Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Klettergerät mit mehreren übereinander anordenbaren Rahmen, deren Innenflächen jeweils mit einem Seil-Netzwerk zur Bildung einer Kletterebene versehen sind, sowie einer Anzahl Vertikalstützen, an denen die Rahmen anbringbar sind.
- Derartige Klettergeräte sind entweder als stationäre oder als mobile Anlagen bekannt, wobei diese nur max. 3,5m Höhe erreichen. Dabei können Benutzer durch das Seilnetzwerk hindurch kriechen und dabei auf immer höhere Ebenen bzw. wieder zurück klettern. Außenseitig ist das Klettergerät von einem Netz umgeben, um ein Herunterstürzen der Benutzer zu verhindern.
- Nachteilig bei allen herkömmlichen Klettergeräten ist es, dass die Errichtung sehr langwierig und schwierig ist. Dies erfordert lange Aufbauzeiten bzw. komplexe Hilfsgeräte wie Kräne.
- Ein Klettergerät gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 ist aus
FR-A-2 837 109 - Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein gattungsgemä-βes Klettergerät bereitzustellen, das schnell und einfach errichtbar bzw. wieder demontierbar ist und anschließend an einen neuen Aufstellort verbringbar ist und im Transportzustand nicht über die maximale zulässige Transporthöhe hinausreicht.
- Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Diese Merkmalskombination ermöglicht es, den fahrbaren Untersatz an eine Errichtungsstelle zu bewegen, anschließend die Vertikalstützen aufzurichten und zu verriegeln und anschlie-βend durch Betätigung der Winde - was manuell oder maschinell geschehen kann - die Aufrichtzugseile anzuziehen, wodurch die damit verbundenen Rahmen im vorgegebenen Abstand zueinander hochgezogen werden. Auf diese Weise ist in minimaler Zeit und mit geringem Personalaufwand das Klettergerät einsatzbereit zu machen.
- Vorzugsweise sind Aufrichtzugseile, die entlang der Vertikalstützen geführt sind, im Inneren der Vertikalstützen geführt und an deren freien Enden über Umlenkrollen umgelenkt. Damit sind diese geschützt angeordnet und Verletzungen der Benutzer können vermieden werden, bei denen es sich meist um Jugendliche und Kinder handelt.
- Bevorzugt sind die Rahmen rechteckig, wobei noch weiter bevorzugt das Verhältnis der Länge zur Breite der Rahmen 2 - 3 beträgt. Auf diese Weise ist im Transportzustand eine kompakte Anordnung möglich, die leicht auf der Straße transportiert werden kann. Gleichzeitig kann das Klettergerät schnell aufgebaut werden. Bei anderen Rahmenformen wie quadratischen oder runden/ovalen Rahmenformen, die im Rahmen der Erfindung auch möglich sind, ergeben sich diese Vorteile nicht in gleicher Weise.
- Eine weitere vorteilhafte Weiterbildung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass an mindestens zwei benachbarten Vertikalstützen Tragarme angebracht sind. An diesen Tragarmen können unterschiedliche Bauteile angebracht werden wie Kletterschlangen, Kistenstapeln oder Kletterbalken oder auch Kletterplatten, um das Klettergerät als Sportkletterturm zu nutzen.
- Besonders bevorzugt sind an den freien Enden der Tragarme elastische Steile angebracht bzw. umgelenkt, deren jeweils eine Enden mit einer Gurteinrichtung verbunden sind, um im Zusammenwirken mit einem Trampolin eine Sprungeinrichtung zu bilden. Die jeweils anderen Enden der elastischen Seile werden entlang der Vertikalstützen nach unten geführt um auf diese Weise in Verbindung mit einem Trampolin eine Sprunganlage bereitzustellen, wie diese an sich bekannt ist.
- Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der beigefügten Zeichnungen weiter erläutert. Dabei zeigt:

- In
Fig. 1 ist eine perspektivische Darstellung einer ersten Ausführung eines Klettergerätes 1 näherungsweise im fahrbereiten Zustand dargestellt, die aus einem fahrbaren Untergestell 10 mit zwei Fahrachsen mit Rädern 12 und an den vier Ecken ausschwenkbaren Horizontalstützen 14 besteht. An den freien Enden der Horizontalstützen 14 sind Füße 16 angebracht. Um das Untergestell 10 in fahrbereiten Zustand zu bringen, werden die Horizontalstützen 14 eingeschwenkt. - Das Untergestell 10 selbst besteht aus einem Unterrahmen 11a und einem Oberrahmen 11b, die beabstandet miteinander verbunden sind.
- Am Untergestell 10 sind die Unterabschnitte 18a von vier Vertikalträgern befestigt, die sich zu einer solchen Höhe erstrecken, dass diese die auf dem Untergestell 10 übereinander liegenden Rahmen 20 überragen. An den oberen Enden der Unterabschnitte 18a sind über Scharniere deutlich längere Oberabschnitte 18b vorgesehen, die in der in
Fig. 1 gezeigten Transportstellung nach horizontal abgeklappt sind, wobei die Unterabschnitte 18a und Oberabschnitte 18b vorne und hinten unterschiedlich lang sind, damit die Oberabschnitte 18b im zusammengelegten Zustand übereinander ruhen. - Zur Errichtung des Klettergerätes 1 werden - wie in
Fig. 2 zu sehen ist, zunächst die Oberabschnitte hochgeklappt und über nicht gezeigte Arretiermittel in dieser Stellung zur Bildung der Vertikalträger 18 arretiert. - Über eine weiter unten dargestellte Zugseileinrichtung werden dann die Rahmen 20 entlang der Vertikalträger 18 nach oben gezogen um die in
Fig. 3 gezeigte Endstellung einzunehmen. Aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit sind die Rahmen 20 in denFiguren 1 bis 3 ohne die Seilnetzstruktur dargestellt. - In der perspektivischen Darstellung von
Fig. 5 ist die Zugseileinrichtung dargestellt. Diese besteht im wesentlichen aus einer Seilwinde 30, die in der dargestellten Form manuell ausgeführt ist aber alternativ auch elektrisch betrieben sein kann. Auf dieser Seilwinde 30 ist ein Zugseil aufgewickelt, dessen freies Ende mit einem Endstück 32 verbunden ist, an dem vier Aufrichtzugseile 34 befestigt sind, so dass die Betätigung der Seilwinde 30 alle vier Aufrichtzugseile 34 in gleicher Weise beaufschlagt. - Die vier Aufrichtzugseile 34 laufen über vier nicht näher dargestellte Umlenkrollen, die am Untergestell 10 gegenüberliegend zur Seilwinde 30 angebracht sind, wobei die zwei inneren der vier Aufrichtzugseile 34 über deren Umlenkrollen parallel in Richtung der Seilwinde 30 zurückgeführt und über die in
Fig. 4b gezeigte Umlenkrollen 36 nach seitlich außen und über inFig. 4a gezeigte Durchführungen 38 in die dortigen Vertikalträger 18 geführt und über weitere Umlenkrollen im Inneren der Vertikalträger 18 nach oben geführt sind. Am oberen Ende der Vertikalträger 18 sind weitere Umlenkrollen, über welche die Aufrichtzugseile 34 von oben mit den Rahmen verbunden sind. - Die zwei äußeren Aufrichtzugseile 34 werden über die zugehörigen nicht dargestellten ersten Umlenkrollen direkt nach seitlich außen geführt und anschließend in gleicher Weise im Inneren der Vertikalträger 18 nach oben und von dort mit den Rahmen 20 verbunden.
- Die Aufrichtzugseile 34 sind mit den Rahmen 20 jeweils in vorgegebenen Abständen fest verbunden, so dass beim Ziehen an den Aufrichtzugseile 34 über die Winde 30 zuerst der in
Fig. 1 zuoberst dargestellte Rahmen 20 hochgezogen und anschlie-βend jeder weitere Rahmen 20 mit hoch gezogen wird. - Die
Figuren 5a und5b zeigen perspektivische Ausschnitte des Klettergerätes 1. Dabei ist der Oberrahmen 11b des Untergestells 10 (Fig. 1 ) gezeigt, auf dem ein Trampolin 40 aufgespannt ist. Oberhalb des Oberrahmen 11b ist der unterste der vertikal verschiebbaren Rahmen 20 dargestellt, der in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform mit einem Seilnetzwerk 42 versehen ist. Dazu sind vorzugsweise elastische Seile kreuz und quer derart verspannt, dass Personen sich zwischen den Seilen hindurchzwängen und damit eine höhere oder niedrigere Ebene erreichen können. - In
Fig. 5b sind die Führungsmittel für die Rahmen 20 dargestellt, die eine Führungsnut 50 in den Vertikalstützen 18 umfassen, wobei T-Stücke 52 an den Rahmen 20 angebracht sind und in den vorzugsweise an allen vier Vertikalstützen 18 vorgesehenen Führungsnuten 50 gleiten. - In den
Figuren 6 und7 ist eine andere Ausführungsform eines Klettergerätes 2, das dem in denFiguren 1 bis 5 dargestellten Klettergerät 1 entspricht. Nur sind bei dieser Ausführungsform an den Vertikalstützen 18 Ausleger 60 angebracht, die über Fixierseile 62 fest ausgerichtet sind. Weitere Fixierseile 64 (die bei der Ausführungsform gemäßFig. 1 bis 5 ebenfalls vorhanden und nur nicht dargestellt sind) fixieren die Vertikalstützen 18 gegenüber dem Untergestell 10. An den freien Enden der Ausleger 60 sind Umlenkrollen für elastische Seile 66 vorgesehen, die mit einer Traggurteinrichtung 68 verbunden sind. Zwischen den Auslegern 60 lassen sich Trampoline 70 positionieren um auf diese Weise eine oder zwei Sprunganlage(n) bereitzustellen. Dazu sind die elastischen Seile 66 entlang oder im Inneren der Vertikalstützen 18 zu einer weiteren nicht dargestellten Winde geführt und können so gespannt oder nachgelassen werden. - Es ist ersichtlich, dass durch die Erfindung das Klettergerüst mit sehr geringem Aufwand und sehr schnell errichtet oder abgebaut werden kann.
- Die in den
Figuren 6 und7 gezeigte Ausführung ermöglicht einen weitergehenden Einsatz des Klettergerüstes dadurch, dass nicht nur Personen im Inneren hochklettern können, sondern auch außen andere Benutzer auf dem Trampolin und mit Unterstützung der vorgespannten elastischen Seile springen können. Dadurch hat diese Klettergerüstausführung eine erhöhte Attraktivität. Gleichzeitig ist der zusätzliche Aufwand zur Errichtung nicht wesentlich höher als bei der ersten Ausführungsform. - Nicht dargestellt ist, dass das gesamte Klettergerüst mittels Netzen umschlossen werden kann um zu verhindern, dass Benutzer von den oberen Ebenen abstürzen.
- In
Figur 8 ist eine weitere Ausführungsform eines Klettergerüstes schematisch (also ohne Spannseile) dargestellt, das sich von der Ausführung gemäßFig. 6 und7 nur dadurch unterscheidet, dass nur eine Sprunganlage vorgesehen ist.
Claims (14)
- Klettergerät mit mehreren übereinander anordenbaren Rahmen (20), , sowie einer Anzahl Vertikalstützen (18), an denen die Rahmen (20) anbringbar sind, wobei das Klettergerät auch folgende Merkmale aufweist:a) die Vertikalstützen (18) sind mit einem fahrbaren Untersatz (10) abklappbar verbunden;b) entlang der Vertikalstützen (18) sind Aufrichtzugseile (34) geführt, deren jeweils eine Enden mit einer Winde (30) wirkgekoppelt sind und deren jeweils andere Enden mit den Rahmen (20) verbunden sind;c) wobei die Aufrichtzugseile (34) derart mit den Rahmen (20) verbunden sind, dass diese im aufgerichteten Zustand jeweils vorgegebene Vertikalabstände zueinanderdadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rahmeninnenflächen jeweils mit einem SeilNetzwerk (42) zur Bildung einer Kletterebene versehen sind.
- Klettergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die. Aufrichtzugseile (34) im Inneren der Vertikalstützen (18) geführt sind und an deren freien Enden über Umlenkrollen umgelenkt sind.
- Klettergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die windenseitigen Enden der Aufrichtzugseile (34) mit einem Endstück (32) verbunden sind, dessen anderes Ende mit einem Windenseil verbunden ist, das auf die Winde (30) aufwickelbar ist.
- Klettergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rahmen (20) rechteckig sind.
- Klettergerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis der Länge zur Breite der Rahmen (20) zwischen 2 und 3 liegt.
- Klettergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Untergestell (10) im Bereich der Ecken Horizontalstützen (14) ausklappbar sind, an deren freien Enden Stützfüße (16) vorgesehen sind.
- Klettergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützfüße (16) über Spannseile (64) mit den oberen Enden der Vertikalstützen (18) verbunden sind.
- Klettergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an zumindest einzelnen Vertikalstützen (18) Führungsmittel (50) vorgesehen sind, die mit Gegenstücken (52) an den Rahmen (20) zusammenwirken, um beim Aufrichten des Klettergerätes (1) bzw. Hochziehen der Rahmen (20) diese zu führen.
- Klettergerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel als Längsnuten (50) ausgebildet sind, und an den Rahmen T-Stücke (52) angebracht sind, die in den Längsnuten (50) verschiebbar sind.
- Klettergerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an mindestens zwei benachbarten Vertikalstützen (18) Tragarme (60) angebracht sind.
- Klettergerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den freien Enden der Tragarme (60) elastische Seite (66) umgelenkt werden, deren jeweils eine Enden mit einer Gurteinrichtung (68) verbunden sind, um im Zusammenwirken mit einem Trampolin eine Sprungeinrichtung zu bilden.
- Klettergerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei gegenüberliegende Sprungeinrichtungen vorgesehen sind.
- Klettergerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Tragarmen (60) Kletterschlangen, Kistenstapeln oder Kletterbalken angebracht sind.
- Klettergerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Rahmen (20) Kletterplatten anbringbar sind.
