Claims (10)

  1. Presse à ligne de contact étendue comportant un rouleau d'appui (2) et un rouleau à sabot (1) pour traiter un matériau en bande, en particulier une bande de papier, dans lequel le rouleau à sabot (1) présente un support fixe (4) et un bandage de rouleau (5) flexible rotatif autour du support (4), lequel est soutenu dans la zone de la ligne de contact (3) sur un sabot de pression (9) agencé sur le support (4) et dont les extrémités frontales sont fixées des deux côtés dans des disques de bordure (6, 7) montés sur paliers à roulement, qui sont montés sur des manchons de montage (19, 20) fixés sur le support (4) via des bagues de montage (17, 18) à déplacement axial, caractérisée en ce qu'un manchon de montage (19, 20) et une bague de montage (17, 18) forment chacun(e) une unité à piston et cylindre à double effet axial dont les chambres de pression (21, 22 ; 23, 24) sont raccordées à des conduites sous pression (25, 26 ; 27, 28) pour une capacité de déplacement axial des bagues de montage (17, 18) lors d'une alimentation en fluide sous pression.
  2. Presse à ligne de contact étendue selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un piston (29, 30) est réalisé sur le manchon de montage (19, 20), lequel divise une chambre annulaire (33, 34) réalisée sur la bague de montage (17, 18) en deux chambres sous pression (21, 22 ; 23, 24).
  3. Presse à ligne de contact étendue selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les conduites sous pression (25, 26 ; 27, 28) débouchent dans les chambres sous pression (21, 22 ; 23, 24) via le piston (29, 30).
  4. Presse à ligne de contact étendue selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les conduites sous pression (25, 26 ; 27, 28) sortent latéralement sur le piston (29, 30).
  5. Presse à ligne de contact étendue selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que pour réaliser un disque de bordure (6) fixe, il est prévu un dispositif de blocage (35) qui immobilise une des bagues de montage (18).
  6. Presse à ligne de contact étendue selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de blocage (35) est conçu pour un blocage d'une bague de montage (18) par pas discrets.
  7. Presse à ligne de contact étendue selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de blocage est conçu pour un blocage d'une bague de montage dans des positions quelconques entre deux positions d'extrémité.
  8. Presse à ligne de contact étendue selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les bagues de montage (17, 18) sont agencées de manière à se déplacer axialement à l'encontre d'une précontrainte de ressort pour réaliser un amortissement intégré.
  9. Presse à ligne de contact étendue selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la précontrainte de ressort peut être réalisée par un ressort (36, 37) agencé entre la bague de montage (17, 18) respective et un bâti de machine (13, 14).
  10. Presse à ligne de contact étendue selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que la bague de montage (17, 18) et le bâti de machine (13, 14) sont reliés par un manchon (38) télescopique à la manière d'un accordéon.
