Appareil de nettoyage de surface comportant un manche (12) sur lequel est montée une tête de nettoyage (17 ; 62 ; 92) dotée d'au moins un ajutage (20 ; 68, 69 ; 101, 102,103) qui est en liaison d'écoulement avec une pompe montée sur le manche (12), et un organe de commutation (38)actionnable manuellement, une surface à nettoyer (11) pouvant être sollicitée par un liquide de nettoyage au moyen de l'ajutage (20 ; 68, 69 ; 101, 102, 103) et la sollicitation pouvant être commandée au moyen de l'organe de commutation (38), la pompe étant conformée en pompe de compression (32, 93) entraînée par un moteur d'entraînement (31 ; 94) et le liquide de nettoyage étant appliqué sur la surface à nettoyer (11) avec une surpression par le biais de l'ajutage (20 ; 68, 69 ; 101, 102, 103), et l'appareil de nettoyage de surface (10 ; 60 ; 85 ; 90) comportant des moyens de soutien (26, 27 ; 65, 66 ; 77) destinés à soutenir l'appareil de nettoyage de surface sur la surface à nettoyer (11), le liquide de nettoyage étant mis à une pression de plus de 30 bars par la pompe de compression (32 ; 93) et la tête de nettoyage (17 ; 62 ; 92) comportant un capot anti-projection (18) qui s'engage par-dessus au moins un ajutage (20 ; 68, 69 ; 101, 102, 103) et comporte une ouverture de sortie de liquide (21), la surface (11) pouvant être nettoyée par sollicitation avec le liquide de nettoyage sous pression, caractérisé en ce que le moteur d'entraînement (31 ; 94) et la pompe de compression (32 ; 93) étant reliés rigidement au manche (12) et la pompe de compression (32) formant en combinaison avec le moteur d'entraînement (31) une unité génératrice de pression (29) dont le centre de gravité est situé à une distance d'au maximum 0,6 m de l'au moins un ajutage (20 ; 68, 69) de la tête de nettoyage (17 ; 62).
  2. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pompe de compression (32 ; 93) est disposé de façon décalée par rapport à l'organe de commutation (38) en direction de la tête de nettoyage (17 ; 62 ; 92).
  3. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la pompe de compression (32 ; 93) est disposée à côté de la tête de nettoyage (17 ; 62 ; 92).
  4. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pompe de compression (32) est disposé au niveau de la tête de nettoyage (62).
  5. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pompe de compression (93) est intégré dans la tête de nettoyage (92).
  6. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de commutation (38) est monté dans la région de l'extrémité du manche (12) qui est opposée à la tête de nettoyage (17 ; 62 ; 92).
  7. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de commutation (38) comporte un levier de commutation (39).
  8. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de commutation (38) est conformé en clapet de retenue actionnable manuellement qui est en liaison d'écoulement avec la pompe de compression (32 ; 93) par le biais d'une conduite d'amenée (48) qui peut être raccordée à un tuyau d'alimentation et qui est guidée le long du manche (12).
  9. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une conduite d'amenée (48) est guidée à travers le manche (12).
  10. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pompe de compression (32 ; 93) peut être entraînée par un moteur électrique (31) qui est monté sur le manche et qui peut être commandé au moyen de l'organe de commutation (38).
  11. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le moteur électrique (31) peut être commandé en fonction de l'écoulement du liquide de nettoyage amené à la pompe de compression (32 ; 93).
  12. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le moteur électrique (31) est relié à un élément de commutation (34) qui est couplé à un capteur d'écoulement (35).
  13. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pompe de compression (32 ; 93) peut être entraînée par un moteur électrique (31) qui peut être refroidi par le liquide de nettoyage.
  14. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le moteur électrique (31) comporte un boîtier (54) autour duquel peut circuler le liquide de nettoyage.
  15. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le liquide de nettoyage peut être appliqué en cercle sur la surface à nettoyer (11) au moyen de la tête de nettoyage (62).
  16. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tête de nettoyage (62 ; 92) comporte au moins un bras de pulvérisation (65, 66 ; 98, 99, 100) qui est monté de façon à pouvoir tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (67 ; 97) et qui supporte au moins un ajutage (68, 69 ; 101, 102, 103).
  17. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de rotation (67) peut être orienté perpendiculairement à la surface à nettoyer (11).
  18. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de rotation (97) peut être orienté obliquement ou parallèlement à la surface à nettoyer (11).
  19. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que du liquide de nettoyage peut être amené irrégulièrement à l'ajutage (101, 102, 103) monté sur le bras de pulvérisation (98, 99, 100) pendant le mouvement de rotation dudit ajutage autour de l'axe de rotation (97), l'amenée de liquide étant effectuée pour la plus grande partie lors de l'orientation de l'ajutage (101, 102, 103) en direction de la surface à nettoyer (11).
  20. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon l'une des revendications 16 à 19, caractérisé en ce qu'un piston (104) à mouvement alternatif, qui coopère avec un excentrique (106), est monté dans le bras de pulvérisation (98, 99, 100), du liquide de nettoyage pouvant être délivré sous pression par l'au moins un ajutage (101, 102, 103) au moyen du piston (104).
  21. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de sortie de liquide (21) est entourée dans la direction périphérique au moins partiellement par un élément anti-projection flexible (23).
  22. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que l'élément anti-projection est conformé en lèvre de caoutchouc et/ou en raclette formant brosse (23).
  23. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de soutien comportent des corps de roulement ou de glissement (26, 27) destinés à soutenir l'appareil de nettoyage de surface (10 ; 90) sur la surface à nettoyer (11).
  24. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de soutien comportent une soufflante (77) destinée à générer un coussin d'air entre la tête de nettoyage (62) et la surface à nettoyer (11).
  25. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de soutien comportent au moins une pièce de support (65, 66) sur laquelle est monté au moins un ajutage (68, 69), la pièce de support (65, 66) pouvant être sollicitée par une force de répulsion exercée par l'ajutage (68, 69) lors de la sortie de liquide de nettoyage pour soutenir l'appareil de nettoyage de surface (60 ; 85) sur le sol à nettoyer (11).
  26. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la longueur du manche (12) est réglable de façon télescopique.
  27. Appareil de nettoyage de surface selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tête de nettoyage (62) est montée de façon articulée sur le manche (12).
