Abstract

The invention relates to a support and/or drainage plate made of a foil-like plastic material, for use with a plate-lined floor structure or a wall so as to create a space between the ground and the surface lining to be applied onto the foil-like plate. Dabei ergeben sich Schwierigkeiten in den unterschiedlichen Haftungsbedingungen an der Unterseite einer solchen Platte bzw. an dem Untergrund. In dieser Schicht können sich bei vorhandenen Spannungen wiederum an den zahlreichen Kanten und Ecken der Ausprägungen Trennflächenscharen ausbilden, die dem Spannungsabbau dienen. Die folienartige Platte selbst ist aufgrund der vorgeschlagenen Strukturierung und ihres Materials in beiden Seiten ihrer Erstrekkungsebene zumindest in geringem ausreichendem Maße dehnfähig bzw. zusammenschiebbar, so daß Spannungsdifferenzen aus dem Untergrund und der Bekleidung aufgenommen werden können. Bei der erfindungsgemäß strukturierten Trägerplatte aus einer Kunststoffolie wird bevorzugt vorgeschlagen, die zu einer Seite offenen Ausprägungen mit Nuten mit einem im wesentlichen rechteckigen Querschnitt auszubilden, so daß sich kreuzende, im Querschnitt etwa rechteckige Nutenscharen vorhanden sind. Eine vakuumgeformte Trägerplatte 1 aus einer Kunststoffolie ist durch zwei rechtwinklig zueinander verlaufende Nutenscharen mit den Nuten N1, N2 strukturiert. Die Nuten N1, N2 sind zu einer Seite der Platte 1 hin offen, so daß sich diese bei der in Figur 1a gezeigten Draufsicht als erhabene Stegbereiche S1 bzw. S2 darstellen. Die Stegbereiche S1 verlaufen in Längsrichtung der Platte 1; die Stegbereiche S2 verlaufen in Querrichtung. Die Nuten N1 und N2 schneiden sich rechtwinklig, wobei vorgesehen ist, daß die Nutenschar bildenden Nuten N1 und die die Nutenschar bildenden Nuten N2 jeweils einen gleichen Abstand zueinander aufweisen. Die Stegbereiche S1, S2 umschließen jeweils eine Mörtelkammer M1, in die Mörtel zum Anbringen eines Flächenbelages, beispielsweise eines Fliesenbelages eingebracht wird. Die Mörtelkammern M1 weisen einen voll umfänglich angeordneten Hinterschnitt H1 auf, so daß in eine Mörtelkammer M1 eingebrachter Mörtel nach seinem Aushärten formschlüssig darin gehalten ist und somit mit der Platte 1 verbunden ist. Die Darstellung des Hinterschnittes H1 einer Mörtelkammer M1 wird ebenfalls aus der Schnittdarstellung der Figur 1b deutlich. Unterseitig trägt die Platte 1 ein Vlies 2, welches zur Verklammerung der Platte 1 in einer auf einem Untergrund aufgebrachten Kontaktschicht dient. Ferner dient das Vlies 2 oder ein feinmaschiges Textilgewebe zur Verhinderung eines Verfüllens der rückseitig offenen Nuten N1 und N2 der Nutenscharen. Dabei kann das Vlies 2 durch eine Klebeverbindung an der Rückseite der Platte 1 befestigt oder in noch plastischem Zustand der Platte 1 rückseitig in diese eingedrückt sein.A vacuum-formed carrier plate 1 made of a plastic film is structured by two grooves extending at right angles to each other with the grooves N 1 , N 2 . Auf den Mörtel werden anschließend Fliesen 8 aufgelegt. Dabei ist vorgesehen, daß die Oberseiten der Stegbereiche S1, S2 nur in einer geringen Schichtdicke mit Kleber 7 bedeckt sind. Bei einem Einsatz des Fliesenbelages als Fußboden stützen sich die Fliesen 8 kräftemäßig stelzenartig über den in den Kammern M ausgehärteten Mörtel 7 untergrundseitig ab. Diese Mörtelstelzen sind durch die Nuten N1, N2 voneinander getrennt. Auftretende Scherkräfte zwischen dem Untergrund und dem Belag 8 können nunmehr wirkungsvoll durch die Trägerfolie 1 infolge der Anordnung der Nuten N1, N2 kompensiert, so daß eine durchgreifende Rißbildung vermieden ist. Claims (4)

  1. Support plate made of a film-like plastic material for a tile-faced floor or a wall construction for achieving decoupling between the background and the surface facing to be applied to the film-like plate, the support plate having a structuring in order to form recesses by embossings (N1, N3, N5) extending essentially in one direction on one side and, on the other side, equal-level, raised regions, between which chambers (M1-M3) are formed in order to receive a hardening contact means, such as mortar or adhesive, provided to form a contact layer with the surface facing to be applied and, on the underside of the plate, a net-like fabric or a non-woven fabric (2) being provided, characterised in that the structuring comprises at least one further system of further embossings (N2, N4, N6) extending in one further direction and intersecting the embossings (N1, N3, N5), the formed chambers (M1-M3) being delimited circumferentially by the embossings (N1-N6) forming the raised webs (S1-S6) which are open towards the other side of the support plate and an undercut (H1-H3) protruding into a chamber (M1-M3) being part of a web (S1-S6) or of an embossing (N1-N6).
  2. Plate according to claim 1, characterised in that the embossings or webs (N1-N6 or S1-S6), which are open on one side, form grooves with an essentially rectangular cross-section, so that intersecting systems of grooves are formed.
  3. Plate according to claim 2, characterised in that two intersecting systems of grooves (N1-N6 or S1-S6) are provided.
  4. Plate according to claim 3, characterised in that the spacing of the grooves (N1, N3, N5) of the first system of grooves from each other and the spacing of the grooves (N2, N4, N6) of the further or second system of grooves from each other is equal.
