Definitions
- the invention relates to shoes according to the preamble of claim 1 with a braided seam between the shaft and sole.
- the braided channels at a special braid edge, which extends horizontally circumferentially from the sole to the outside.
- the shaft must also have a matching, outwardly extending edge, so that the braided channels are oriented approximately perpendicular to the ground.
- the peripheral edges increase the sole surface. Such shoes are therefore suitable only as casual shoes.
- the present invention has for its object to provide a shoe with a braided to the sole shaft, which has a pleasing elegant appearance, without moisture can pass through the braided channels directly into the footwell.
- the construction according to the invention has a number of advantages. Initially, the sole does not require a circumferential braid edge that enlarges the sole surface. This gives shoes made with this sole a pleasing, elegant, slim look.
- the shaft does not need a flared edge, so the leather consumption is minimal.
- the edge of the shank rests against the edge running around on the upper side of the sole, set back from the sole edge by at least one shank thickness, whereby a clean image is readily achieved.
- the wicker channels run outside the footwell so that they can not transfer moisture from the floor to the footwell.
- the braid runs in the recessed on the bottom of the sole, recessed from the sole edge groove and is there protected against damage, similar to what is known from the previously produced through-sewn floors with a steep crack.
- the paragraph is a separate shoe part. This makes it possible to keep the length of the Flechtkanäle over the entire sole circumference constant, which considerably simplifies the braiding or sewing work, especially if it is done by hand.
- the heel When the heel is fastened, it covers the groove and braid so that the braid is protected and invisible.
- a joint reinforcement is integrally formed on the shoulder. Such joint reinforcement is indicated especially at high heels.
- an outsole which extends over the extends circumferential groove and thus protects the braid against any damage.
- the heel and the outsole in the forefoot and joint area can also be combined into a single outsole.
- a footbed or an insole may be inserted without the shoe thereby receives a tall, shapeless appearance.
- edge of the shaft can be adhered to the peripheral edge in the braid.
- Fig. 1 shows a plan view of the underside of a sole 10 for the production of shoes with braided, optionally also sewn shaft.
- the sole surface 11 has in the forefoot a profile 15. Furthermore, it can be seen in the bottom of the sole a circumferential groove 13 which extends parallel to the sole edge. Braiding channels 14 begin in this groove 13. Details will be explained with reference to FIG.
- the circumferential groove 13 in the sole 10 is easily accessible.
- the length of the braided channels 13 can be kept the same over the entire circumference, so that the braiding can be performed with always the same minimum force. In the case of a machine seam results in a particularly uniform seam pattern.
- FIG. 2 shows the shoulder 20 to the sole 10 according to FIG. 1 with a profile 25 incorporated in the running surface and an integrally formed joint reinforcement 21.
- the shoulder 20 has positioning recesses which correspond to the positioning cams 16 on the sole 10.
- the size of the heel 20 is chosen so that it covers the circumferential groove 13 and thus protects the braid thread located in the groove 13.
- FIG. 3 shows a cross-section through the sole 10.
- the peripheral groove 13 and the braiding channels 14 beginning in the groove 13 can be seen. These run outwards from the groove 13 and end at the foot of a rim 12 running around on the upper side of the sole Edge 12 is at least so far set back from the sole outer edge, that the lower edge 31 of a shoe upper 30 does not project beyond the sole outer edge. In the present embodiment, the closes Shoe upper 30 flush with the sole outside edge. Braiding threads 1 connect sole 10 and shaft 30.
- a recess 23 is incorporated into the sole 10, in which an insole or an insole can be inserted.
- Fig. 4 shows a plan view of the underside of the finished shoe.
- Fig. 5 shows a perspective view of the finished shoe. From the sole 10, only the narrow side contour and the heel 20 are visible. The edge 31 of the shank 30 stands directly on the sole 10. The braiding seam 1 extends parallel to the shank edge 31.
- FIGS. 6 and 7 as well as FIGS. 8 and 9 show two further embodiments of how the possibility shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 can be achieved by means of positioning cam 16 for ensuring the accuracy of fit of a heel to be subsequently mounted.
- the sole carries 10 a in the central region of the heel a projection 17 which has parallel side edges and is rounded towards the heel.
- the paragraph 20 a (Fig. 7), which in turn is provided here with an integrally formed joint reinforcement 21 a, carries on the inside of the shape of the projection 17 corresponding recess so that it can be easily positioned during assembly.
- the projection 18 in the heel area is a tongue-shaped continuation of thickening of the sole 10 b in the forefoot and joint area, the projection 18 with parallel side edges and a rounded edge to the heel back side has a similar shape as the Projection 17 in Figure 6.
- the paragraph 20 b which is shown here without joint reinforcement, provided on the inside with a corresponding projection 18 recess.
- FIGS. 10 and 11 illustrate the possibility that the sole 10 c is, so to speak, designed only as a midsole and that a sole sole 19 is placed on this sole, which practically comprises the forefoot region, joint region and paragraph exists.
- These outsole also covers the circumferential groove 13 and thus protects the braiding thread 1 lying in the groove 13.

Abstract
Description
Man vergleiche beispielsweise DE 31 19 565 A,

- Fig. 11
- Fig. 3 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch die Sohle 10.
