Definitions
- the invention relates to a carrier plate made of film-like plastic for a floor, wall or ceiling construction, in particular for a plate-clad wall or floor construction, to achieve a decoupling between the substrate and applied to the sheet-like plate surface clothing.
- the tile coverings are often laid in the so-called thin bed process, with a suitable contact adhesive is used to fix the tile coverings on the ground. - a net-like fleece is provided to connect the support plate with the substrate, such as screed, and to achieve a higher adhesion with an adhesive.
- This support plate has the disadvantage that it is expandable or compressible only in a limited direction, namely transversely to the longitudinal extension of the dovetail grooves. By such a support plate of the necessary voltage reduction is often not possible.
- a support plate which comprises on a plate side intersecting forms, each forming circumferentially closed chambers.
- the chambers serve to receive an adhesive or mortar, whereby an intimate bond with the adhesive or mortar layer and the surface clothing applied thereto.
- a film-like plate is proposed, which is extensible or collapsible in both directions of its plane of extent at least to a small extent, so that voltage differences from the ground and the clothing can be absorbed by the support plate.
- the chambers have undercuts, whereby the introduced into the chambers glue or mortar stilts get caught with the undercuts of the chambers.

Due to the undercut-free design of the wall sections, a cross-sectional narrowing of mortar or cement stilts in the respective chamber is not given, which arrives in spite of the net-like tissue in the chamber. This results in an improved force flow for deriving the forces in the case of vertical loads acting from above and prevents crack formation in the transitional area between the mortar stilts to the flat mortar layer.
- the net-like fabric ensures that the adhesive or mortar layer, which, for example, tiles, porcelain stoneware, ceramic, clay plates or plates of other materials, such as plastics, wood, cork or the like, connects to the plate side on which the net-like fabric is applied.
- the reticulated fabric extends or is integrated and forms a clamping.
- a surface clothing, such as plaster can be applied directly, which is well anchored to the net-like fabric and decoupled to the ground.
- the chamber wall sections which are between the one Plate side forming end faces and the opposite side of the plate, which is formed by the chambers connecting surface portions extending vertically.
- the base or the shape of the chamber can be configured arbitrarily in the geometry. For example, triangular or polygonal as well as round chamber base surfaces can be formed.
- the wall portions have a conical course between the one and the opposite plate side, said wall portions extending from a plate side, which is formed by the surface connecting the chambers, to the other plate side, which through the end faces the chambers is formed, rejuvenate.
- These conical surfaces facilitate full insertion of the mortar or adhesive into the compartments for complete filling with mortar or glue.
- the inclination of the conical wall sections is advantageously provided at an angle of less than 20 °.
- the reticulation of the chambers covering net-like fabric is advantageously adhered to the connecting the chambers surface portions of a plate side.
- different materials for the net-like fabric and the support plate can be selected from foil-like plastic.
- the advantage is given that the net-like fabric protrudes slightly in relation to the surface sections and allows additional toothing with the adhesive or mortar layer adhering to the surface covering.
- the mesh-like tissue covering the depressions is welded onto the surface sections connecting the chambers.
- the net-like fabric and the support plate are connected in the contact areas to a unit, whereby very high strengths can be achieved.
- the advantages of the glued-on embodiment of the net-like fabric can be retained.
- the net-like fabric is at least partially embedded in the plate side during the welding process.
- the mesh fabric is made of a thermoplastic material.
- thermoplastics are acid resistant and have high strength.
- the reticulated covering or covering net-like tissue has a mesh size of at least 0.04 mm 2 , in particular 0.5 to 5 mm 2 .
- the reticulated fabric for covering the depressions is preferably formed in the form of a grid of rovings welded together. It is envisaged that the net-like fabric has equal tensile strengths in both directions of the plane of extent to allow a uniform reduction in stress.
- the rovings for the netting are preferably formed from twisted single fibers to have a high compressive strength.
- the mesh size of the net-like fabric or fleece is smaller than a surface portion formed between two chambers.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a carrier plate made of film-like plastic for a floor, wall or ceiling construction, in particular for a plate-clad wall or floor construction, to achieve a decoupling between the substrate and applied to the sheet-like plate surface clothing.
The tile coverings are often laid in the so-called thin bed process, with a suitable contact adhesive is used to fix the tile coverings on the ground. Due to different thermal expansions of the clothing and the substrate and the associated stresses cracks may arise in the surface clothing, which may lead to the detachment of parts of the surface clothing.
This embodiment has the disadvantage that the mortar stilts in the region of the undercut have a constriction with respect to the footprint in the bottom of the chamber and that in the region of the incision cracking and detachment of the introduced into the chambers insurgency is given to the overlying mortar layer. The interlocking initially achieved by the undercut is achieved by cracking in the constriction. The intimate bond is no longer given and the tension between underground and clothing is no longer possible.
The invention is therefore based on the object, a support plate of film-like plastic for the floor, wall or ceiling structure, in particular for the plate-clad wall or floor structure to propose, through which an improvement in the decoupling or degradation of different voltages between the substrate and surface clothing is possible.
This object is achieved by a support plate according to the features of claim 1. This carrier plate according to the invention has chambers formed from recesses with undercut-free wall sections, wherein the depressions of the chambers are covered or covered by a net-like fabric. The net-like fabric ensures that the adhesive or mortar layer, which, for example, tiles, porcelain stoneware, ceramic, clay plates or plates of other materials, such as plastics, wood, cork or the like, connects to the plate side on which the net-like fabric is applied. In addition, it is achieved that between the surface covering receiving mortar or adhesive layer and the Aufstandselementen or mortar stilts, the reticulated fabric extends or is integrated and forms a clamping. Alternatively, a surface clothing, such as plaster, can be applied directly, which is well anchored to the net-like fabric and decoupled to the ground. This embodiment of the carrier plate according to the invention achieves optimum removal of stresses occurring and consistent decoupling between the substrate and a surface covering.
According to a first advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the chamber wall sections, which are between the one Plate side forming end faces and the opposite side of the plate, which is formed by the chambers connecting surface portions extending vertically. As a result, columnar riot elements can be formed. The base or the shape of the chamber can be configured arbitrarily in the geometry. For example, triangular or polygonal as well as round chamber base surfaces can be formed.
According to an alternative embodiment of the invention it is provided that the wall portions have a conical course between the one and the opposite plate side, said wall portions extending from a plate side, which is formed by the surface connecting the chambers, to the other plate side, which through the end faces the chambers is formed, rejuvenate. These conical surfaces facilitate full insertion of the mortar or adhesive into the compartments for complete filling with mortar or glue.
The inclination of the conical wall sections is advantageously provided at an angle of less than 20 °. As a result, the power consumption on the one hand and the filling of the chambers on the other hand is optimized.
The reticulation of the chambers covering net-like fabric is advantageously adhered to the connecting the chambers surface portions of a plate side. As a result, different materials for the net-like fabric and the support plate can be selected from foil-like plastic. By sticking further, the advantage is given that the net-like fabric protrudes slightly in relation to the surface sections and allows additional toothing with the adhesive or mortar layer adhering to the surface covering.
According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the mesh-like tissue covering the depressions is welded onto the surface sections connecting the chambers. Thereby is made possible that the net-like fabric and the support plate are connected in the contact areas to a unit, whereby very high strengths can be achieved. At the same time, the advantages of the glued-on embodiment of the net-like fabric can be retained. Alternatively it can also be provided that the net-like fabric is at least partially embedded in the plate side during the welding process.
To produce a fusion bond between the net-like fabric and the carrier plate is advantageously provided that the mesh fabric is made of a thermoplastic material. Such thermoplastics are acid resistant and have high strength.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the reticulated covering or covering net-like tissue has a mesh size of at least 0.04 mm 2 , in particular 0.5 to 5 mm 2 . As a result, an easy introduction or filling of the chambers by an adhesive or mortar layer and other flowable and curable materials is possible. At the same time, however, it is ensured that a sufficient number of meshes cover the depression or the chambers in order to allow a fixation of the adhesive or mortar stilts within each chamber. It is preferably provided that at least two meshes are provided per chamber. The size of the chamber or the mesh size of the net-like fabric or non-woven fabric can be adapted to each other, so that an optimal clamping is given.
The reticulated fabric for covering the depressions is preferably formed in the form of a grid of rovings welded together. It is envisaged that the net-like fabric has equal tensile strengths in both directions of the plane of extent to allow a uniform reduction in stress.
The rovings for the netting are preferably formed from twisted single fibers to have a high compressive strength.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the mesh size of the net-like fabric or fleece is smaller than a surface portion formed between two chambers. As a result, at least two intersecting fibers of the fabric or at least one warp and one weft of the fabric can be welded or glued to the surface section. As a result, the free opening of the chamber can be covered with a tighter fabric or nonwoven section.

Dadurch kann eine Luftzirkulation in diesen Freiräumen 33 erfolgen.FIG. 3 shows a schematic sectional view of the
After laying and fixing the
The
