Description

The invention relates to a continuous press for the production of chip, fiber, plastic and wood panels according to the preamble of claim 1 and a method for operating such a press.

For the production of wood pulp boards, the resulting product must undergo varying pressurization in the continuous direction, depending on the technological parameters, in continuously operating presses. This is in the known publications DE 44 46 091 A1 . DE 195 18 879 A1 and DE 196 22 197 A1 achieved by controlling a travel and pressure curve in the press longitudinal direction. A variation of the pressure causes a change in the path curve, and thus a deformation of the press, or the heating plates of the press.

The paths can only be changed within the permissible Heizplattenverformung from frame to frame. This results in the known Heizplattendicken of about 60 to 120 mm for necessary deformations of a few millimeters already very long Deformation distances. When pressing wood-based panels, a steam cushion is created in the mat during heating. So that the steam pressure in the mat is not too high and the finished plate is not destroyed after leaving the press by Platzer, in the known presses within the limits of the maximum deformation of the heating plate, a pressure reduction in the rear pressing area can be set.

To DE 195 18 879 A1 such a device is that after the pre-compression of the material to be pressed in the inlet gap in the following main press section by means of flexible press racks and / or press segments a low pressure zone decompressing and compressing with a steep slope or fall angle for a vertical stroke of 0 to about 10 mm increasing extremely short at maximum production speed during production einsteuerbar is. It has proven to be a disadvantage that the distance to reach the necessary Heizplattenverformungen due to the necessary Heizplattendicke very long (more than 1 to 2 meters), and due to the internal restoring forces of the product at these long distances very much press length is lost, the Product does not adapt in thickness to the deformation and thus does not take place sufficiently large pressure relief in the product and a too long relief zone has a negative effect on the technological values.

With EP 1 435 288 A1 is a continuously operating press according to the preamble of claim 1 become known with the in short areas of the initial pressing line a loading or unloading shock is performed on the pressed material. This is preferably carried out at the beginning of the press line during or shortly after compression to final gauge. In this area of the pressing section, the material to be compacted still has high restoring forces and, when the material to be pressed is relieved from the normal pressure, it is possible to partially control very low pressures. In addition, partially very high pressures can be driven, in which the rolling plate is decoupled in the critical high pressure and deformation areas of the heating plate by additional pressure elements and elastically deformed.

The invention has for its object, depending on the pressed material to create a continuously operating press and a method for operating such a press, with the within the Pressentänge a short active pressure relief in the product is to be realized.

The solution to this problem consists in the characterizing part of the device claim 1, and the method claim. 9

With this solution, the extremely high deformability of the rolling plates are exploited by these are decoupled in a certain range of the full support of the heating plates and regardless of the deformability of the heating plates (or pressing plates) via separate actuators einsteuerbar pulled away from the product (relieving) or against the Product (loading) to be pressed.

It has also proved to be advantageous if the material plate at one or more points in the rear pressing area after the plate has reached a corresponding vapor pressure, only very briefly depressurized. With a correspondingly short pressure relief, the restoring forces of the product do not have a negative effect on the plate quality, so that it with a sufficiently large, active relief of the heating and Abrollplatten to a additional evaporation of the material plate can come. With a sufficiently large discharge of the plate, the vapor pressure drops abruptly and there is an additional cooling of the plate temperature, which in turn significantly reduces the risk of bursting after the plate exits the press, and ensures a more even distribution of moisture in the plate.

With the continuous press according to the invention, the production efficiency and the moisture content of the plate to be produced can be increased and stabilized. These requirements are met with the aid of the known heating and rolling plate sandwich system.

The achievement of a short, adjustable pressure relief in the press nip for the continuous mat is achieved in that the pressure relief zone is very short, preferably between 50 and 500 mm press length, and these relief zones starting at one or more locations, from the center of the press to the outlet area of The pressure or the level of the pressure relief is technologically dependent on the operator adjustable and the residual pressure on the plate in this area can be actively reduced to 0, that is, the rolling plate can be actively lifted from the product.

Further advantageous measures and embodiments of the subject matter of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims and the following description of the drawing.

B. alternierend oben/unten in Arbeitsrichtung 15. The drawing shows a continuous press in side view and section with the lower and upper heating plate 3 and 4 with a continuous mat 10, which is pulled with the steel strips 12 and 13 in the working direction 15 by the continuously operating press. The roll bars 8 and 9 take over the rolling support of the steel strips 12 and 13. For the pressure relief zone a is provided in the upper heating plate 3, a recess 14 in the actuators 5, the upper roll plate 1 can lift or press against the mat 10, so that the rolling plates 1 and 2 are decoupled from a full-surface contact support. Thus, they can be pulled away from the mat 10 or pressed against it regardless of the deformability of the heating plate 3 and 4. The double-acting actuators 5 are made of cylinders 6 and piston 7. Preferably the piston 7 is located in a bore of the continuous heating plate 3 or 4. With the pressure relief zone a, the possibility of a steam outlet 11 from the mat 10 is given. It is plausible to the person skilled in the art that the transition from a scattered particle mat to a solid material plate is fluid in a continuously operating press and, of course, this could also be referred to as a material plate 10. In addition, it can also be a simultaneous (seen in the direction of 15) relief of the rolling plate 2 below provided, or a varying controlled discharge, z. B. alternately up / down in working direction 15. This is the discretion of the user. Conceivable here is the arrangement of several relief zones from half the pressing length of the continuously operating press, which can be controlled differently. Of course, to achieve maximum deformation of the rolling plates 1 or 2, a relief zone may be disposed on a rolling plate bump, see FIG. 2 , or a somewhat moderate relief zone after FIG. 3 , It is a feature contributing wholly to the rigidity and accuracy of the continuous press that the heating plates 3 or 4 are designed across the entire width of the mat 10 transversely to the working direction 15 as a stable and uninterrupted part. The pressure relief zone a preferably has a length of 50 to 500 mm in the working direction 15 and the residual pressure can be adjusted to 0 by lifting the rolling plate 1 or 2.
