Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif (2) comprenant une cuve (1) pour produire de la vapeur d'eau afin, par exemple, d'effectuer un traitement capillaire à la vapeur d'eau. La cuve (1) insérée dans un logement (15) présente un bouchon de remplissage (3) situé en haut et une ouverture d'échappement de vapeur (4). Ladite ouverture d'échappement de vapeur (4) se trouve dans une zone latérale supérieure (5) de la cuve (1). La cuve (1) présente, en-dessous de cette ouverture d'échappement de vapeur (4), une ouverture de décharge (6). Un bord inférieur (7) de l'ouverture d'échappement de vapeur (4) et un bord inférieur (8) de l'ouverture de décharge (6) forment une hauteur (H) d'un espace d'ébullition (W). L'ouverture d'échappement de vapeur (4) correspond à un raccord de canal à vapeur (9) d'un canal à vapeur (10) et l'ouverture de décharge (6) correspond à une pièce de fermeture (11) du logement (15).
