Definitions
- the invention relates to tiles and slabs of the type defined in the preamble of claim 1 for floor coverings and wall coverings. These tiles and slabs take into account in particular their laying in the thin bed using the floating method according to DIN 18156, Part 1, Clause 3.4.1, using usual glue. Tiles and slabs are often laid on a joint on a structural base, such as that which is predominantly used in building construction, after which the joints are filled in by grouting or washing in with joint mortar. This is done in accordance with the technical standards regulation DIN 18352, section 3.5 joints. Abstract
Description
ersetzen,also eine Fugenmörtel-Widerlagerung ermöglichen.
The invention relates to tiles and slabs of the type defined in the preamble of
Tiles and slabs are often laid on a joint on a structural base, such as that which is predominantly used in building construction, after which the joints are filled in by grouting or washing in with joint mortar. This is done in accordance with the technical standards regulation DIN 18352, section 3.5 joints.
In order for the grout to adhere to the structural substructure, thus gaining adhesion (adhesion), the structural subfloor in the joint area must be cleared of adhesive residue before the grout is washed in or washed in. The joints must be scraped out and cleaned for floor coverings as well as wall cladding very cumbersome. It represents an expensive additional work step, which is dependent on the time the hardening of the adhesive takes place, but this is essential in order to adequately prevent an adhesion break defined in EN 26927 - Clause 2.15, the so-called detachment of the Grout from the structural underground.
In contrast, the invention has set itself the technical task of creating tiles and plates of the same type for floor coverings and wall coverings, which meet the requirement to replace the adhesive strength of the grout by an abutment force, that is, to enable a jointing of the grout.
This technical problem is solved in a generic device by the characterizing feature of
After the tiles and slabs equipped with them have been laid on the joint in the adhesive bed, the bevel on the side surfaces creates a trapezoidal grout cross-section with the legs pointing towards the constructional surface and correspondingly spreading the legs, which represent the part of the joint flank, the grout abutment.
The advantages that can be achieved with this invention are more economical Type and consist in particular, which mainly in Tiles to be laid using the floating method and to have created records, because of which that otherwise necessary scraping and cleaning the joints of adhesive residue before grouting the floor coverings and wall coverings.
steht daher technischerseits nichts entgegen. This advantage is associated with the expansion of the state of the art in replacing the indefinite adhesive force for jointing mortar with a safe abutment force, saving labor and material costs, avoiding material waste and its disposal, and ultimately significantly reducing the manufacturing / operating time.
If it is ceramic tiles, but also those made of artificial stone or plastic, the molding of the side surface bevel can go hand in hand with the production, so there is nothing technically opposed to realizing the side surface bevel.

The subject of the invention (Fig.1) differs from that previous tiles only with its characteristic feature Side surface bevel (1) .This (Fig.2) arises at on the structural underground (U) and on Joint tiles and tiles according to the invention laid side by side Panels (D) an outlined trapezoidal joint cross section, or. this is filled with grout, a similar grout cross-section (Q) .The adhesive bed (B) should run at an angle to the Grooming (K) obtained, then the created one Joint mortar abutment evenly over the entire area is distributed over the entire length of the joint Tiles and slabs (D) are firmly inserted when laying Adhesive bed (B) pressed, this remains in the joint area obtained with the comb (K) as adhesive residue (R) its height is always within the side surface bevel (1) lying is always one over the entire length of the joint Joint mortar abutment available.
The subject of the invention is used to joint into the thin bed using the floating method glued laid, as well as by slurrying or Washed in the grout grouting, the manufacture of flooring and wallcoverings, as opposed to adhesive with superimposed jointing mortar strand. Of course you can the subject of the invention also using any other, any work process.
The subject of the invention is similar to the previous generic ones Tiles and slabs foreseeable without further ado Manufacturing economically can also be harmless transported, stored and from officially approved Material used at any time is therefore without further relevant from industry, trade or craft commercial applicable.
