Abstract
Description
Der Fachmann kann diesen Fortsatz auch anders gestalten, um den Formschluss zu erreichen und den Freiheitsgrad des zweiten Kammerteilelements in einer möglichen Bewegung quer zur Schiene einzugrenzen.
Alle Teile der Kammerfüllelemente können im Wesentlichen aus demselben Material bestehen, vorzugsweise aus Recyclingmaterial, wie z.B. Polyurethan gebundenes Gummi oder dem preiswerten reinen Polyurethanschaumstoff.

Da alle Teile der Kammerfüllelemente aus Kunststoff bzw. ähnlichem Recyclingmaterial bestehen, hier polyurethangebundenem Gummi, ergibt sich durch Reibung sowieso eine gute Lagefixierung, die bei Bedarf durch Kleber zwischen den Kontaktflächen 11 /22 verbessert werden kann. Wenn nun ein erstes Kammerteilelement 1 in seine Lage über eine Schienenbefestigung aufgestülpt wurde, kann das zweite Kammerteilelement 2 schräg in die Schienenkammer 4 eingeschoben und sodann so gedreht werden, dass es mit seinem Fortsatz 22 beispielsweise auf den Fortsatz 11 des ersten Kammerteilelementes 1 aufgelegt und quasi in Teil 1 eingerastet werden, so dass sich eine Situation ergibt, wie sie in Fig. 1 dargestellt ist. Nach einer derartigen Vormontage der ersten und zweiten Kammerteilelemente 1 bzw. 2 kann anschließend das Abdeckteil 3 so montiert werden, wie es in Fig. 1 dargestellt ist. Dazu wird der Schenkel 31 des zweischenkligen Profils des Abdeckteils 3 leicht angehoben und die Nase 36 des Schenkels 32 unter den Schienenkopf 41 geschoben. Die Nase gerät dort in Kontakt mit dem ersten bzw. zweiten Kammerteilelement 1 bzw. 2 und füllt die verbliebene Lücke in der Laschenkammer 44 aus. Sodann kann der Schenkel 31 wieder runtergedrückt werden, so dass letztlich die Feder 34 an der Unterseite 37 des Abdeckteils 3 in komplementär auf dem zweiten Kammerteilelement 2 und dessen Fortsätzen 21, 22 ausgebildete Nuten N2 oder entsprechende Nuten N1 auf der Oberseite 13 des ersten Kammerteilelementes 1 einrasten kann. Diese Situation ist in Fig. 1 dargestellt. Zugleich rastet das Abdeckteil 3 mit der Schwalbenschwanzkonfiguration N11 / 30 ein.
Die Oberseite 33 des Abdeckteils 3 ist noch mit einer Vertiefung 35 entlang des Schienenkopfes 41 versehen, um gegebenenfalls Oberflächenwasser abzuführen, dass dann am Stirnende der Abdeckleiste 3 in den Schotter unter der Unterschwellung U oder in den Rasen abgeleitet werden kann.
Claims (17)
- Mehrteiliges Kammerfüllelement für Schienengleise mit einer Gleisunterschwellung, zwei Schienen, die beidseits jeweils zwischen Schienenkopf, Schienensteg und Schienenfuß Laschenkammern bilden und mittels Schienenbefestigungen für den Schienenfuß in vorbestimmbaren Abständen auf der Gleisunterschwellung verankerbar sind, wobei das Kammerfüllelement aus teilweise die Laschenkammer ausfüllenden Teil-Elementen und darüber mit diesen formschlüssig angeordneten, in die Laschenkammer ragenden Abdeckteilen zusammensetzbar ist, gekennzeichnet durch ein erstes passend mit einer Aussparung (10) über die jeweilige Schienenbefestigung stülpbares Kammerteilelement (1), das in Schienenlängsrichtung an seinen Enden Fortsätze (11, 12) aufweist für das quer zur Schiene (4) formschlüssige und längs zur Schiene (4) verschiebliche Halten von komplementär ausgebildeten Fortsätzen (21, 23) zweiter Kammerteilelemente (2), wobei die Kammerteilelemente (1, 2) an mindestens einer ihrer Oberflächen Rasteinrichtungen (N1, N11, N2) für das Einsetzen der an mindestens einer den Kammerteilelementen (1, 2) zugewandten Seite mit komplementär ausgebildeten Rasteinrichtungen (30, 34) versehenen Abdeckteils (3) aufweisen.
- Kammerfüllelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammerteilelemente (1,2) außerhalb des Bereiches ihrer Aussparungen (10) und Fortsätze (11,12; 21,22) einen identischen Querschnitt (Q1, Q2) aufweisen.
- Kammerfüllelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammerteilelemente (1,2) mindestens außerhalb des Bereiches ihrer Fortsätze (11,12; 21,22) an der Oberseite und / oder der der Schiene (4) abgewandten Seite in Längsrichtung der Schiene fluchtende Nuten (N1, N2, N11) bzw. Vertiefungen als Rasteinrichtungen aufweisen.
- Kammerfüllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abdeckteil (3) an seiner Unterseite bzw. Innenseite Federn (30, 34) bzw. Zapfen passend zu den Nuten (N1, N2, N11) bzw. Vertiefungen aufweist.
- Kammerfüllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abdeckteil (3) ein Vielfaches der Länge der Kammerteilelemente (1,2) lang ist.
- Kammerfüllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abdeckteil (3) an seinen Stirnseiten in Schienenlängsrichtung mit Verbindern für ein Verbinden mit dem benachbarten Abdeckteil (3) ausgestattet ist.
- Kammerfüllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbinder als Dübel oder Stifte oder Verzahnungen oder Klebepunkte ausgebildet sind.
- Kammerfüllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fortsätze (11,12; 21,22) etwa 30 bis 70 mm lang sind.
- Kammerfüllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Abdeckteile (3) etwa 1500 bis 2000 mm lang sind.
- Kammerfüllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abdeckteil (3) und die Kammerteilelemente (1,2) im Wesentlichen aus demselben Material bestehen.
- Kammerfüllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Teile (1,2,3) im Wesentlichen aus Recyclingmaterial oder reinem Polyurethanschaumstoff bestehen.
- Kammerfüllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material im Wesentlichen polyurethangebundene Gummiteilen besteht.
- Schienengleis, insbesondere Rasengleis, ausgestattet mit einem mehrteiligen Kammerfüllelement (1,2,3) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
- Schienengleis nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Kammerteilelement (2) geringfügig kürzer gestaltet ist als eine vorbestimmbare Lücke zwischen zwei ersten Kammerteilelementen (1).
- Schienengleis nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abdeckteil (3, 36) schienenseitig eine Dicke und Tiefe aufweist, die dem nicht von der Kammerteilelementen (1,2) ausgefüllten Teil der Laschenkammer (44) entspricht.
- Schienengleis nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in Gebrauchslage montierte Abdeckteil (3) an seiner Oberseite (33) entlang des Schienkopfes (41) eine durchgehende Rille (35) für eine Niederschlagsabfuhr aufweist.
- Schienengleis nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abdeckteil (3) im Querschnitt als etwa rechtwinkliges zweischenkeliges Profil mit etwa durchgehend gleicher Dicke der Schenkel (31, 32) ausgebildet ist und im Wesentlichen beide Kammerteilelemente (1,2) außerhalb der Laschenkammer (44) und der Unterschwellung (U) umschließt.
