Claims (7)

  1. Appareil de cuisson à induction comprenant:
    Un circuit de transducteur (10) qui reçoit essentiellement un facteur de puissance unité du secteur et qui possède une bobine de chauffage par induction (19) créant un champ magnétique de haute fréquence induisant l'équipement de cuisson magnétique démontable ou non démontable (20), ainsi qu'un condensateur de résonnance parallèle à ladite bobine de chauffage (19), un IGBT en tant que composante de commutation et une diode de puissance (Dp) branchée en parallèle à l'IGBT susmentionné;
    Un microprocesseur (18) qui reçoit la température désirée de l'équipement de cuisson ou le niveau puissance désirée de l'appareil de cuisson en provenance d'un panneau de commande, et qui contrôle la puissance transmise à l'équipement de cuisson (20) en question en réglant le temps d'ouverture des impulsions de déclenchement (520, 540), qui contrôle la température dudit équipement de cuisson (20) en arrêtant le fonctionnement du système lorsque la température dudit équipement de cuisson (20) atteint la valeur désirée ou en remettant le système en marche après un temps d'attente prédéterminé lorsque le système est arrêté, qui règle les temps de fermeture des impulsions de déclenchement en observant les instants de passage à zéro du courant traversant la bobine de chauffage par l'intermédiaire de moyens de détection de passage à zéro (22) et qui arrête le fonctionnement de l'étage de puissance (10) pour un temps prédéterminé sur réception d'un signal d'avertissement (570A, 570B, 590) provenant du circuit détecteur de pannes (17) ou du bloc de circuits de protection (15) ;
    Un circuit de détection de pannes (17) qui comporte des moyens de détection de passage à zéro de 50 Hz (23) qui détectent la présence d'un équipement de cuisson (20) adapté à la table de cuisson sur cette dernière en observant la tension de la ligne de CC (500) et qui détectent également le passage à zéro du signal de la tension d'entrée CA (Vca) ;
    Un bloc de circuits de protection (15) analogiques protégant l'étage de puissance (10) contre des surtensions en observant le courant traversant la bobine de chauffage (19), et contre des portes inadéquates en observant la tension du collecteur d'IGBT (510) et les portes (540).
  2. Appareil de cuisson à induction selon la revendication 1, ledit microprocesseur (18) :
    reçoit en mode de puissance l'entrée de puissance en provenance du panneau utilisateur, assigne la température désirée de l'équipement de cuisson (20) à la valeur de température maximale adéquate prédéterminée pour l'équipement de cuisson (20), met en marche le transducteur (10) à la puissance choisie ;
    reçoit en mode de température l'entrée de température en provenance du panneau utilisateur, met en marche le transducteur (10) au niveau maximal de puissance, arrête le fonctionnement du système lorsque la température de l'équipement de cuisson (20) atteint la valeur désirée et remet en marche le système après avoir attendu pendant une durée prédéterminée.
  3. Appareil de cuisson à induction selon la revendication 1, ledit microprocesseur (18) :
    met en marche l'étage de puissance (10) au niveau de puissance minimal de l'appareil de cuisson, compare le niveau de puissance choisi par l'utilisateur par l'intermédiaire du panneau de commande avec le niveau de puissance présent, accroît ou réduit le niveau de puissance présent pour egaliser les deux niveaux précités ;
    crée des impulsions de déclenchement (540) ayant des durées d'ouverture correspondant au niveau de puissance de l'instant considéré ;
    compare la valeur attendue avec le niveau de crête du courant d'induction (610) et arrête le système pendant 3 secondes si ledit niveau de crête ne se trouve pas dans la bande « valeur attendu ± 20.
  4. Appareil de cuisson à induction selon la revendication 1, ledit microprocesseur (18) :
    observe d'abord la sortie (580) du détecteur de passage à zéro (23) de 50 Hz et attend 5 millisecondes lorsque la sortie (580) est à l'état HAUT ;
    calcule le temps écoulé entre la coupure du courant d'impulsion de déclenchement (540) et le passage du niveau HAUT au niveau BAS de la sortie (560) du détecteur de passage à zéro instantané (22) ;
    utilise la durée ainsi calculée comme durée de fermeture des portes (540) jusqu'à la prochaine calculation.
  5. Appareil de cuisson à induction selon la revendication 1, ledit microprocesseur (18) :
    observe la sortie (590) du circuit détecteur de pannes (17) ainsi que la sortie (570A, 570B) du bloc de circuits de protection (15),
    supprime les portes (540) pendant 3 secondes si l'une quelconque de ces sorties (570A, 570B, 590) est à l'état HAUT et remet le système en marche à la fin cette période.
  6. Appareil de cuisson à induction selon la revendication 1, circuit détecteur de pannes (17) comprend:
    un détecteur de passage à zéro de 50 Hz (23) qui compare la tension de la ligne de CC (500) avec une valeur de référence par l'intermédiaire de COMP3 et qui produit une sortie à l'état HAUT (580) si la tension de la ligne de CC (500) est inférieure à cette valeur de référence et qui produit au contraire une sortie à l'état BAS (580) si ladite tension n'est pas inférieure à ladite valeur de référence;
    observe cette sortie (580) inversée à l'aide de NAND-A ;
    charge le condensateur (C23) à l'aide de la sortie de NAND-A à travers la résistance R56 (pendant la durée de R56*C23) si la sortie (580) du détecteur de passage à zéro (23) de 50 Hz est à l'état BAS et le déchargé à travers (R55//R56) pendant la durée constante de (R55//R56)*C23 si ladite sortie n'est pas à l'état bas;
    envoie un signal à l'état HAUT au microprocesseur (18) si C23 est chargé jusqu'à une valeur supérieure au seuil d'entrée de NAND-B, et envoie un signal à l'état BAS dans le cas contraire;
    charge le condensateur (C22) par la sortie de NAND-C à travers R59 et R52 pendant une durée constante de (R52+R59)*C22 si la sortie (590) du circuit détecteur de pannes (17) est à l'état HAUT, le décharge dans le cas contraire à l'aide de R59 pendant la durée constante R59*C22;
    décharge le condensateur C23 à l'aide de R58 en mettant la sortie de COMP4 à l'état BAS lorsque C22 est chargé pendant la durée constante déterminée par la valeur de ((R52+R59)*C22) jusqu'à une valeur supérieure à la valeur de référence et ne le décharge pas dans le cas contraire;
    remet la sortie de NAND-C à l'état BAS lorsque C23 est déchargé jusqu'en-dessous du seuil d'entrée de NAND-B.
  7. Appareil de cuisson à induction selon la revendication 1, ledit bloc de circuits de protection (15) comprend:
    des moyens de détection de passage à zéro (22) qui convertissent le niveau du courant inducteur (620) en provenance du bloc transformateur de courant (16) et
    l'envoie comme sortie (560) au microprocesseur (18);
    ainsi qu'un comparateur (COMP1) qui compare ledit niveau de courant inducteur (620) avec une valeur de référence (Vref,courant) qui correspond à valeur maximale adéquate du courant et envoie un signal à l'état HAUT (570A) au microprocesseur (18) si ledit niveau de courant inducteur (620) est supérieur à Vref courant et envoie un signal à l'état BAS (570A) dans le cas contraire;
    ledit bloc de circuits de protection activant le BJT (T3) et réglant les portes (520) à l'état BAS à l'aide du noeud 530 si la sortie de COMP1 est à l'état HAUT et ne modifiant pas les impulsions de déclenchement d'une quelconque manière dans le cas contraire;
    et comprenant un comparateur (COMP2) qui compare la tension collecteur (510) d'IGBT avec la valeur de référence correspondant à la valeur de tension collecteur (510) maximale adéquate avant l'activation d'IGBT et mettant la sortie à l'état HAUT si la tension collecteur (510) est supérieure à la valeur de référence, et dans le cas contraire mettant la sortie à l'état BAS;
    envoyant un signal à l'état HAUT (570B) au microprocesseur (18) si la sortie de COMP2 et la sortie porte (540) sont simultanément à l'état HAUT, et dans le cas contraire envoyant un signal à l'état BAS;
    activant le BJT (T3) et réglant les portes (520) à l'état BAS à l'aide du noeud 530 si la sortie de COMP-2 est à l'état HAUT, et dans le cas contraire ne modifiant pas les impulsions de déclenchement.
