Abstract

L'invention concerne un basculeur (1) d'un mécanisme de distribution d'un moteur à combustion interne, comprenant deux parois latérales (3, 4) reliées par une section transversale (2). A une extrémité (6) d'une face inférieure (5) de cette section transversale (2) est ménagée une cavité sphérique (7) conçue pour loger, par accouplement complémentaire, une tête d'un élément d'appui, et au niveau de cette même extrémité (6) est disposé un logement (8) destiné à des moyens d'accouplement (8a) pour accoupler sélectivement ledit basculeur (1) avec un levier (9) supplémentaire afin d'obtenir différentes levées de came. Selon l'invention, ces deux sections (7, 8) sont configurées en tant que composant distinct sous la forme d'une unité structurale, ce qui présente des avantages en termes de production, en particulier lorsque le basculeur (1) et le levier supplémentaire (9) sont constitués de tôle.
