Claims (14)

  1. Pulpeur pour désintégrer et mettre en suspension des matériaux pour pâte à papier (S), comprenant un récipient (1, 1') ouvert en haut et au moins un rotor (2) entraîné disposé dans le récipient (1, 1'), lequel rotor présente des moyens pour faire circuler une suspension contenue dans le récipient afin de désintégrer les matériaux pour pâte à papier introduits et pour les mettre en suspension dans de l'eau, et comprenant aussi au moins un tamis (3) dont la surface de tamis pourvue d'ouvertures de tamis est balayée sur sa majeure partie ou complètement par le rotor en mouvement (2),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le tamis (3) est pourvu d'ouvertures de tamis rondes allongées (5, 5', 5") dont la forme s'écarte de celle d'un cercle.
  2. Pulpeur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les ouvertures de tamis (5) sont ovales, en particulier elliptiques.
  3. Pulpeur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les ouvertures de tamis (5') sont des trous oblongs.
  4. Pulpeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que

    l'arête avant (10) des pales du rotor (4) est orientée par rapport à la longueur (L) des ouvertures de tamis (5, 5', 5") suivant un angle de coupe (β) compris entre -80° et +80°, de préférence entre -45° et +45°.
  6. Pulpeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les ouvertures de tamis (5, 5', 5") présentent un rapport longueur à largeur d'au moins 1,5, de préférence d'au moins 3.
  7. Pulpeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la largeur maximale (B) des ouvertures de tamis (5, 5') est comprise entre 4 et 20 mm.
  8. Pulpeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la longueur (L) des ouvertures de tamis (5, 5', 5") est comprise entre 10 et 100 mm.
  9. Pulpeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le pulpeur présente un rotor monté latéralement et est approprié pour désintégrer le rebut de machines à papier.
  10. Pulpeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les ouvertures de tamis (5, 5', 5") sont produites par fraisage.
  11. Pulpeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les ouvertures de tamis (5, 5', 5") sont produites par estampage.
  12. Pulpeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les ouvertures de tamis (5, 5', 5") sont produites par un faisceau laser.
  13. Pulpeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le tamis (3) est fabriqué conjointement avec les ouvertures de tamis (5, 5', 5") dans un procédé de fonte d'acier.
  14. Pulpeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le tamis se compose d'une plaque perforée (11) présentant les ouvertures de tamis (5, 5', 5") et d'une plaque de support (12), la plaque de support (12) étant une construction de cadre ou de tamis grossière, dont le contour extérieur correspond essentiellement à celui de la plaque perforée (11) et qui est pourvue d'ouvertures de passage (13) qui sont plus grosses que les ouvertures de tamis (5, 5', 5").
