Abstract

Der Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren und eine Schaltungsanordnung zur Alterungskompensation einer organischen Lichtemitterdiode (OLED), die aus einer Versorgungsspannung gespeist und über einen in einem Sättigungsbetrieb betriebenen Treibertransistor geschaltet wird, mittels einer Ansteuerung der Lichtemitterdiode. Das Verfahren umfaßt die folgenden Schritte: Speichern zumindest eines Soll-Strom-Spannungs-Wertepaares einer Soll-Strom-Spannungs-Kennlinie der Lichtemitterdiode; Überführen des Treibertransistors während eines Messzyklus aus dem Sättigungsbetrieb in einen Linearbetrieb; Messen eines Stromwertes für den Strom durch die Lichtemitterdiode mittels einer Strommessschaltung in dem Messzyklus; Ermitteln mindestens eines aktuellen Strom-Spannungs-Wertepaares einer aktuellen Strom-Spannungs-Kennlinie der Lichtemitterdiode mittels des gemessenen Stromwertes; Vergleichen des mindestens einen aktuellen Strom-Spannungs-Wertepaares der Lichtemitterdiode mit dem Soll-Strom-Spannungs-Wertepaar der Lichtemitterdiode und Erzeugen von Ansteuerparametern für die Ansteuerung der Lichtemitterdiode in Abhängigkeit vom Ergebnis des Vergleichs.
