Definitions

  • the invention relates to a screed specified in the preamble of claim 1 Art.
  • the maximum working width defined by the screed with its side shields may be too large.
  • this maximum working width corresponds to the inner distance between the side shields on the outer sides of the screed part.
  • this maximum working width corresponds to the width between the side shields on the fully retracted Ausziehbohlen tone.
  • the plank template is too wide in front of the screed and built in the side edge strip between the maximum working width and the desired working width also unnecessarily inserted or at least permanently pushed by the screed and dirty the ground or leads to malfunction.
  • a narrowing device is therefore attached to at least one side plate, with which a narrowed compared to the maximum working width working width can be achieved.
  • narrowing devices consist of different width base plates for the screw channel and attached to the respective side plate below.
  • the mounted floor slabs cover an edge area of the screw channel on the ground, so that, although there are built-in material lying on the floor slabs, but can not be installed by the screed.
  • the floor panels are designed like a runner.
  • the screw channel is open in the transverse direction to the side plate.
  • a known screed is the upstanding baffle incorporated into a runner, opposite to the working direction under the screed is pushed and supported by a projection on this.
  • a lateral threaded stud on the skid is used to fix the installation mechanism of the screed.
  • the screed rides on the rear end sections of the runners.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a screed, which is characterized by a convenient to handle and functionally appropriate sizing device.
  • the upstanding baffle forms a physical lateral conclusion of limited to the narrow paving width screw channel relative to the side plate, so that outside the baffle no built-in is installed and the property is submitted only within the narrowed working width of the screed or the screed base. It will then waste neither built-in nor polluted the surface outside of the narrowed pave width.
  • the baffle is suspended by a support structure mounted on top of the side shield. As a result, the support structure is not contaminated by built-in, and make the assembly and disassembly of the narrowing device comfortable.
  • even a narrowed working width can be set with the narrowing device, which is smaller than the transverse width of the working direction seen opening width of the built-in waste of the paver.
  • the narrowing device which is smaller than the transverse width of the working direction seen opening width of the built-in waste of the paver.
  • extremely small narrow pave widths can be adjusted, although the paver has a larger discharge width.
  • no built-in property is wasted without taking structural measures on the paver itself to have to.
  • the built-in material is presented concentrated within the narrower working width of the base screed part, so that even relatively deep trenches can be filled quickly and effectively. In this case, it is possible to use the maximum delivery rate of the built-in material for backfilling.
  • the baffle is even supported vertically floating so that it, if desired, automatically adapts to changes in the ground in the vertical direction.
  • the baffle may also be maintained in a fixed height setting, if deemed appropriate.
  • the baffle is made obliquely relative to the working direction, such that it brings the working width funnel-like to the narrowed working width, and optionally compensates for the wider discharge distance.
  • the baffle has a vome lying start portion, a rear end portion and between them an inclined funnel portion, wherein the end portion limits the narrowed working width.
  • the paving material is gradually or gradually brought together to the narrowed working width.
  • the baffle is mounted vertically adjustable in the support structure so that it is adaptable to the respective installation conditions.
  • baffle vertical sliding guides which can either choose the height adjustment and set a set height, or allow the floating support the baffle in the vertical direction.
  • the support structure on support arms and is the side wall either on the support arms or together with the support arms at a distance from the side plate continuously adjustable.
  • a coarse adjustment is first carried out, for example, by retracting the Ausziehbohlenmaschine before a fine adjustment by adjusting the baffle takes place relative to the side plate.
  • the narrowing device can be installed on one side only, or on both sides.
  • Fig. 1 Top view
  • Fig. 2 Oplique top view
  • the screed is either a screed with immutable maximum working width A max , ie with a base screed G without Ausziehbohlenmaschine, or a so-called exhaust screed, in the base screed part G on both sides transverse to the working direction R extendable and retractable Ausziehbohlenmaschine (not shown) are arranged to the working width of this screed for other applications between the maximum working width A max of the base screed part (retracting both screed parts) and any larger values.
  • side shields 5, 6, which are either at the two outer sides of the base screed part G (FIG. Fig. 1 ), or in a pull-screed on the two outer sides of the two Ausziehbohlenmaschine.
  • Pavers are used for the installation of traffic areas, eg road surfaces, from built-in material (bituminous building material or concrete building material or underground built-in material). Furthermore, with such road pavers, for example, trenches can be filled, but their width may be narrower than the maximum working width A max of the screed. For such cases, the paver is equipped with at least one inventive narrowing device V in order to avoid that the built-in material of the screed B is submitted to a significantly larger working width than the width of the trench.
  • the paver can be of any known construction, ie it has a chassis, a Gutbunker, and a running through the chassis longitudinally inserted material conveyor device to a provided in the rear of the chassis discharge opening 2.
  • the longitudinal conveyor and the discharge opening 2 have a certain width K ( Fig. 1 ).
  • the material emerging from the discharge opening 2 falls in front of the screed B on the ground and forms there a template from which the screed B is installed.
  • a transverse distribution device for example a transverse screw conveyor (not shown), is provided, which operates in the set-up template and distributes the material substantially uniformly within a screw channel 7.
  • the screed B has only one base board part G with a fixed maximum working width A max defined by the insides of the side shields 5, 6.
  • the basic screed part G consists here of two basic screed sections 3, 4, which are adjustably connected relative to one another via a central joint.
  • a one-piece Grundbohlenteil G is provided (Not shown).
  • the side shields 5, 6 are fixed externally to the base plank sections 3, 4 and engage over their front sides in the working direction R forwards to form lateral terminations of the screw channel 7.
  • each slicing device V is a substantially vertically standing guide wall W which is oriented at least substantially parallel to the working direction R (in FIG Fig. 3 dashed lines at Y indicated) extends at least over the height of the template in the screw channel 7, is held very close to or on the ground, and a lateral physical completion of the screw channel 7 for the built-in further within the respective side plate 5, 6 forms.
  • the detailed structure of the narrowing device V is based on Fig. 3 explained.
  • Each side shield 5, 6 has an upper stiffening and mounting flange 8, which is arranged substantially horizontally.
  • a support structure H for the respective conductor wall W is removably mounted, for example by means of a bracket 9 and fasteners 10.
  • On the console 9 are two spaced in working direction R, substantially horizontally and transversely to the working direction R extending support arms 11 (FIGS. Profile pipes or solid profiles) mounted on which sliding sleeves 12 sit, which can be adjusted continuously transversely to the working direction (after loosening clamping screws 13).
  • the sliding sleeves 12 fixedly mounted on the support arms 11 and the support arms 11 in the console 9 be adjustable.
  • a vertically depending U-profile 14 is attached, which extends down to about the middle of the side plate 5, 6.
  • a flat iron profile 15 is attached, which carries a vertical support plate 16.
  • In the U-profile 14 and the support plate 16 are vertical Slotted slots 24, engage in the fastening screws 25, which are anchored to the guide wall W, for example.
  • the guide wall W could be a flat sheet metal part, which runs upright and parallel to the working direction R.
  • the guide wall W could be a flat upright sheet metal plate, which is inclined relative to the working direction R, such that it runs obliquely inwards opposite to the working direction.
  • the baffle W of three sections namely a lying in working direction R starting section 17, an inclined hopper section 19 and a substantially parallel to the working direction further inside than the initial section 17 lying end portion 20.
  • At the beginning portion 17 is a formed in the direction of travel obliquely to a lower edge 22 extending nose edge 18, while at the end portion 20 opposite to the working direction obliquely to the edge 22 extending nose edge 21 is formed.
  • the end portion 20 and both end portions 20 define the narrowed working width A, while the defined by the initial sections 17 width is greater than the narrowed working width A.
  • the measure of the smallest narrowed working width A is chosen so that the defined by the initial sections 17 width straight the width K of the discharge opening 2 corresponds.
  • each guide wall W can be adjusted outwards relative to the side plate 5, 6 to the outside until e.g. the initial section 17 bears against the inner wall of the side plate 5, 6.
  • the inclination of the baffle (the variant Y) can be adjusted in the support structure H, for example, up to the tilt Z, or even to adjust depending on the given width K of the discharge opening 2 as narrow as possible narrowed working width A. can.
  • Each guide wall W is deposited either after loosening the screws 25 on the ground and found or dragged floating in partially dissolved screws 25 to adapt to changes in the ground automatically.
  • auxiliary drives could be provided for adjusting the baffles, e.g. Spindles or hydraulic cylinders.
