Claims (8)
- Procédé pour le montage d'un ascenseur comprenant une cabine d'ascenseur suspendue de façon fortement excentrée sur un groupe d'organes porteurs dans des poulies folles de type 2:1, comprenant un entraînement formé d'au moins un moteur, une poulie d'entraînement et un frein, une poulie antagoniste (16) pour un enroulement double de la poulie d'entraînement (5) et avec des axes de la poulie d'entraînement (5) et de la poulie antagoniste (6) qui sont disposés parallèlement à une paroi voisine (12) de la cage d'ascenseur, ou bien tournés d'un angle par rapport à cette paroi, dans lequel l'unité d'entraînement (5, 6) est agencée exclusivement ou partiellement dans l'espace entre la paroi voisine (12) de la cage d'ascenseur (1) et la paroi arrière de la cabine d'ascenseur (8) ou dans un prolongement vertical de cette région, de telle façon que par modification de l'angle (α) d'une droite imaginaire perpendiculaire à travers les axes de la poulie d'entraînement (5) et de la poulie antagoniste (6), qui lui est associée dans le but de l'enroulement double, par rapport à l'horizontale, angle qui détermine la situation des axes précités dans la cage d'ascenseur (1), on obtient un ajustement aux relations de place dans la cage d'ascenseur (1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement (5, 6) est agencé dans la tête de la cage d'ascenseur (1) et ne pénètre pas dans le profil de la cage d'ascenseur (8), ou bien n'y pénètre que partiellement. - Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que la poulie de renvoi de cabine (9) fixée sur le châssis porteur (7) de la cabine d'ascenseur (8) s'étend au-delà du profil de la cabine d'ascenseur (8). - Procédé selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que la poulie de renvoi de cabine (9) est agencée au-dessous du plancher de la cabine d'ascenseur (8), mais à l'intérieur du châssis porteur (7). - Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement (5, 6) est agencé sur ou entre des rails de guidage (10) pour le châssis porteur (7) de la cabine d'ascenseur (8) ou bien sur ou entre les rails de guidage (11) pour le contrepoids (3). - Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement (5, 6) est posé, parallèlement ou tourné d'un certain angle, sur des supports qui s'étendent essentiellement parallèlement à la paroi voisine (12) de la cage d'ascenseur (1). - Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement (5, 6) est posé, parallèlement ou tourné d'un certain angle, sur des supports qui sont fixés sur la paroi voisine (12) de la cage d'ascenseur (1) et qui s'étendent essentiellement parallèlement aux parois adjacentes de la cage d'ascenseur (1). - Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement (5, 6) est agencé dans un local technique agencé au-dessus de la cage d'ascenseur (1).
