Claims (9)
- Presse à rouleaux à ligne de contact longue pour la déshydratation d'une bande fibreuse guidée par au moins une bande de matériau dans une ligne de contact de la presse (3) qui est formée d'une part par un contre-rouleau rotatif (2) et d'autre part par un rouleau de presse à ligne de contact longue (1), pour laquelle le rouleau de presse à ligne de contact longue (1) présente un support fixe (7) et une enveloppe de rouleau (8) flexible rotative autour du support, qui prend appui dans la zone de la ligne de contact de la presse (3) sur un sabot de presse (11) présentant une largeur utile de sabot, guidé sur le support (7), et pour laquelle l'enveloppe de rouleau (8) présente des sections d'extrémité qui sont fixées de façon étanche sur les parois frontales (9) montées de façon rotative sur le support (7), caractérisée en ce que le contre-rouleau (2) présente, du côté de chaque bord et adjacente à distance d'une contre-surface (24) opposée à la largeur utile de sabot (13) du sabot de presse (11), une bague d'appui (25) en projection radiale qui forme un contre palier pour l'appui direct d'une section extérieure (28) de l'enveloppe de rouleau sur le contre-rouleau (2).
- Presse à rouleaux à ligne de contact longue selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la bague d'appui (25) présente une épaisseur radiale qui permet une prolongation en continue de l'enveloppe de rouleau (8) dans la zone entre le sabot de presse (11) et la fixation de la section d'extrémité.
- Presse à rouleau à ligne de contact longue selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la bague d'appui (25) présente chaque fois une épaisseur radiale qui au moins du côté sabot de presse est de l'ordre de grandeur d'une hauteur formée sur le contre-rouleau (2) par la bande de matière fibreuse (6) et la ou les bande(s) de matériau (4, 5).
- Presse à rouleaux à ligne de contact longue selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la bague d'appui (25) présente une épaisseur radiale qui diminue vers l'extérieur à partir du sabot de presse (11).
- Presse à rouleaux à ligne de contact longue selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la bague d'appui (25) est disposée à distance de la largeur utile de sabot (13) du sabot de presse (11) de telle manière qu'il reste côté extrémité une section de course libre pour la au moins une bande de matériau (4, 5).
- Presse à rouleau à ligne de contact longue selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le contre-rouleau (2) présente dans la zone de la section de course libre une cavité annulaire (29) pour un porte-à-faux dégagé des extrémités de la au moins une bande de matériau (4, 5).
- Presse à rouleaux à ligne de contact longue selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la bague d'appui (25) est conçue d'une seule pièce avec une garniture élastique (17) du contre-rouleau (2).
- Presse à rouleaux à ligne de contact longue selon une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la bague d'appui (25) est constituée d'une matière plastique.
- Presse à rouleaux à entrefer long selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'on peut utiliser comme matière plastique une résine époxy ou un polyamide.
