  • the perforated tube 2 is made in any of the ways described above and is flexible or resiliently deformable but is split along its length to provide an opening 21.
  • the tube can be formed so that it assumes a minimum diameter, the opening 21 allowing it to be resiliently opened to provide a larger cross-sectional diameter, the resilient bias towards the closed portion acting to grip the umbrella.
  • the tube 2 can be formed to a larger diameter so that it can be closed to a smaller cross-sectional area and to hold it in position retaining means in the form of a clip or flexible attachment strip 22 can be provided.
  • This adjustable construction can also be used in the construction shown in Figures 1, 2 or 3 when not employing the oval or slightly constrictive shape.
  • the tube 2 is again lined with a sleeve of water repellent porous fabric but which is not shown in Figure 4.

Claims (14)

  1. Porte-parapluie (1) adapté pour recevoir un parapluie replié et muni de moyens de fixation (5) pour fixer celui-ci de façon amovible à un bagage, et qui comprend un élément de support perforé en forme d'étui (2) comportant des ouvertures (4, 10) qui sont fermées intérieurement, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures sont fermées par un tissu poreux hydrophobe.
  2. Porte-parapluie (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de support perforé (2) est réalisé sous la forme d'un tube sensiblement cylindrique.
  3. Porte-parapluie (1) selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel l'élément de support perforé (2) est revêtu d'un tissu poreux hydrophobe sous la forme d'un manchon (3).
  4. Porte-parapluie (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel ledit élément de support perforé (2) est réalisé en une matière plastique synthétique.
  5. Porte-parapluie (1) selon la revendication 1, la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, dans lequel ledit élément de support perforé (2) est réalisé en métal.
  6. Porte-parapluie (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les moyens de fixation (5) sont adaptés pour venir en prise avec une courroie ou une poignée de portage sur le bagage avec lequel il doit être utilisé.
  7. Porte-parapluie (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les moyens de fixation comprennent des attaches pouvant être fixées.
  8. Porte-parapluie (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les moyens de fixation comprennent une paire de crochets qui peuvent être ajustés de façon élastique de façon à venir en prise avec le bagage.
  9. Porte-parapluie (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'élément de support perforé (2) est formé sous la forme d'un treillis ou maille ouvert.
  10. Porte-parapluie (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 qui précèdent, dans lequel l'élément de support perforé (2) est souple et sa section transversale générale est restrictive par rapport à la section transversale du parapluie avec lequel il doit être utilisé, de telle sorte que l'élément de support (2) se déforme légèrement élastiquement lorsque le parapluie est inséré, et agisse de façon à maintenir celui-ci en place.
  11. Porte-parapluie (1) selon la revendication 11, dans lequel la section transversale de l'élément de support perforé (2) est légèrement ovale.
  12. Porte-parapluie (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 qui précèdent, dans lequel l'élément de support perforé (2) est divisé le long de sa longueur afin de constituer une ouverture, et comprenant des moyens pour ajuster le diamètre de section transversale de l'élément de support afin de recevoir des parapluies de tailles différentes.
  13. Porte-parapluie (1) selon la revendication 11, dans lequel les moyens pour ajuster le diamètre de section transversale de l'élément de support (2) est constitué par l'élasticité inhérente du matériau à partir duquel il est réalisé.
  14. Porte-parapluie (1) selon la revendication 13, comprenant des moyens de maintien pour maintenir l'élément de support ajusté en position.
