Claims (16)
- Procédé pour élargir l'utilisation d'un poste de bobinage et de débobinage, ce qu'on appelle une Coil box (caisse à rouleaux), entre le train dégrossisseur et le train finisseur pour un matériau en bande laminé dans des laminoirs à chaud, caractérisé en ce que pour le traitement de bobines de faible poids dans une caisse à rouleaux sans mandrin, la bobine à dérouler est forcée par une force d'appui (F) orientée vers les rouleaux de fond (2a, 2b) de la caisse à rouleaux, au moyen de laquelle la force de frottement entre la bobine et les rouleaux de débobinage est augmentée et en ce que la grandeur de la force d'appui (F) tient compte de l'ovalisation de la bobine, des propriétés du matériau, du mode de fonctionnement et d'autres paramètres de fonctionnement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la caisse à rouleaux est placée dans un creux formé par les rouleaux de fond (2a, 2b) qui est réalisé, géométriquement, de telle manière qu'on empêche un transfert non souhaité de la bobine.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, pour augmenter le débit de matériau dans le cas d'une caisse à rouleaux sans mandrin, le transfert actif et le transfert passif d'une bobine d'un premier poste de bobinage à un deuxième poste de bobinage sont combinés dans le temps et en fonction du poids l'un avec l'autre.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la disposition et le mouvement des rouleaux de fond (2a, 2b) et des rouleaux (3, 4, 5) du train de rouleaux se trouvant les uns derrière les autres dans le sens d'avancement de la bande sont choisis de manière telle qu'il se produit d'abord un transfert passif de la bobine (C, C'), puis un freinage de la bobine au moyen d'au moins un rouleau (G) et le maintien de la bobine après l'introduction d'un mandrin de maintien (D) dans la bobine (C").
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la caisse à rouleaux comprend deux rouleaux de fond (2a, 2b), le premier rouleau de fond (2a) étant disposé derrière le deuxième dans le sens d'avancement de la bande et où on provoque un transfert passif le plus précoce possible de la bobine (C ou C') dans le sens des rouleaux d'entraînement (T) d'un taquet situé à la sortie en abaissant le premier rouleau de fond (2a) et en soulevant le deuxième rouleau de fond (2b).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3-5, caractérisé en ce qu'on commande, avant le début du processus de transfert du premier poste de bobinage au deuxième, un taquet (T) se trouvant à la sortie, pour appliquer une traction déterminée sur la bande.
- Dispositif pour élargir l'utilisation d'un poste de bobinage et de débobinage, ce qu'on appelle une caisse à rouleaux, entre le train dégrossisseur et le train finisseur pour un matériau en bande laminé dans des laminoirs à chaud, caractérisé en ce que pour le traitement de bobines de faible poids dans une caisse à rouleaux sans mandrin, la bobine à dérouler est associée à un dispositif d'appui avec des rouleaux d'appui (1a, 1b) qui convient pour appliquer une force d'appui (F) orientée vers les rouleaux de fond (2a, 2b) de la caisse à rouleaux sur la bobine, la force de frottement entre la bobine et les rouleaux de débobinage étant augmentée et la grandeur de la force d'appui (F) pouvant être réglée de manière telle qu'elle tienne compte de l'ovalisation de la bobine, des propriétés du matériau, du mode de fonctionnement et d'autres paramètres de fonctionnement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la bobine se trouve dans un creux entre les rouleaux, formé par les rouleaux de fond (2a, 2b) réglables.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que pour augmenter le débit de matériau ou pour diminuer le temps d'occupation au niveau de la caisse à rouleaux sans mandrin, les rouleaux de fond (2a, 2b) pour la bobine sont disposés de manière à pouvoir pivoter et les rouleaux du train de rouleaux sont disposés de manière à pouvoir se déplacer dans le sens longitudinal (3, 4) ou en s'écartant (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'on a prévu des moyens pour pivoter les rouleaux de fond (2a, 2b) et des moyens pour régler la hauteur ou les distances des rouleaux (3, 4, 5) du train de rouleaux.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce qu'on peut associer à la bobine résiduelle (C") un mandrin de maintien (D) pour ouvrir et dérouler les dernières spires de la bobine.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la caisse à rouleaux est suivie, côté sortie, d'un taquet (T) pouvant être commandé.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'un taquet d'orientation est disposé à la sortie de la caisse de rouleaux.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce qu'on a prévu, avant ou dans le taquet d'orientation, au moins un dispositif de décalaminage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le taquet d'orientation est réalisé avec au moins un dispositif de nettoyage pour les rouleaux d'orientation.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 7 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif présente trois postes de bobinage pour le transfert sans mandrin de la bobine.
