Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (01, 17) zum Erwärmen und/oder Abkühlen einer durchmischbaren Masse mit einem Rührgefäß (02), in dem die Masse aufgenommen werden kann, und einem rotatorisch antreibbaren Rührwerk (03, 18), durch dessen Antrieb die Masse durchmischt werden kann. Im Rührgefäß (02) ist dabei ein feststehender Wärmetauscher (11) angeordnet, der innenseitig von einem Wärmeübertragungsmedium durchströmt wird, und an dem außenseitig die zu erwärmende und/oder abzukühlende Masse zur Anlage kommen kann.
