Claims (2)

  1. New Jersey Straßenleitplankenelement (1, 11), umfassend eine mit Hilfe von Verankerungsmitteln am Boden (T) befestigte Stützbasis (2, 12) und im wesentlichen vertikale Pfosten (4, 14), die mit der Stützbasis (2, 12) verbunden sind und die an den vertikalen Pfosten befestigte Verstärkungsrippen (5i, 5e, 15i, 15e) sowie ein umgebendes Gehäuse (6, 16) aufweisen, wobei an den oberen Enden der Pfosten (4, 14) Verlängerungsbauteile (7, 17) angebracht sind, die einen parallel zum Boden (T) angeordneten Handlauf (8,18) tragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Pfosten (4, 14) und das entsprechende Verlängerungsbauteil (7, 17) ein durchgehendes aufrechtes Bauteil (9, 19) bilden, wobei wenigstens einige (5i, 15i) der Verstärkungsrippen (5i, 5e, 15i, 15e) und der Handlauf (8,18) profilierte Teile sind, welche Löcher (8f, 18f, 5f, 15f) aufweisen, durch welche das aufrechte Bauteil (9, 19) greift, dessen Querschnitt eine sie ergänzende Form aufweist.
  2. Ein Leitplankenelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Handlauf (8, 18) und die Rippen (5i, 5e, 15i, 15e) mittels Schrauben und/oder Schweißen an dem durchgehenden aufrechten Bauteil (9, 19) des Elements befestigt sind.
