Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Halten einer Last auf einem Lasttragmittel eines Flurförderzeugs mit den folgenden Merkmalen:eine an einem Hubgerüst des Flurförderzeugs von einem Verstellantrieb in ihrer Höhe verstellbare Tragvorrichtung, die sich annähernd horizontal oberhalb des Lasttragmittels erstreckt,mindestens ein sackförmiger Behälter (2) aus flexiblem luftundurchlässigem Material, der an der Tragvorrichtung aufgehängt und mit körnigem Gut (4) gefüllt ist, wobeidas flexible Material und das körnige Gut (4) so beschaffen sind, daß die Unterseite des Behälters sich an die Oberflächenkontur der Last anpaßt, wenn der Behälter (2) auf die Last abgesenkt wird, undeine mit dem Inneren des Behälters (2) verbindbare Saugvorrichtung zur Erzeugung eines Unterdrucks im Behälter (2).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der sackförmige Behälter (2) am Umfang einen Falz oder Wulst aufweist, der in einer horizontalen kanalförmigen Ausnehmung eines Rahmens (7) der Tragvorrichtung haltend aufgenommen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im sackförmigen Behälter (2) Haltemittel vorgesehen sind, an denen die Unterseite (28) des sackförmigen Behälters (2) aufgehängt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Rohr (10) der Saugvorrichtung abgedichtet von oben in den sackförmigen Behälter (2) hineingeführt ist und die Haltemittel am Rohr (10) angebracht sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltemittel ein horizontales Halteelement (9) aufweisen, an dem in Abständen Haltebänder (3) angebracht sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Seite des sackförmigen Behälters (2) in Abständen Einfaltungen (36) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenseite der unteren Seite (28) des sackförmigen Behälters (2) eine Schutzschicht gegen Verschleiß oder dergleichen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das im Behälter (2) befindliche Ende der Saugvorrichtung ein Sieb (6) aufweist, dessen Maschenweite kleiner ist als die Teilchen des körnigen Gutes (4).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Steuervorrichtung für die Lasthaltevorrichtung den Verstellantrieb betätigt, wenn das Lasttragmittel nach Aufnahme einer Last einen vorgegebenen Hub ausführt oder ausgeführt hat.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Steuervorrichtung für die Lasthaltevorrichtung die Absenkbewegung der Tragvorrichtung beendet, wenn ein den Druck des sackförmigen Behälters (2) auf die Last messender Sensor ein Ausgangssignal erzeugt, das einen vorgegebenen Wert überschreitet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Absaugvorrichtung eine von einem Elektromotor angetriebene Pumpe (13) aufweist, die über ein Rückschlagventil (12) mit dem Inneren des Behälters (2) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuervorrichtung den Elektromotor einschaltet, wenn der Absenkvorgang der Tragvorrichtung beendet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuervorrichtung den Elektromotor abschaltet, wenn ein Drucksensor im sackförmigen Behälter (2) einen vorgegebenen Unterdruck mißt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit der Leitung (8) zwischen der Absaugvorrichtung und dem sackförmigen Behälter (2) eine Abzweigung (38) verbunden ist mit einem Schaltventil (40) zur Beendigung des Unterdrucks im sackförmigen Behälter (2).
