Abstract

Bei einem Scharnier (1) sind zwei Scharnierköpfen (2,3) mit Scharnierzapfen (4) oder Bandteilen (5) zur Halterung an Fenstern, Türen, Rahmen oder Möbelteilen vorgesehen, wobei die Scharnierköpfe (2,3) rohr-, topf- oder kappenartig ausgebildet sind und über einen gemeinsamen Lagerbolzen (6) und eine gemeinsame Achse (7) relativ zueinander verdrehbar gehalten sind. Eine Kunststoffhülse (10) mit an einem Ende ausgebildeten Flansch (11) dient in dem in Gebrauchsstellung oberen Scharnierkopf (3) als Lagerelement. Der Lagerbolzen (6) weist zwei Abschnitte gleichen Durchmessers (D2) auf, welche durch einen im wesentlichen ringförmigen Einschnitt (13) voneinander getrennt sind. Die Kunststoffhülse (10) weist an dem dem Flansch (11) zugewandten Endbereich die Durchgangsbohrung (14) verengende, federnd nach außen drängbare Laschen auf, welche in bestimmungsgemäßer Lage zwischen dem Lagerbolzen (6) und der Kunststoffhülse (10) in den ringförmigen Einschnitt (13) am Lagerbolzen (6) eingreifen.
