Claims (6)
- Kupplung zum Ankuppeln eines metallurgischen Gefäßes, insbesondere einer Stahlgießpfanne, an mindestens zwei ortsfest angeordnete an einer Gaszuführung angeschlossene Gasspülleitungen einer Pfannenspüleinrichtung, umfassend ein am metallurgischen Gefäß befestigtes, im Kupplungsbereich muldenförmig ausgebildetes erstes Kupplungsteil mit mindestens zwei Gaseinlasskanälen und ein an die Gasspülleitungen angeschlossenes, im Kupplungsbereich komplementär zur Mulde des ersten Kupplungsteils ausgebildetes zweites Kupplungsteil mit mindestens zwei an die Gaseinlasskanäle des ersten Kupplungsteils anschließbare gegeneinander abdichtbare Gasauslasskanälen, wobei ein Gasauslasskanal zentral im Kupplungsbereich in einen Gasauslass und ein weiterer Gasauslasskanal in kreisförmig um den zentralen Kanal angeordnete Teilauslässe mündet und in der Pfannenspüleinrichtung mindestens ein Schließelement angeordnet ist, welches die Freigabe oder Sperrung des Gasflusses regelt
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im zweiten Kupplungsteil (2) höchstens ein Schließelement in einem Gasauslass (5, 6) und mindestens ein weiteres Schließelement außerhalb des Kupplungsteils (2) zumindest in dem Teil der Gaszuführung angeordnet ist, das mit dem permanent offenen Gasauslass oder den Gasauslässen verbunden ist. - Kupplung nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nur der zentrale Gasauslass (5) des zweiten Kupplungsteils (2) mit einem Schließelement versehen ist. - Kupplung nach Anspruch 1 und 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schließelement im Kupplungsteil (2) als Ventil (3) ausgebildet ist. - Kupplung nach Anspruch 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (3) als ein mit einer Feder (9) belastetes Ventil ausgebildet ist. - Kupplung nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nur in der Gaszuführung der Gasspülleitungen (10, 10') außerhalb des Kupplungsteils (2) ein Schließelement angeordnet ist. - Verfahren zum Ankuppeln eines metallurgischen Gefäßes an mindestens zwei ortsfest angeordnete Gasspülleitungen mit einer Kupplung nach Anspruch 5, wobei das erste (1) und zweite Kupplungsteil (2) aufeinander zu bewegt und beim Zusammenführen die Übergänge zwischen den Gasauslasskanälen abgedichtet werden und der Spülgaszufluss durch Betätigen des Schließelementes im angekuppelten Zustand freigegeben wird
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Ankuppeln die offenen Gasauslässe (5, 6) oder die Gasauslasskanäle (4, 4') durch teilweises und kurzzeitiges Öffnen der Gaszuführung frei geblasen werden und nach dem Ankuppeln die Spülgaszufuhr voll geöffnet wird.
