Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de refroidissement pour refroidir du laitier, comprenant un système qui sert à prélever un échantillon du laitier, le dispositif de refroidissement présentant une première section de refroidissement, une seconde section de refroidissement, et un broyeur disposé entre les deux, ainsi qu'un système qui sert à prélever un échantillon du laitier dans une zone située entre le broyeur et une seconde section de refroidissement. Cela permet d'intervenir au cours des étapes antérieures du procédé, et de limiter les pertes de temps.

Claims (3)

  1. Procédé pour le refroidissement de clinker, le clinker tombant hors d'un four étant refroidi dans une première section de refroidissement (1) et dans une deuxième section de refroidissement (2) et étant concassé dans un broyeur (3), qui est disposé entre les deux sections de refroidissement, caractérisé en ce que, dans une zone située entre le broyeur et la deuxième section de refroidissement, un échantillon de clinker est prélevé et analysé afin de collecter des informations concernant les propriétés du clinker et pour agir sur les étapes précédentes du procédé.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'échantillon de clinker est prélevé dans une zone, dans laquelle la température du clinker est située entre 300 °C et 700 °C.
