Claims (13)
- Kupplungsvorrichtung zwischen dem Kontaktblock (2) und dem Griff (8) eines elektrischen Verbindungsglieds (1), das auf dem Kontaktblock ein elastisches Bauteil (6) aufweist, das sich bei einem axialen Einsetzen und einem anschließenden Drehen des Kontaktblocks (2) und des Griffs (8) mit einem Passstück (86) auf dem Griff (8) dazwischen zum Eingriff bringen lässt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Bauteil (6) nahe an einem anliegenden Ende (24) des Kontaktblocks (2) vom Kontaktblock (2) abgetrennt und geeignet ist, mit ihm zusammengefügt zu werden, und dass es ein vorspringendes Endteil (63) aufweist, das für einen elastischen Schnappeingriff in das Passstück (86) konzipiert ist, das aus einem Durchgangsloch besteht, das in dem Griff (8) nahe an seinem anliegenden Ende (81) ausgebildet ist, wobei das elastische Bauteil (6) innerhalb des anliegenden Endes (81) des Griffs (8) verbleibt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Bauteil ein Federband oder eine Blattfeder (6) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Bauteil (6) aus einem Metallband besteht, das in eine U-Form gebogen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Bauteil (6) ein erstes Plattenteil mit einer größeren Fläche (60) und ein zweites Plattenteil mit einer kleineren Fläche (61) umfasst, das in eine U-Form gebogen ist auf dem ersten Plattenteil (60), in welchem das Ende (63) des zweiten Plattenteils mit einer kleineren Fläche (61) nach außen unter rechten Winkeln herausragt, um in das Loch (86) des Griffs einzugreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nahe dem anliegenden Ende (24) des Kontaktblocks (2) eine Auflagefläche (26) vorhanden ist, die konzipiert ist, das elastische Bauteil (6) aufzunehmen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wenn er von Anspruch 4 abhängig ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagefläche (26) durch Teilbereiche in Längs- und/oder Umfangsrichtung (27, 28, 30) festgelegt ist, die Schlitze (27', 30') aufweisen, die in der Lage sind, die Kanten des ersten Plattenteils mit einer größeren Fläche (60) des elastischen Bauteils (6) aufzunehmen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, wenn er von Anspruch 4 abhängig ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem ersten Plattenteil mit einer größeren Fläche (60) ein Durchgangsloch (62) vorgesehen ist, das in der Lage ist, durch einen Vorsprung (29), der in der Auflagefläche (26) des Kontaktblocks vorgesehen ist, zum Eingriff gebracht zu werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktblock (2) einen im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Körper aufweist, der einen Anschlagflansch (21) aufweist, der nahe dem anliegenden Ende (24) radial nach außen vorspringt und in der Lage ist, gegen das anliegende Ende (81) des Griffs zu stoßen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griff (8) einen im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Körper (80) aufweist, der einen Übergangsabschnitt (84) mit einem zum anliegenden Ende (81) hin zunehmenden Durchmesser aufweist, wobei er mit einem anliegenden Endabschnitt (85) mit einem größeren Durchmesser abschließt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Innenfläche des Körpers des Griffs (8) nahe dem anliegenden Ende (81) eine um das Loch (86) herum angeordnete abgesenkte Auflagefläche (87) vorhanden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Innenfläche des Körpers des Griffs (8) nahe dem anliegenden Ende (81) mindestens ein Vorsprung (88, 89, 90) vorhanden ist, der radial nach innen vorspringt, und dass in der Außenfläche des Körpers des Kontaktblocks (2) mindestens eine Nut in Längsrichtung (32, 36, 40) vorhanden ist, die sich in einer entsprechenden Nut in Umfangsrichtung (33, 37, 41) fortsetzt, um den mindestens einen Vorsprung (88, 89, 90) aufzunehmen, um so eine Bajonetttyp-Kupplung des Griffs (8) am Kontaktblock (2) zu ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Innenfläche des Körpers des Griffs (8) nahe dem anliegenden Ende (81) drei Vorsprünge (88, 89, 90) vorhanden sind, die in einem gleichen Winkelabstand voneinander radial nach innen vorspringen, und dass in der Außenfläche des Körpers des Kontaktblocks (2) drei Nuten in Längsrichtung (32, 36, 40) vorhanden sind, die sich in entsprechenden Nuten in Umfangsrichtung (33, 37, 41) fortsetzen, um die entsprechenden drei Vorsprünge (88, 89, 90) aufzunehmen.
- Elektrisches Verbindungsglied (1), das einen Kontaktblock (2) und einen Griff (8) umfasst, die mithilfe einer Kupplungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche lösbar miteinander verbunden sind.
