Claims (9)
- Einrichtung (10-10') zum Stoppen mit Stoßdämpfung und Stabilisierung von gleitenden Türen und Läden (14-62), die mit einem Schlitten (12-60) zusammenarbeiten, welcher an den Türen und Läden befestigt ist, und mit Walzen und Führungsschuhen (18-70) versehen ist,
umfassend eine Trägerbasiseinheit (30-72) mit einem Nocken oder Vorsprung (38-82), der durch zumindest eine Feder (46-90) unter Spannung gehalten wird, elastische und stoßdämpfende Mittel (50-51), die teilweise von der Basiseinheit auf der auf den Schlitten (12-60) weisenden Seite hervorragen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Trägerbasiseinheit (30-72) zwei gegenüberliegende und ausgerichtete Arme (32-34), (76-78) aufweist, die von der auf den Schlitten (12-60) weisenden vorhergehenden Seite hervorsteht, und an dem freien Endpunkt den Nocken oder Vorsprung (38-82) aufweist, wobei die Basiseinheit (38-72) ferner das elastische und stoßdämpfende Mittel (50-51) integriert,
und darin, dass
der Vorsprung oder der Nocken (38) auf den Armen (32-34) mittels eines Stifts (42) gelenkig befestigt ist, der durch den Vorsprung nahe seines zwischenliegenden Punkts hindurch verläuft, und dessen seitliche Oberfläche mit einem profilierten Sitz (40) versehen ist, welcher die Form komplementär zu der eines Auftprall-elements (12') aufweist, das fest an der vorhergehenden Seite des Schlittens (12) ist, welches auf den Vorsprung weist,
und darin, dass
die gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Vorsprungs (38) mit einem Bolzen (44) versehen sind, welcher hinter den Armen (32-34) hervorsteht und Kopplungspunkte für die Endteile der Feder(n) (46) repräsentiert, dessen /deren gegenüberliegenden Extremitäten in einen Vorsprung (48) eingreifen, welcher von jedem der Arme (32-34) herausragt, welche durch Metallplatten gebildet sind, die an die Trägerbasiseinheit (30) mittels Nieten (36) oder dergleichen fixiert sind. - Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (82) mit einer Düse (86) versehen ist, welche an den Armen (76-78) über einen Stift (84) gelenkig befestigt ist, auf eine Faltung (98) auftrifft, die auf dem Schlitten (60) mittels Schrauben (95) fixiert ist, die entlang einer vertikalen Wand (96) der Platte selbst versetzt sind, wobei die Wand (96) sich überhängend und senkrecht nach Außen erstreckt und die Faltung (98) umfasst.
- Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Faltung (98) auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten einer Platte (92) ausgebildet ist, und ein Fenster (100) nahe zu dieser hergestellt ist, um die Düse (86) des Nockens oder Vorsprungs (82) aufzunehmen.
- Einrichtung gemäß den Ansprüchen 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzen (18) des Schlittens (12) an einem Träger (28) angeschlossen sind und auf einer Abschnittsstange (16) versetzt sind, welche auf ihrer tiefer stehenden Seite einen zentralen Schlitz (20) aufweist, welcher entlang ihrer Länge verläuft, wobei der Schlitten (12) einen Rahmen (22) umfasst, der an der Tür oder dem Laden (14) fixiert ist.
- Einrichtung gemäß den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen und Stoß dämpfenden Mittel (50-51), welche auf der Trägerbasis (30-72) integriert sind, einen oder mehrere Öl-, Luft- oder Silikon-Kolben umfassen, deren Schaft von der Vorderseite der Basiseinheit hervorsteht und durch ein Element (12') des Schlittens (12) oder durch die Faltung (98) der vertikalen Wand (96) der Platte (92) getroffen wird.
- Einrichtung gemäß den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der profilierte Sitz (40) des Vorsprungs oder der Nocken (38) einen sich horizontal erstreckenden Hohlraum begrenzt mit einer im Wesentlichen halbkreisförmigen Form, wobei das Element (12') des Schlittens (12) eine komplementäre, im Wesentlichen halbkreisförmige Gestaltung aufweist.
- Einrichtung gemäß den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tür oder der Laden (14), der der Einrichtung selbst zugehört, einen perimetrischen Rahmen umfasst, welcher durch profilierte Abschnittsstangen ausgebildet ist, wobei zumindest der obere (24), welcher seinen sich horizontal entwickelnden oberen Teil repräsentiert, einen Sitz (26) zur Aufnahme und Fixierung des Rahmens (22) des Schlittens (12) begrenzt, wobei die Einrichtung intern an die Abschnittsstange (16) mittels Schrauben (52) fixiert ist.
- Einrichtung gemäß den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in einer Abschnittsstange (64) versetzt und stabilisiert ist, welche zumindest eine Gleitführung (66) und/oder (68) für den Schlitten /die Schlitten (60) umfasst, wobei die Trägerbasiseinheit (72), welche ein im Wesentlichen parallelepipedische Gestaltung aufweist, und eine Schulter (74) umfasst, welche sich von der oben liegenden Seite davon entlang einer der Kanten entsprechend zu einer der längeren Seiten entwickelt.
- Einrichtung gemäß den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düse (86) des Nockens oder Vorsprungs (82) einen sich transversal erstreckenden Stift (88) umfasst, welcher von gegenüberliegenden Seiten durch den beschränkenden eines Endpunkts der Feder /Federn (90) hervorsteht, welche an dem anderen Endpunkt an einer oder mehreren Auskragungen (93) fixiert sind, welche von den Armen (76-78) hervorstehen.
