Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de décharge d'une cartouche de mortier (3) munie d'un empennage alaire (2) dans le tube d'arme (4) d'un mortier à chargeur par l'avant (5), lors de la décharge de la cartouche (3), l'empennage alaire (2) étant disposé en direction de la bouche du tube d'arme (4), avec les attributs :
    a) le dispositif (1) comprend une tige d'extracteur (7) qui sur sa première extrémité (8) est reliée avec un dispositif de retenue (9) susceptible d'être introduit dans le tube d'arme (4), dispositif qui sur son côté opposé à la tige d'extracteur (7) porte au moins un élément d'extracteur (10, 11) en forme de doigt ;
    b) l'élément d'extracteur (10, 11) en forme de doigt comporte sur son côté opposé au dispositif de retenue (9) une saillie (12) approximativement en forme de L et est disposé sur le dispositif de retenue (9) de sorte à être déplaçable assez loin entre deux ailes (6) voisines de l'empennage (2) de la cartouche de mortier (3) à éliminer, pour que la saillie (12) arrive dans la zone située à l'avant du côté frontal du côté corps de projectile de l'empennage alaire (2) et par légère rotation de la tige d'extracteur (7) s'accroche par l'arrière sur le côté frontal à l'une des deux ailes (6) voisines, de sorte que la cartouche de mortier (3) puisse être déchargée par traction de la tige d'extracteur (7) hors du tube d'arme (4).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que deux éléments d'extracteur (10, 11) en forme de doigt sensiblement opposés l'un à l'autre du côté périphérique sont reliés au dispositif de retenue (9).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que trois éléments d'extracteur en forme de doigts distribués régulièrement sur la périphérie sont reliés au dispositif de retenue (9)
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'extracteur (10, 11) en forme de doigt sont disposés de façon interchangeable sur le dispositif de retenue (9).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (12) conçue en forme de L de l'élément d'extracteur (10, 11) respectif comporte sur son côté qui fait face au dispositif de retenue (9) un évidement en forme de rainure (13), dans lequel le côté frontal correspondant d'une aile (6) de l'empennage alaire (2) est susceptible d'être introduit.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le tracé du fond de la rainure correspond au tracé radial du côté frontal des ailes (6) de l'empennage alaire (2).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de retenue (9) comprend un élément de poussée (14) disposé au centre, qui sur le côté du dispositif de retenue (9) qui est opposé à la tige d'extracteur (7) dépasse de la surface (15) dudit dispositif et qui est disposé pour pouvoir s'insérer à l'encontre de la pression d'un ressort (16) dans un évidement (17) du dispositif de retenue (9), pour que, lors de la liaison du dispositif (1) avec la cartouche de mortier (3), l'élément de poussée (14) soit pressé contre la zone du côté arrière de la cartouche de mortier (3) et déplacé dans l'évidement (17) et après avoir entouré le côté frontal respectif d'une aile (6), les éléments d'extracteur (10, 11) en forme de doigt pressent la cartouche de mortier (3) contre le dispositif de retenue (9).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que sur la deuxième extrémité (18) opposée à la première extrémité (8) de la tige d'extracteur (7) est disposé un élément de poignée (19).
