic regulating pendulum flap is provided for flow limitation. Also, these known ventilation elements to be retrofitted on a design and size, which only allows to attach them when mounted on the frame or the wing of a window or a door in the upper transverse region of the window or the door. If you were to attach them, for example, in the lower transverse region or on the side on which the Schwenkschamiere are arranged, the window or the door could not tilt or pivot in its open position, since the ventilation element would hinder this due to its size.
Such a window or door ventilation element, which has these disadvantages, is sold, for example, by Gealan under the product name "Gecco3". This is a box-shaped housing in which a flap is arranged movable and lockable. This housing is placed outside on an opening of a window or door leaf to form a leading into the window or door rebate ventilation path.

The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a solution that allows easy retrofitting conventional Außenwanddurchlässe occlusive windows and / or doors with a Wohnungsbelüftungselement, the ventilation element to affect without the mobility of the respective window or the respective door on each side of a window - Can be mounted or door leaf or a window or door frame.
In a window or door ventilation element of the type described, this object is achieved by the features specified in the characterizing part of
As a result, a ventilation element is provided which is to be attached later on each side of a window or door leaf or frame, without thereby obstructing the function of the window, in particular provided tilting or pivoting movements. Due to the fact that the sealing slide is arranged displaceably transversely to the flow direction in the area of the wing flashover seal, the width and height extent of the ventilation element is so small that, without changing the usual existing fittings, the pivoting of the respective edge region of window or door wings, to which the ventilation element is mounted, remains guaranteed. Furthermore, the air flow path to the window or door rebate can be opened, closed or adjusted by means of the adjustable sealing slide, so that by means of the ventilation element an air exchange to the exterior wall passage adjacent apartment is made possible, at least in combination with the minimum ventilation ensuring further ventilation element meets the requirements of a basic and / or demand ventilation. It is a ventilation element that can be subsequently attached to a window or a door, and in particular in that only a portion of the window or door flap over seal in the area in which the ventilation element is to be used for its attachment must be removed, can also be removed back from the window. In this case, the seal must then be replaced piecewise or in sections or on the entire, concerned longitudinal side. Otherwise, the door or the window can then be used again without ventilation element. In particular, no sections in window or door or window or door frame must be incorporated to its attachment.
In an advantageous embodiment, the invention provides that the sealing slide is arranged to be adjustable perpendicular to the direction of air flow of the air flow path formed in the sealing region of the wing flashover seal.
In this case, it is further expedient if the sealing slide rests in its closed position perpendicular to the window or door frame or on the window or door, which the invention also provides.
A particularly secure closure position results according to a further embodiment of the invention in that the underside of the sealing slide in its closed position covers the air flow path formed in the sealing area of the sash overlay gasket.
The protruding from the base plate boundary webs can protrude vertically upwards or downwards from the surface and plane of the base plate or protrude in the plane of the base plate at its longitudinal edge as a nose-like extension, so that the invention further characterized in that the at least two boundary webs at least in Projecting substantially perpendicularly or at right angles from the plane of the base plate or protruding in partial extension of the surface of the base plate at its longitudinal edge in the plane of the base plate from the base plate.
A particularly flat and low-profile embodiment of the window or door ventilation element, the rotation and / or tilting movements of the window equipped therewith or the door equipped therewith not hindered, can be achieved when flat, plate-shaped elements are used. The invention therefore provides in an embodiment that the sealing slide is plate-shaped and is slidably mounted between the base plate and an upper guide plate. This makes it possible to easily realize a flat construction, adjustable ventilation element.
For maintaining the rotational and / or tilting mobility of the cooperating with the window or door ventilation element window or door leaf, it is according to further embodiment of the invention advantageous if the upper guide plate does not project beyond the window or Türflügelrahmeninnenseitige window or Türbliegerüberschlagsanlagefläche.
A particularly expedient guidance of the sealing slide on the base plate can be achieved in that the base plate or a guide plate has screw and guide dome, which engage in slot openings of the sealing slide.
In order to achieve a good sealing function of the sealing slide in the closed state of the sealing slide or of the window or door ventilation element, the invention furthermore provides that the sealing slide has on its longitudinal edge a sealing nose, preferably made of injection-molded, soft plastic.
A particularly advantageous embodiment, which allows a flexible subsequent attachment of the window or door ventilation element on each side of a window or a door is achieved according to another embodiment of the invention, characterized in that the base plate on a window or door flap or an adjacent region of window - Or door frame is attachable and the base plate and the sealing slide at least in the voltage applied to the sash overlap region of the width of the extension of the window or door wing such a width extension and height extent that in the installation and use position of the window or door ventilation element of the window or Door can be pivoted and / or tilted.
The above object is also achieved by a window or door ventilation element with an at least partially engaging in the area of the sash overlap between window or door overlap base plate with lateral guide webs and / or lateral boundary surfaces or walls and at least one of the Belüflungsvolumenstrom in window or Türfalz influencing ventilation element, wherein the base plate has on its longitudinal side at least two protruding Begrenzungsstege, which are engageably positioned in the sealing region of the wing flap seal between window or door and window or door frame to form a Luftstömungsweges, so that the window or door ventilation element on the Window or door overlap or on the adjoining area of window or door frame in a ventilating the window or door use position is attached, in which on the base plate a sealing slide in the, the air flow sweeping sweeping ventilation flow influenceable manner is arranged and the window or door ventilation element, in particular the base plate and the sealing slide, at least in the voltage applied to the sash overlap region of the width extension of the window or door has such a width extension and height extent / that in the installation and use position of the window or door ventilation element of the window or door can be pivoted and / or tilted.
To protect the sealing slide laterally against dirt entry and to give it a visually pleasing appearance, the ventilation element on the base plate lateral guide webs and / or lateral boundary surfaces or walls may have, further wherein the lateral boundary walls in which in their installation or use position the Window- or door panel frame facing portion bevels, which are dimensioned so that they do not tilt or pivot in the installation or use position of the window or door ventilation element adjacent window or door in its open position or at most in the maximum opening position of the window - Or door wing come into contact with the window or door frame. This ensures that even in this case, the rotational and / or tilting of the cooperating with the window or door leaf element window or door leaf is not affected.
In a particularly advantageous manner, the invention, by means of the sealing slide manually operable window or door ventilation element cooperates with another, preferably automatically controlling and positioned in particular in the window and Türfalz window or door ventilation element. The invention therefore provides, in order to achieve the above object, a window or door ventilation system which comprises a first window or door ventilation element to be arranged preferably in the window or door rebate Ventilation flow restrictor in the form of an air or winddruck- and / or belüttungsvolumenstromabhängig automatically opening and closing shuttle valve, which is characterized in that the window or door ventilation system comprises a second window or door ventilation element, which is designed according to one of

The invention therefore provides, in an embodiment and further development of the window or door ventilation system, that the first window or door ventilation element provides the air exchange quantities per unit time required for free ventilation according to DIN 1946-6 for a user-independent minimum ventilation via outer wall outlets and the second window or door ventilation element in addition to the necessary for a basic and / or demand ventilation volume flow causes.
For the interaction of the first and second window or door ventilation element has been found in the context of the window or door ventilation system most effective and efficient arrangement to use the caring for the minimum ventilation first window or door ventilation element at the top of the window or door and the second window or To install the door ventilation element at the bottom of the window or the door. The invention therefore further provides for the window or door ventilation system that the first window or door ventilation element is arranged at the top of a window or a door and the second window or door element is arranged at the bottom of the window or the door.
Finally, the invention provides for solving the above problem, a window or a door, which is characterized in that it is a window or door ventilation element according to one of

The second window or
This geometric design and size characteristics of the window or

The forthcoming revision of the ventilation standard DIN 1946-6 envisages a user-independent, mildew-avoiding minimum ventilation via external wall air diffusers (ALD) for the free ventilation (cross ventilation), whereby the opening of the windows for ventilation purposes for the minimum ventilation is disregarded. For the additional basic or demand ventilation required, a higher air passage or air exchange is provided than for the minimum ventilation. Outside wall diffusers (ALD) must meet these requirements in the future. While ferrous-integrated ventilation systems, such as the Regel-air® window rebate ventilator, fulfill the minimum ventilation conditions, the air exchange that takes place through them is too low for the additional fulfillment of the basic or demand ventilation. With the first and second window or
Overall, it is a window or door ventilation element or a window or door ventilation system that can be retrofitted to existing windows or doors and that requires no milling in wings or frames, but only a piece of the inside and outside circumferential rubber seal are removed got to. Also, it is easily removable again. In a deconstruction, at least in places, the rubber seal between the frame and door or window sash must be replaced. Otherwise, both first and second window or
The window or door ventilation elements, in particular the second window or

- 8 Pa
Luftdurchgangsmenge 4,3 m3/h- 10 Pa
Luftdurchgangsmenge 4,8 m3/h- 15 Pa
- Luftdurchgangsmenge 6,1 m3/h
- 20 Pa
- Luftdurchgangsmenge 5,6 m3/h
- 30 Pa
Luftdurchgangsmenge 4,1 m3/h- 40 Pa
Luftdurchgangsmenge 4,8 m3/h- 50 Pa
- Luftdurchgangsmenge 5,4 m3/h
- 60 Pa
- Luftdurchgangsmenge 6,0 m3/h.

- Air flow rate 4.3 m 3 / h
- 10 Pa

- Air flow rate 6.1 m 3 / h
- 20 Pa
- Air flow rate 5.6 m 3 / h

The balanced or uniform volumetric flow between 8 and 60 Pa clearly demonstrates the particularly favorable mode of action of the window rebate ventilator. On an annual average more than 99% wind speeds of less than 10 m / s = 60 Pa (wind strength between 5 and 6 to Beaufort).
The window rebate ventilator is furthermore designed in such a way that the exhaust air is guided in a controlled manner over the fitting to the beveled fold. Any precipitating condensation water is thus safely directed into the drainage area and led outwards via the normal rebate drainage.
In conjunction with exhaust air systems and with a bay ventilation, the window rebate ventilator acts as a supply air unit. When installed in the upper fold of a window or door Fensterfalzlüfter a controlled supply air is guaranteed. The fresh air supplied from the outside rises between the
The window rebate fan can be installed quickly without ventilation milling and drilling work and can also be easily retrofitted into already installed windows. It can effortlessly be removed at any time and, for example, be cleaned in a dishwasher and then reinstalled.
