Claims (18)
- Procédé d'établissement d'une reliure par collage pour la reliure de livre, pour lequel les feuilles sont perforées, pliées sur l'arête de pliage (14, 23) et pourvues de colle sur le bord plié ainsi que sont assemblées en un bloc, caractérisé en ce que le processus de perforation est réalisé sur l'arête de pliage (14, 23) de telle manière que deux lignes de perforation interrompues, parallèles l'une à l'autre, formant une arête de pliage élargie (14), s'étendant en décalé l'une de l'autre dans le sens longitudinal et à faible distance l'une de l'autre soient estampées sous la forme d'une ligne à double fente,
en ce que les points estampés (10, 11) des deux lignes de perforation sont décalés l'un contre l'autre le long de l'arête de pliage (14, 23) de la longueur d'une dent de perforation dans le sens longitudinal,
en ce que les feuilles pliées sur l'arête de pliage (14, 23) et serrées et assemblées en un bloc sont pourvues d'une couche de colle sur des surfaces associées les unes aux autres apparues de par la double perforation entre des creux (16, 24) d'une ligne de perforation et des creux (17, 25) de l'autre ligne de perforation, et
en ce que les feuilles doubles ainsi traitées sont pressées avec les creux (16, 17, 24, 25) des feuilles doubles suivantes pour former un bloc. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'arête de pliage (14, 23) est établie par des coupes de perforation (29) s'étendant en méandre ou de manière ondulée dans l'axe longitudinal.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'arête de pliage (14, 23) est formée par deux lignes de perforation (12, 13) s'étendant à faible distance l'une de l'autre, parallèles l'une à l'autre, dont la perforation est réalisée dans le sens longitudinal par les coupes de dents de lame.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les lignes de liaison entre l'extrémité d'une coupe de dent de la première ligne de perforation (12) et le début d'une coupe de dent associée de la seconde ligne de perforation (13) constituent la liaison entre les lignes de coupe dans l'axe longitudinal de telle manière qu'aucune ligne de séparation continue ne soit estampée.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'usinage des arêtes de pliage ou de feuille est réalisé selon une géométrie de coupe générée au choix avec des outils d'estampage (1, 2, 3, 18) circulaires ou linéaires, conçue de manière symétrique dans l'axe longitudinal.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les lignes d'estampage d'un outil d'estampage (18) sont réalisées de manière à s'étendre en méandre.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les lignes d'estampage de chaque outil d'estampage (18) sont réalisées de manière à s'étendre en queue d'aronde.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les outils d'estampage (1, 2, 3, 18) sont réalisés de sorte que les moitiés de feuille restent reliées entre elles par des entretoises, et en ce que les deux moitiés de feuille estampées sont pliées ou repliées après le fendage ou l'estampage.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les entretoises présentent une interruption (29) médiane.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que des poches sont estampées ou découpées en piles dans les feuilles à rassembler en un bloc et les feuilles ainsi estampées sont assemblées alternativement en déport d'un pas de dent.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les feuilles à assembler en bloc sont découpées ou estampées de manière identique et chaque deuxième feuille est ensuite décalée d'environ un demi-pas par rapport à la première feuille.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une ligne d'articulation virtuelle est réalisée le long de l'arête de pliage élargie sur les points de transition des creux (16, 17, 24, 25) d'une feuille aux creux de la feuille contiguë.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'écartement entre les deux lignes de perforation (12, 13) de l'arête de pliage (14) élargie est modifié en fonction de et de manière adaptée à l'épaisseur du papier.
- Procédé selon les revendications 12 et 13, caractérisé en ce que la ligne d'articulation virtuelle est réalisée ou représentée par des points d'articulation au milieu des lignes transversales qui relient entre elles les deux lignes de méandre s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal.
- Dispositif de mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, pour lequel l'outil de perforation (18) est une lame en une partie sous forme de lame de perforation à double fente, dont l'arête de coupe (26, 27) présente un tracé en méandre ou ondulé, en ce que les sections de méandre s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal des lignes de perforation de l'arête de coupe (26, 27) produisent alternativement des creux (24, 25) s'ouvrant d'un côté et de l'autre sur la ligne de perforation, lesquels creux servent de surfaces de colle et en ce que les entretoises (22, 22', 22", ...) délimitant les deux creux (24, 25) contigus dans le sens transversal sont formées par des arêtes de coupe continues ou au choix interrompues.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que les arêtes de coupe (26, 27) de la lame en une partie présentent respectivement un tracé en méandre, pour lequel les arêtes de coupe sectionnant le matériau de feuille produisent ensemble des lignes de séparation en méandre, les points de perforation s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal sectionnent en partie le matériau et génèrent respectivement une ligne de coupe interrompue, et les points de perforation s'étendant dans le sens transversal ne sectionnent pas ou pas complètement le matériau et laissent au moins un point transversal sous la forme d'une liaison, sachant que les points d'articulation apparus forment dans leur ensemble la ligne d'articulation virtuelle servant d'axe d'articulation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 15 ou 16, caractérisé en ce que les creux (24, 25) bilatéraux formés alternativement des deux côtés de l'axe longitudinal se suivent en continu le long de la ligne de perforation en méandre, en ce que les creux sur les deux lignes de perforation sont décalés de la longueur d'une dent de lame dans le sens longitudinal, et en ce que les creux des deux lignes de perforation parallèles réalisent ensemble une surface continue en forme de bande sur toute la longueur de la perforation avec la largeur des entretoises.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 17, caractérisé en ce que deux feuilles perforées, pliées autour de la ligne de pliage présentent une surface de colle continue dans le sens longitudinal avec la largeur de la ligne de liaison transversale entre les deux lignes de perforation.
