Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Auftragen eines flüssigen oder pastösen Mediums auf einen laufenden Untergrund, wobei der Untergrund (2) bei direktem Auftrag die Oberfläche einer Papier-, Karton- oder anderen Faserstoffbahn und bei indirektem Auftrag die Oberfläche eines Übertragselementes ist, welche das Auftragsmedium (M) an die Faserstoffbahn abgibt,
umfassend:
eine Auftragskammer (3), die bezogen auf die Laufrichtung (L) des laufenden Untergrundes (2) zumindest ablaufseitig von einem Element (8), beispielsweise einem Rakelelement (8) und einlaufseitig von einem weiteren Element (9), beispielsweise einer Stauleiste oder einem weiteren Rakelelement begrenzt ist und die Auftragskammer (3) an ihrem seitlichen Ende jeweils ein Begrenzungselement (10) zur Einstellung der Auftragsbreite aufweist, wobei das Begrenzungselement (10) mit einer flexiblen Abdichtplatte (11) bestückt ist, die den Raum zwischen dem laufenden Untergrund (2) und dem ablauf- und einlaufseitig angeordneten Elementen (8, 9) im Wesentlichen abdichtet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Abdichtplatte (11) einen zum laufenden Untergrund (2) und den ablauf- und einlaufseitigen Elementen (8, 9) gerichteten, aufgesetzten Verschleißkörper (15) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Verschleißkörper (15) in Bezug auf den übrigen flexiblen Werkstoff der Abdichtplatte (11) verschleiß-, form- und hitzebeständiger ist und einen geringen Reibungskoeffizienten aufweist.. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Verschleißkörper (15) mit dem übrigen Werkstoff der Abdichtplatte (11) durch verkleben, verschweißen, verschrauben, vernieten, einpressen oder eingießen verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
als Werkstoff für die Abdichtplatte (11) Gummi, Moosgummi, Polyurethan oder dergleichen und als Werkstoff für den Verschleißkörper (15) Thermoplaste, wie Polyethylen, Polyester, oder Polymere, wie Polyurethan, Keramik oder Materialmischungen, wie Gummi mit Graphit oder auch sogenannte Lagermetalle, wie Bronze verwendbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Verschleißkörper (15) auswechselbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die die zum laufenden Untergrund (2) zeigende Oberfläche (17) des Verschleißkörpers (15) eben oder ballig ausgebildet ist, oder eine Dachform aufweist oder mit nutenförmigen Einschnitten (22) versehen ist und/oder mit einer zum einlauf- und/oder ablaufseitigen Element (8, 9) hin gerichteten gefasten oder abgerundeten Kante (18) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das ablaufseitig angeordnete Element (8) als kreiszylindrischer Rakelstab und das einlaufseitig angeordnete Element ebenfalls als Rakelstab oder als flache Stauleiste ausgebildet ist.
