Claims (37)

  1. Groupe d'impression d'une machine à imprimer comprenant au moins deux rouleaux (01 ; 02 ; 14 ; 16 ; 18) coopérant une fois en position de placage, l'un des rouleaux (01 ; 02 ; 14 ; 16 ; 18) étant réalisé sous forme de cylindre de transfert (02 ; 14), et le cylindre de transfert (02 ; 14) et l'autre rouleau (01 ; 16 ; 18) présentant, dans la zone de leur corps, chacun une longueur correspondant à quatre largeurs, ou plus, d'une page de journal, le cylindre de transfert (02 ; 14) présentant, dans la zone de sa surface d'enveloppe, une couche (06) élastique et/ou compressible, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de transfert (02 ; 14) et l'autre rouleau (01 ; 16 ; 18), en position de placage, sont disposés, l'un par rapport à l'autre, de manière qu'une largeur (B), résultante suite à l'enfoncement (S) de la couche (06), d'une zone de contact entre les deux rouleaux (01 ; 02), perpendiculairement à un plan de liaison (V) de leurs axes de rotation dans l'intervalle entre rouleaux (03), soit d'au moins 10 mm, et que la zone de contact fasse au moins 5 % d'un diamètre (DwGZ) actif non perturbé du rouleau (02) muni de la couche (06), en ce que le rouleau (02 ; 14) présentant la couche (06) est disposé en coopérant en fonctionnement avec un matériau d'impression (13) réalisé sous forme de bande (13).
  2. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la zone de contact présente au moins la largeur (B) de 12 mm.
  3. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, au moins dans la zone d'un pressage de surface de 80 à 100 N/cm2, la couche (06) présente une pente ΔP/ΔS inférieure à 700 (N/cm2)/mm.
  4. Groupe d'impression d'une machine à imprimer comprenant au moins deux rouleaux (01 ; 02 ; 14 ; 16 ; 18) coopérant une fois en position de placage, l'un des rouleaux (01 ; 02 ; 14 ; 16 ; 18) étant réalisé sous forme de cylindre de transfert (02 ; 14), et le cylindre de transfert (02 ; 14) et l'autre rouleau (01 ; 16 ; 18) présentant, dans la zone de leur corps, chacun une longueur correspondant à quatre largeurs, ou plus, d'une page de journal, le cylindre de transfert (02 ; 14) présentant, dans la zone de sa surface d'enveloppe, une couche (06) élastique et/ou compressible, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de transfert (02 ; 14) et l'autre rouleau (01 ; 16 ; 18), en position de placage, sont disposés, l'un par rapport à l'autre, de manière qu'un enfoncement (S) de la couche (06), par une surface d'enveloppe, sensiblement incompressible et non élastique, de l'autre rouleau (01 ; 16 ; 18), dans l'intervalle entre rouleaux (03), soit d'au moins 0,18 mm, en ce que le rouleau (02 ; 14) présentant la couche (06) est disposé en coopérant en fonctionnement avec un matériau d'impression (13) réalisé sous forme de bande (13).
  5. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que l'enfoncement (S) est de 0,25 à 0,50 mm.
  6. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une zone de contact, résultant de l'enfoncement (S) de la couche (06), entre les deux rouleaux (01 ; 02), perpendiculairement à un plan de liaison (V) de leurs axes de rotation dans l'intervalle entre rouleaux (03), présente une largeur (B) de 10 mm.
  7. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau (01 ; 16) coopérant avec le cylindre de transfert (02 ; 14) est réalisé sous forme de cylindre de forme (01 ; 16).
  8. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau (18) coopérant avec le cylindre de transfert (02 ; 14) est réalisé sous forme de cylindre satellite (18).
  9. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des deux rouleaux (01 ; 02 ; 14 ; 16 ; 18) présente, sur sa surface d'enveloppe, au moins une perturbation (09 ; 11) influant sur le roulement.
  10. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la perturbation (09 ; 11) est provoquée par un canal (09 ; 11), s'étendant axialement, pour la fixation d'extrémités d'un ou plusieurs habillages (05 ; 08).
  11. Groupe d'impression selon les revendications 6 et 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une largeur (B09 ; B11) du canal (09 ; 11) dans la zone de son ouverture vers la surface d'enveloppe, dans la direction périphérique, est au maximum dans un rapport de 1:3 par rapport à la largeur (B) de la zone de contact.
  12. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la largeur (B09 ; B11) du canal (09 ; 11) dans la zone de son ouverture vers la surface d'enveloppe, dans la direction périphérique, est au maximum de 5 mm.
  13. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que des cylindres de forme et de transfert (01 ; 02 ; 14 ; 16) sont entraînés, de façon couplée mécaniquement, par un moteur d'entraînement (17) commun.
  14. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que des cylindres de forme et de transfert (01 ; 02 ; 14 ; 16) sont entraînés, en tant que paires de cylindres (01 ; 02 ; 14 ; 16), de façon mécaniquement indépendante, par une ou plusieurs paires de cylindres (01 ; 02 ; 14 ; 16) ou un cylindre satellite (18).
  15. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que des cylindres de forme et de transfert (01 ; 02 ; 14 ; 16) sont entraînés, chacun de façon mécaniquement indépendante les uns des autres, par un moteur d'entraînement (17) propre.
  16. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 8 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre satellite (18) présente un moteur d'entraînement (17) propre, mécaniquement indépendant d'autres cylindres (01 ; 02 ; 14 ; 16).
  17. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des cylindres de transfert (02 ; 14) est réalisé avec une circonférence de sensiblement deux pages d'impression verticales au format journal.
  18. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou 17, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux (01 ; 02 ; 14 ; 16 ; 18) présentent, dans la zone de leur corps, chacun une longueur correspondant à six largeurs d'une page d'impression au format journal.
  19. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins le cylindre de forme (01 ; 16) est réalisé avec une circonférence de sensiblement une page d'impression verticale au format journal.
  20. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 17 ou 19, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux (01 ; 02 ; 14 ; 16 ; 18) présentent, dans la zone de leur corps, chacun une longueur correspondant à quatre largeurs d'une page d'impression au format journal.
  21. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un rapport, entre diamètre efficace et longueur, au moins du cylindre de forme (01 ; 16) est inférieur ou égal à 0,16.
  22. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le groupe d'impression est réalisé sous forme de groupe d'impression pour l'offset humide, et la dépendance, entre pressage de surface (P) et enfoncement (S), au moins dans la fourchette allant de 80 à 100 N/cm2, présente une pente (ΔP/ΔS) inférieure à 700 (N/cm2)/mm.
  23. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le groupe d'impression est réalisé sous forme de groupe d'impression pour l'offset sec, et la dépendance, entre pressage de surface (P) et enfoncement (S), au moins dans la fourchette allant de 120 à 180 N/cm2, présente une pente (ΔP/ΔS) inférieure à 700 (N/cm2)/mm.
  24. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les deux rouleaux (01 ; 02 ; 14 ; 16 ; 18), en position de placage, sont disposés, l'un par rapport à l'autre, de manière correspondant au groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1.
  25. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une largeur (B) d'une zone de contact, résultante suite à l'enfoncement (S) de la couche (06), entre les deux rouleaux (01 ; 02), observée perpendiculairement à un plan de liaison (V) de leurs axes de rotation dans l'intervalle entre rouleaux (03), est supérieure à une largeur (B09 ; B11) d'un canal (09 ; 11) du rouleau (01 ; 16) coopérant, dans la zone de son ouverture vers la surface d'enveloppe, dans la direction périphérique.
  26. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la couche (06) est réalisée sous forme de couche (06) d'un habillage (05) désolidariable.
  27. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 26, caractérisé en ce que l'habillage (05) est réalisé sous forme de blanchet métallique.
  28. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 27, caractérisé en ce que le blanchet métallique est réalisé avec une couche support dimensionnellement stable, en métal, en particulier une tôle.
  29. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 27, caractérisé en ce que l'habillage (05) est disposé, dans le groupe d'impression d'une machine à imprimer imprimant des pages d'impression au format journal, en particulier une machine d'impression de journeaux.
  30. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la couche (06) présente une dépendance, entre pressage de surface (P) et enfoncement (S), dont la pente (ΔP/ΔS), au moins dans une zone de travail pour le pressage de surface de 100 N/cm2, est inférieure à 700 (N/cm2)/mm.
  31. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la couche (06) présente une dépendance, entre pressage de surface (P) et enfoncement (S), dont la pente (ΔP/ΔS), au moins dans une zone pour l'enfoncement de 0,22 à 0,38 mm, est inférieure à 700 (N/cm2)/mm.
  32. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 30, caractérisé en ce que, en plus de la pente (ΔP/ΔS) citée, inférieure à 700 (N/cm2)/mm, dans le cas d'un pressage de surface de 100 N/cm2, la pente (ΔP/ΔS), en cas d'application de l'habillage en offset humide, c'est-à-dire en utilisant de l'encre et un agent humidifiant, au moins dans une plage de travail globale pour le pressage de surface de 80 à 100 N/cm2, est inférieure à 700 (N/cm2)/mm.
  33. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 30, caractérisé en ce que, en plus de la pente (ΔP/ΔS) citée, inférieure à 700 (N/cm2)/mm, dans le cas d'un pressage de surface de 100 N/cm2, la pente (ΔP/ΔS), en cas d'application de l'habillage en offset sec, c'est-à-dire en utilisant uniquement une application d'encre et aucun agent humidifiant, au moins dans une plage de travail globale pour le pressage de surface de 120 à 180 N/cm2, est inférieure à 700 (N/cm2)/mm.
  34. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1, 4 ou 30, caractérisé en ce que la couche (06) présente une épaisseur (t) d'au moins 3,0 mm.
  35. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 26, caractérisé en ce que l'habillage (05), outre la couche (06), présente une couche support (10), reliée rigidement à celle-ci, sensiblement dimensionnellement stable.
  36. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 26 ou 35, caractérisé en ce que l'habillage (05) présente une épaisseur totale (T) d'au moins 3,5 mm.
  37. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la zone de contact présente au moins la largeur (B) de 12 mm.
