Definitions

  • the invention relates to a roller shutter for windows or doors, in particular for roof windows, preferably for roof windows, with a windable roller shutter track.
  • Similar shutters are known (see, eg FR-A-635424 ). They are mounted in the roof windows, in particular roof windows, with an inclination corresponding to the roof pitch outside on the sash of the residential roof window. If the roller shutter track is in its lowered position, then its outside is exposed to the weather. When rain or Tauniederschlag the outside is wetted, in particular in wavy structure of the roller shutter track, as it is present for example in a curtain of slats, moisture collects in the troughs, which does not flow off automatically. Now, if such a roller shutter track wound up, it may come to a flow of the collected liquid dripping down on the disc of the residential roof window at the free end of the roller shutter pad.
  • Such a liquid movement occurs in particular when the roller shutter pad does not have a uniform inclination, but runs differently inclined and, for example, has a steeper area near its winding shaft, so that existing moisture on the roller shutter track is transported to the steeper point and then gets into the flow.
  • the invention has for its object to avoid taking place due to the above explanations wetting the window or the like, in particular roof windows.
  • a moisture drainage channel is arranged in the free end region, in particular at the free end. Due to the moisture gutter collecting moisture does not pass through the free end of the roller shutter track, but passes in advance in the moisture gutter and is disposed of laterally and can preferably run within lateral guide parts of the shutter, which serve to guide the lateral ends of the roller shutter track. Moistening the pane of the underlying window, the underlying door, the roof window, in particular residential roof window, is thus prevented.
  • the moisture drainage channel extends over the width of the roller shutter track.
  • the entire width of the roller shutter track is used, that is, the underlying window or the like is protected over its entire width from dripping moisture.
  • At least one end of the moisture drainage channel is designed to be open, that is, the moisture exits here and enters the guide parts and continues to run downwards, finally dripping onto the roof covering-in the case of a living roof window.
  • both ends of the moisture drainage channel are open.
  • a development of the invention provides that the roller shutter track is a slat hanging. Between the slats, namely in the there formed due to the cross-sectional arcuate design of the fins formed troughs preferably accumulates non-expiring Moisture that only starts to move when the roller shutter track is moved.
  • a development of the invention provides that the moisture drainage channel is arranged or formed on the end plate of the slat curtain.
  • the moisture gutter is attached as a separate part to the end fin.
  • the Abf gleichlamelle has a special contour, so that the moisture gutter is formed with.
  • the moisture drainage channel has a cross-sectional dimension with regard to its groove width, which does not exceed the cross-sectional dimension defined by the curvature of a lamella.
  • the moisture gutter should not extend beyond the arcs of the slats in terms of their width expansion, to allow a smooth and uniform guidance of the Lamellenbehangs in the guide parts of the shutter.
  • the inserted moisture drainage channel can be higher or not higher than the curvature of a lamella, as already described above.
  • the moisture drainage channel is formed by a particular separate water drainage rail.
  • FIG. 1 shows -in side view- a roof 1 of a building.
  • the roof 1 is equipped with a living roof window 2, which has a frame 3 and a sash 4.
  • a shutter 5 is arranged to, if necessary, a roller shutter track 6 (FIG. FIG. 2 ) for reasons of shading, protection reasons or to be able to move over the window of the roof window 2 for darkening.
  • the roller shutter track 6 has according to FIG. 2 Slats 7, which have a curved cross-sectional profile, so that between the individual slats wave troughs 8 are formed, in which moisture can collect.
  • the lamella 7, which forms a free end region 9, is designed as a fin strip 10, whereby due to its special cross-sectional profile (FIG. FIG. 3 ) forms a Wegsablaufrinne 11 which extends over the entire length of the end fin 10, and accordingly extends over the entire width B of the roller shutter track 6.
  • the ends 12 of the moisture drainage channel 11 are designed to be open, so that moisture collected in the moisture drainage channel 11 can drain there. Since the lateral ends of the fins 7 are guided in guide parts, not shown, of the shutter 5, the moisture is thus dissipated in the region of these guide parts and preferably passes from there to the roof. 1
  • the FIG. 3 clarifies the end plate 10 based on their cross-sectional profile. It has a curved slat wall 13 which has an interruption in the form of an opening 14 of the moisture drainage channel 11.
  • the moisture gutter 11 is formed by the fact that the upper portion 15 of the louver wall 13 is not continued continuously in the arc moment, but is guided at an angle 16 as a concave arc 17, the -von from below to a connection point 18 of the remaining part of the louver wall 13 leads.
  • the slat wall 13 projects beyond the connection point 18 with a section 19, so that the moisture drainage channel 11 is formed between the section 19 and the arch 17.
  • the cross-sectional dimension C of the moisture drainage channel 11, which defines the groove width, is chosen such that it does not exceed the cross-sectional dimension D defined by the curvature of the lamella 7 and therefore does not appear disturbing.
  • FIG. 4 shows a further embodiment of the profile of a wishlamelle 10 with moisture gutter 11.
  • the moisture gutter 11 is located at the lower, free end 20, in front of a lamellar wall 13 is realized in a complete arc shape, which merges at its end 21 in one piece in an angularly angled wall 22, which forms the moisture drainage channel 11.
  • FIG. 5 shows a further embodiment of a dresslamelle 10 with moisture drainage channel 11.
  • the arrangement corresponds approximately to the embodiment of FIG. 3 , It is different, however, that the cross-sectional dimension D of the lamella 7 is smaller than the cross-sectional dimension E of the moisture drainage trough 11.
  • FIG. 7 - The end fin 10 does not extend over the entire width B of the roller shutter track 6, but leaves two side area pieces 23 free.
  • the cross-sectional dimensions of the cross-sectional dimensions D ie those of the curvature of the remaining slats 7 correspond. Since the roller shutter track 6 in the region of the side area pieces 23 is guided in guide parts of the shutter, there is no problem that the cross-sectional dimension E is greater than the cross-sectional dimension D.
  • the profile of a final lamella 10 is shown, which has a receiving groove 25, into which a guide profile 26 of a separate water drainage rail 27 is inserted in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the end lamella 10.
  • the profile of the moisture drainage channel 11 thus formed can be changed depending on the inserted water drainage rail 27, whereby the height of the overall arrangement can be changed, ie, depending on the inserted profile of the water drainage rail 27 can there be generated a cross-sectional dimension which is larger As the cross-sectional dimension D of the "normal" blade 7.
  • water drainage rails 27 which have a corresponding dimension, so that a measure E is present, which is greater than the dimension D, then must according to FIG. 7 be proceeded, ie, such a moisture drainage channel 11 may not extend over the entire width B, but must leave free the edge regions of the roller shutter track 6, so that there leadership is possible.
